Except I can only kill once every 5 nights and as a villager, I won't be using my kill unless I got a certain wolf to target as I'll just waste my kill on a wrong combination to restart my cycle.
While there are plenty of alternate cities/factions/alignments, in the end it's still a WW game so the villager/wolf/neutral win condition should still take priority over all others. The rest will just be bonuses but not exactly necessities.

Are... once every five nights? Now... why didn't you specify that originally?

Of course, I'm not moving my vote off you, this time for general survival instincts. (If the bandwagon on you collapsed, I'd definitely get lynched today.)

I'm headed out today to a convention and won't have internet until Monday. Its rude to kill me when I'm not here.

Day Two:

The next day, everyone a massive chessboard set out in the center of their cities. Move one piece somewhere, all the other chess pieces moved as well.

With everyone's curiousities aroused, they tested it, setting and resetting it for a game. Eventually, it seemed natural to organize an almost 'tournament', of sorts.

The day was spent in slow contemplation as the matches were played and watched, if for no other reason than that there wasn't too much activity in the otherwise deserted cities.

Before long, it was obvious that there would be two who faced off in the end, and indeed, so it came about.

Amanda versus Tom. The two sat in their respective positions, thinking, daring, playing.

One by one, the chess pieces slowly fell. At first, Tom easily had the upper hand. Some daring moves by Amanda brought the game even...

Then Tom Lawnsby, or as he was known as, Murska the Green Eye, pulled the final move. Within a matter of moments, the game was as good as over.

At first, all that watched thought it an interesting game finally over...

But the Masked Man was not done. "Bravo, bravo, well fought." The voice had not spoken all day, but now it boomed out with gusto, as if to make up for such lapse.

"These two fine masters have given us all a brilliant show. But, you must know, those who put their all into something, can find it a little... heartbreaking to lose."

Fleeing Coward gurgled, clutching his chest as he dropped to his knees. "See? What did I say? Poor man must've had a weak heart. Now, with this concluded..." Nodding, the floor beneath FC vanished, and the already half dead man fell slowly down into the abyss below.

Peering over the edge, the Green Eyeball frowned. It hadn't been his intention to kill his lifelong opponent, but as it was, it was a better result than himself suffering the same fate.

It was then that a lithe foot, amongst the people wandering nearby, snaked out, and combined with a subtle pust at the back, someone pushed Murska, attempting to drop him with his friend.

However, Murska had not gained his reputation for nothing, the master caught the opposite edge with his hands, beginning to pull himself back out of the hole.

That was when the gap rematerialized, and the person standing there grinned. Above on a tower, the masked man shook his head sadly.

"Why did he fall?
He stood so tall,
A brave and brilliant man.

But now he's dead,
No more to be said,
Twas more than he could span."

"You know, I didn't enjoy that death one bit. Say, fellows how does bringing him ba--

"No. Death is final. He made his mistake, he paid the price."

The voice issued from behind the masked man on his tower, and he jumped, the eyes behind the mask darting back to look at the looming darkness behind him.

"Yes, sir. Understood."

"Why?" The final whisper was too quiet for any but the man himself to hear, as the laughing began....

I just wanted to let you know I'm not sure if I'll have a lot of time next week, due to tests and stuff.

Velrina's body, slowly, began to stir, as did that of the Leannan Sidhe. And C'nor's, for he was, in a certain sense, returning to life, though certainly not being truly resurrected.

Unfortunately, the same could not be said for his dragon, the bronze named Kaliranth. As such, the young dragonrider had to be carried from his position atop the massive corpse, able, but not wiling, to move.

Still, the 'ghosts' of the others had been his most trusted companions, and thus would be able enough to decide what he would have done.

Night 2 over.

Night Two:

The creeping darkness kept the whole world silent, and even the man in the tower didn't interrupt the darkness tonight.

The tower, in fact, had lowered below the islands themselves, out of sight. No one knew what the horrible harlequin in the seat down there was doing.

So instead they busied themselves with sleep, or whatever latest job they had.

The two hidden figures that slipped towards a lone building this time, neither knowing of the other, were different. But both were unaware of the camera's tracking their movements. Oh, yes. This was actually keeping his interest.

This... playing with them. As if a cat plays with a mouse.

The spotlights slammed on, the sudden change from night to bright causing the two to shield their eyes.

Around the spotlights, these creepy harlequin heads, as if toy versions of the man in the tower, began chanting at them.

"He is not here now. Why did you target him?" "He is not here now. Why did you target him?" "He is not here now. Why did you target him?" "He is not here now. Why did you target him?" "He is not here now. Why did you target him?"

The voices began, fifty little heads all saying the same thing at the same time, again and again in a cocophany of annoying sound.

The Dyviil, sensible as he was, quickly fled back into the darkness. The other one wasn't quite so wise, trying to work out what was going on for a moment more before disappearing into the night.

Deep beneath them, the masked man giggled like a small child. "Watch them both flee like naughty children caught with their fingers in the cookie jar! Oh! I'll put these pictures in the album with the rest!"

The two photos, taken during the brief moments they'd hung around, were of the two figures of that night. "Enjoying yourself, I see." "Of COURSE. Since there's nothing else to do in this godforsaken place, especially with that thing looking down our necks and refusing to allow us to do the really interesting stuff."

"I wouldn't speak about him that loudly. He might get... annoyed if he hears."

"Fear the beast, why oh why?
For tonight my derision will fly.

The thing chattered away to itself, the pictures already forgotten sitting on the bench besides it. Later, everyone would find the two photos lying around in the centers of all the cities. Proof that something had caught both Flabort and Penguinator in the act of something. And it was very humoured by the results.
