Arena Cimorene Vs. Eon

((Nope that seems right, I wasn't sure how he was swinging and she had hoped his aim would be off.))

Well she wasn't about to attack just yet. Instead she will retreat back to the center of the ring hoping back and forth on her toes, like a boxer. Even if she could make her blades hot enough to melt metal she wouldn't. She is holding back any magic besides keeping her blades solid. It is tempting to heal up the pain in her shoulder but she resists figuring the judges may have some way of watching for magic.

"So you getting tired yet? I assume that it must be getting pretty hot in that armor?"

She smiles at her opponent obviously enjoying herself, and not showing any signs of tiring.

Well she is right. The armor isn't really cooling him down. And that's one of the reasons for his next action.

"Well then I should start to really fight you?"

He will then start to work on his armor to undress himself from it. How far he goes depends on her actions. if she doesn't interupt him he will undress the whole armor expect the gloves and boots. I should note that it needs less than a minute to undress, the parts will just drop off.

She does just gawk for the first few seconds.

"Really just going to change in the middle of the fight?"

She definitly is going to try and take advantage of this. If she can spot a time when he is most distracted by getting the armor off, or at least when there is more of him exposed she is going to charge her half dressed opponent.

She remembers seeing the fight that ended with one of the contestents with a sword in the gut and realizes she can't hold back, so she is going to be aiming for the unarmored parts of his body with slashes.

Vo blushes mauve, smiling shyly and fidgeting.

I'm- I'm Blank...

Naera gently squeezes Vo's hand, pulling her against her side, hoping to calm her down.

Eon really assumed that action.
First he wil undress the breastplate which goes very easy, just two hide clicks and the plate falls down. The pants are a bit more complicated and this should be the moment Cimorene acts.

It maybe of note for her is a incineration looking like a flame covering half his chest. It's obviously a few years old. Also she might wonder how young he appears without the armor.

Eon will stop immediatly when she makes a move and kicks the breastplate between her feets. (Or better spelled. He kicks it in her way to force her to avoid it).
Since I can't say what happens I try to clear his move. If she jumps up to slash at him she will land a hit with her sword, but in the same moment she might notice the earthbreaker crushing against her body. It appears that Eon without the breastplate is much faster with his weapon.

Cimorene doesn't pay to much attention to the flame on his chest. ((Is it a scar or does it look like it is fresh?)) She has seen scars before and isn't going to let that distract her.

Jumping over it is exactly what Cimorene does, figuring she has plenty of time to get past his long weapon not foreseeing his incredible boost in speed. So she slashes high at his chest trying to make it clear that she could have gone for the throat instead. Then she gets smashed and sent flying by the large hammer. The sound of her left arm breaking is pretty clear and she rolls on the ground. Both of her swords disappearing, her concentration lost to the pain.

But she isn't unconscious and that her right arm and both her legs are still working so she isn't going to quit yet. She is definitely showing signs of standing, though she isn't hopping to her feet as quickly as before. He could press the attack if he wanted.

Naera gently squeezes Vo's hand, pulling her against her side, hoping to calm her down.

Blank steps toward Vo, smiling nervously.

Vo reaches her pale, smooth, cool hand out to the girl, smiling as warmly as she can.

Naera smiles gently at both of them, staying quiet for now, not wanting to interrupt.

The flame looks fresh. It appears to be very young, but healed.

Eon can't push the attack immedatelly after all he got a cut on his chest and blood runs down. The wound isn't deadly itsef, but he needs to look after it soon. Taking a breath he grabs for the back of his chestplate using it as a shield as he heads for his opponent again. If she still is standing up he tries to hit her feet with the hammer.

Vo bites her lip and nods, gently going to give her hand a little squeeze.

Arena Cimorene Vs. Eon

Cimorene manages to get to her feet before he gets to her. She looks at him with a little grin as he picks up his breastplate as a shield. Is he holding it in one hand and using his weapon one handed now, or is he somehow strapping it two his arm?

Her left arm dangles at her side apparently broken. She manages to stumble back away from his attack, it looks like she trips over her feet a bit as she falls back. It would take someone with a careful eye to notice that she doesn't seem to loose her balance at all. She hopes she can bait him into making a risky attack.

Vo bites her lip and nods, gently going to give her hand a little squeeze.

Blank grins widely, showing her pointed devil teeth! Yay! Thank you!

She squeezes her new mom's hand!

"Looks like you'll be coming home with us, then! I told you Vo is nice..."

Vo kneels down, arms open to welcome Blank in for a hug!

Eon can't make out the trick, but on another hand he won't make a risky attack. From his point of few time is on his side. She got a broken arm. Her concentraition is gone since the weapons are gone. She stumbles. He can take his time, still forcing another attack.

Curently he use the weapon one hand, but the breastplate isn't made to be used as a shield so his grip on it might be low.

Cimorene figures time isn't on her side either, unless that cut on his chest bleeds quicker then however many broken blood vessels are no bleeding in her arm. So instead of stumbling away from this attack she ducks around or under it. Her left arm still dangles usless but the sword reapearrs in her right hand and she will slash at his arms and shoulders trying to make it so he can't wield his weapon.

Blank goes forward and hugs her new mom tightly!

Vo gently picks her up, blushing mauve.
I... I'm a mom.

Blank hugs her tightly, not saying a word.

Naera goes to slip an arm around Vo, nodding.

"You are. And you'll be a wonderful one, dear...", she murmurs reassuringly,

Mm... home now, then?

"Blank and I still have fights to do first..."

Blank nods.

What is a little girl doing in a fighting tournament thing?

Blank shrugs. I know how to fight, and this could be the onl way I could go to a school...

[Lady Serpentine]

"Killing is strictly forbidden, and, as she said, she knows how to fight...", Naera explains softly, smiling reassuringly at Vo. "There's no reason she shouldn't, since she wants to, especially since I'm going to be training her anyway. Something like this is a good way for me to see what she needs to learn."

[Beans]

Vo frowns, squirming a little even as she nods and accepts her girlfriend's logic.

Blank shrugs, waiting for her moms to agree.
