The hand had discarded his clothes, and re-donned his fancy tux (Found stuffed into a drainpipe, of all places!). He'd done his best to clean it out, and was walking down the streets, waving all friendly like to everyone, except that guy who's horse changed lanes incorrectly, forcing a knot of people together into a pile. Of course, he was theorizing various ways to get the cuffs off, but none seemed viable.

Matthias, you don't need to worry about claiming Seer. We already know that. The only question is what your team is. Fortunately for you, there's no way to NK people without also knowing their alias.
Here is my one concern though:
Assume that Mattias is telling the truth about Ur-quan being a Wolf with role "Villager." The only thing that's telling us that Villager is immune to NKs, etc, is Ur-quan. The problem with that is, does that make any sense? Really? I believe that it's far more likely that the exact opposite is true: The villager's innocence allows them to talk their way out of any lynch, but meanwhile any ol NK can kill them.
In any case, we need to find a second lynch target. As it is, it will be Ur-quan vs Mattias, deciding the question of who the wolf is at random.

2. Wolves don't even get night kills in this, so even if he is a wolf, we can just off him another day, as night phases don't give wolves any more advantage than villagers. Kinda odd that....>.>

So there wasn't any reason to even try to kill Vesth last day phase...>.>
