I was actually hoping for an interim scene before Sandy was snatched up by Icy and Heartflight. The Dynamic duo would find Sandy trying to clean up the beach a little by hoof.

Eclaire stayed in her bakery, occasionally sending treats to the nice servers at Greif’s café, and providing them with desserts to stock. Nothing notable happens with her other than that. She was going to end up with Greif, but since I’m not actually in the RP any longer, seems kind of unlikely.

Smoothie says her goodbyes to her friends and leaves Equestria forever. It doesn’t matter what happens, she’s not willing to ever come back. She can’t be happy in Equestria. Ever. What will eventually happen, after moving to a plane much more suited for her, is she will gradually become happy. It’s going to be a very slow process with a lot of bumps along the way (Especially that next birthday of hers) but it will happen. She’s in a place completely isolated from the actions in Equestria that were driving her slowly insane, and the people that were doing so as well. Smoothie will end up eventually changing her name to “Arcana” for a variety of reasons, among them being that she feels it fits her better, it represents wiping the slate clean, and it exemplifies her goal much better than her current name. She’s willing to go out of her way to get her friends to visit her if possible. After her next birthday, her magic aura changes to look like blue and black flames.

Pale Night and the unnamed foal , essentially being Smoothie’s children, leave with Smoothie. Pale Night stays basically the same throughout her entire life. The unnamed foal, who ends up naming herself Empyrial Arcana basically winds up having Celestia’s good features and Smoothie’s good features in terms of personality. Pale Night eventually leaves the plane, not feeling the same way as her mother, and ends up living in Equestria. Like her mother, she’s immune to mind control. Empyrial Arcana ends up staying on the plane with who she considers her real mother. Once she ends up deciding on her name, Smoothie gives Empyrial Arcana her iconic hat.

Mystic, having nowhere else in particular to go but wanting to get away, follows Smoothie. She ends up quite happy not being in Equestria, for a variety of reasons. Main reason is she likes exploring, so a new plane is pretty awesome for her. She sticks around as Smoothie’s friend, and ends up being a bit more like Smoothie than the hormonal mare she was in Bridle Shores. In other words, pretty darn chaste and willing to spend the rest of her life not in a relationship with anybody. Smoothie takes her own policies a bit beyond that but we don’t need to get into that.

If anybody wants me to explain something more, I can try.

Beautiful Nightmare would end up getting exposed through some way or other, and having to explain a lot. She'd end up staying in Bridle Shores, as she has nowhere else she has any reason to go.

what are your thoughts on a foal sized liteLochbed in the game? I imagine her still learning and being slightly mischievous but innocent, and living with her aunt still.

So liteLochbed and her aunt "own" the lake now. Litelochbed could work.

Maybe they've always 'owned' the lake and are the ones that keep it clean. Maybe they let ponies to use their lake out of an old agreement pact made long ago.

We should probably bring this to the OOC, I'm sure Amish would like to toss in his two cents.

Among other ideas we'd bandied about:
-The actual pact made long ago was a sort of mutual care pact. The kelpies would maintain the crystal clear waters of the lake, and a pony would always maintain the dunes and shoreline. So long as the pact was kept, the kelpies got interesting neighbors to watch/lack of pollution, and the ponies got a nice, clean lake to swim in.
-Although Sandy was assigned by the powers that be to take care of the beach here, somepony forgot to let him know about the pact. Specifically, that he'd now be the one keeping up the pony end of the deal.
-Sandy might know of the kelpies, and simply assume them to be common knowledge. I mean, with all the other crazy stuff in the town, why would some water-fae-ponies raise an eyebrow?
-The kelpies are not common knowledge, and most folk laugh at the very idea.

And most importantly:
-With the current neglected state of the beach, Sandy is in high risk of breaking his end of the pact.

What penalties might arise from breaking the pact, I'm not sure. Obviously, it'd be something pony-appropriate; something to force him to get the work done, or a curse of bad mane days until he finishes. I'm open to ideas.

As far as places to bring in characters, there's Greif's cafe that's always a decent spot. Sandy and Silk Scarf/Top Hat are chatting over by the beach, and I'm sure other folks have scenes that could use extra ponies.

Yeah, apologies there. I kept meaning to change up the scene/make more things happen to keep the party going, but such is life with a real job.

Once I hear back from Orzel, Benson, and Lycan, I'll do either more stuff at the party or move to the final scene.
