    The veteran elven warrior can feel his life-force flowing through his body, as his blood courses through is veins, thanks to his decades of battle knowledge and prowess, his senses are heightened to an extreme as he stalks the next shadar kai. Ryx thinks if the group can kill off the shadar kai archers, without taking too much damage from the half dragon and spellcaster, then they can all concentrate their efforts on the two tougher opponents. In order for the rogue's plan to work, he realizes he must take out the next archer quickly and efficiently, however moving deeper into the great hall, away from his comrades, has his senses peaked. So the rogue decides quickly, he makes a quick move continuing up the wall, to the next column, dropping his short bow close to the pillar. He then pulls out his underdark weapons, his rapier and organripper, and as he rounds the column, attacks the shadar kai with organripper.

    Rayen bites the inside of her lip as she is hit yet again. This was a bad idea, she thinks to herself as she clings to the ceiling once again to keep from falling. She glares down at the caster before deciding that she can wait to finish what she started when she climbed to the top of the room. She moves one of her hands off of the ceiling to the wall and after crying out in pain, moves her whole body to the wall. She grips the wall for a few moments before slowly sliding her way across the wall and retreating from the action. When she gets to the edge of the wall, she slides around the corner and slowly works her way to the floor. She looks down at her smoking body, memories of her past wrecking her pain filled brain. "Axara! You will...have to come...to me." She chokes out.

    As Quill moves the butterfly out of the way, Maesyn hurries over to Rayen.

    Rayen sees a silvery Lizardfolk approaching her, but he's dressed as Maesyn would be and carries Maesyn's equipment.

    The Lizardfolk intones a spell, touches Rayen, and heals some of the damage done to the Dragon Shaman. "Your plan was risky, but it was exactly the sort of innovation the rest of us should emulate. But your skill is still needed in this battle," Maesyn intones with a slight lizardy lisp.

    Initiative: Rayen, Maesyn, Axara, Ryxikor, Enemies, [action stopped here] Savin, Quill

    Savin moves to the left of the room and throws javelin at the undead half dragon. He misses her Kessara replies “Fooling puny human, I will eat your brain for breakfast”

    Quill moves the giant butterfly between Rayen and the enemies. Although a giant butterfly is pretty ugle, it is not the scariest monster out there..

    Maesyn waits for Rayen to comes down to heal her, as does Axara.

    Feeling the pain of the magic missiles, Rayen pulls back and goes lower on the wall where her friends can heal her and goes back at ground level.

    Maesyn moves next to Rayen, commends her for her strategy and heals her.

    Axara moves also next to Rayen and touches her with the wand.

    Axara says “Here you go sister. Don’t die on me! And thank you Maesyn! Good to know you know when to heal.”

    Ryxikor moves next to the next shadar-kai and buries his favorite weapon, Organripper deep into it.

    SK3 moves next to the butterfly and to its surprise, does not get attacked. He tries to hide in plain sight before attacking Axara. He hides from the cleric but the arrow flies wide.

    SK4 drops his bow, moves 5 feet and pulls and attack Ryxikor with its spiked chain. It hits the rogue.

    Rayen's body is shaking as Maesyn and Axara heal her. "I hate being burned." She blinks away the last of the tears and looks over her body after the healing takes effect. She is no longer smoking but she can see a patch of burned skin on the exposed part of her forearm. She reaches up to touch her neck with her fingers and flinches when she feels the raw skin there as well. "Really hate being burned.... Thank you both." She then crawls back up the wall a little and to the corner; taking in the scene. Her breath weapon is still recharging so after sliding around the corner, she pulls out her morning star and tries to crack it across the shadar-kai's head that is attack Axara.

    The elf dances and spins, back and forth, lunging with both rapier and organripper, fakes and feints so that the shadar-kai never knows where the attack is coming form. As he keeps his feints up and tries to dodge the Shadar-kai's chain, Ryx steps five feet closer to his adversary and attacks with both weapons.

    Savin feels creatures power and lets out a half groan of pain that he slams shut.
    He drops his javelins as his eyes narrow towards the creature and growls out "You will die for that, foul creature!"
    With that he flicks his chain from his off hand and catches it, sending it in deadly arcs at the creature if a flurry of attacks.

    Savin hit Kessara hard moves, and then he trips her and hits her hard again. The undead half-dragon spits“you will pay for that! ”

    Quill moves the giant butterfly to provide a flanking advantage to Savin and fire his wand of magic missles. The energy dart send the shadar-kai back to the plane of shadows.

    Rayen goes back into the fray with her mace ready but to her dismay, the shadar-kai is dead. She keeps going and hit the shadar-kai leader.

    Maesyn moves around the room and is ready to shoot the shadar-kai leader but the concealment confuses him and a shot which would have hit ends up crashing against a statue.

    Axara moves behind Savin, ready to heal him next round.

    Axara says “Hang in there warrior. I will heal you next. ”

    Rayen moves deeper into the great hall, still walking on the ceiling and unleashes her own acidic breath on the shadar-kai leader. He easily avoids half of acid.

    Ryxikor double attack the shadar-kai. His rapier fails to connect but his favorite weapon, Organripper, sends the shadar-kai back to the plane of shadow.

    Kessara, prone, touches Savin and creates more wounds on the warrior.

    Ryxikor smiles widely as he fells another shadar-kai. The dangerous elf hopes he has made the fight easier for his companions by dispatching three of the shady foes. Once the third enemy dies and falls to the ground, Ryx turns to locate his next opponent, only to watch him disappear from sight. The elven warrior quickly locates everyone, and soon realizes he is the only one in the back of the great room, so he drops his rapier on the body of the deceased shadar-kai, so it doesn't clang down on the stone floor, and presses up against the column he stands beside, trying to slow his breathing and listen for where the remaining shadar-kai may be. With his free hand, he reaches into the loose flap of his magical haversack and pulls out a vial, popping the cork out with his lean thumb, Ryx quickly drinks down the cool sweet tasting liquid, wondering what his next play will be.

    Rayen looks around for the shadar-kai leader after he vanishes. She curses in draconic then yells out for her companions to her. "The caster is invisible. Watch your backs." She looks around the area again before thinking Two can play at that game. She braces her body on the wall with her feet and one hand while the other digs around in her pack. She pulls out one of her liquid vials and drinks the whole in one gulp. Then she swings her body up onto the ceiling and using the effects of the vial, moves her body to a new location.

    Maesyn, still looking like a lizardfolk, starts casting another spell. Three giant fire beetles appear from the celestial realms, surrounding Kersarra. He instructs them not to attack immediately, but to attack if the half-dragon starts to cast a spell.

    He then moves in, dropping his crossbow and drawing his rapier, training it on the half-dragon.

    Savin tries to hit Kessara twice with the spiked chain but both times, the undead half-dragon hide absorb the hit. Kessara just growls.

    Quill pulls out a scroll and cast a glitterdust spell. The area misses Rayen purposely but does not reveal where the invisible shadar-kai leader is.

    Rayen drinks her elixir oh hiding and goes hiding above the statue.

    Maesyn summons 3 celestial dogs and put them around the prone Kessara. They wait to attack is the undead half dragon tries to cast a spell. Maesyn moves next to Kessara, ready to skewer it next round. However, he feels that one of his spell is been drain and some of Kessara wounds heals.

    Kessara, gets up. Savin, the 3 celestial dogs and Maesyn try to hit her. Savin and Maesyn are the only one to hit, thanks to the dogs providing flanking. Kessara growls “You will [ay for it and will be the one sleeping with your god …..”she spits at Savin. She grabs a javeling and used it to stab and nearly kill the warrior. (Kessara <50%)

    The shadar-kai leader reappears, 10 feets from Savin and hit him with the spiked chain. Luckily, the damages are nothing more than a scratch but given the warrior injuries, it bring him closer to death.

    Rayen looks around the area from her perch above the statue. When she does not see the leader revealed after a few minutes, she bites her lip then looks across the room at the rest of the group fighting. Giving up her spot, she crawls across the ceiling to get to the other side of the room and help her companions. Hopefully her elixir will still help her hide from anyone watching for her.

    Still not knowing where the magic-user is, Ryx moves along the wall still, back towards the rest of the group. As he moves he grabs another vial from his potion belt, popping the cork out and drinking it's contents as he moves closer to the others.

    Maesyn winces as he feels Kersarra drain a spell. He also sees that his summoned dogs have no chance of harming her. Things had certainly taken a grave turn, quickly.

    "Forget her; go after that monster!" he tells the dogs, pointing at the Shadar-Kai. He then backs up a step and casts a healing spell on Savin. He also pulls a potion from his Haversack and offers it up to Savin.

    Savin steps away from Kessara, pulls out his wand and heals himself.

    Quill cruses using Urdlen’s name, which is a dangerous thing to do for a gnome. Taking the evil god name in vain often can lead to tradegy. He moves into the great hall and summons a giant bombardier beetle. The celestial insect fails to bite but his able to spray it with acid.

    Rayen moves around the ceiling and ends above Axara. She seems totally unseen.

    Maesyn moves away from the spell draining Kessara and next to Savin to heals him again. He orders his summoned dogs to follow a new strategy. The y move around and attack but none are able to bite the evil creatures.

    The shadar-kai leader starts muttering arcane words. Both the beetle and the dog try to bite him but fails to do so. The shadar-kai turns invisible.

    Axara yells Close the doors!

    Rayen runs across the ceiling and slides down the wall near the closest door. She slams it shut before looking over at Quill. "Grab that door next to you. We can not let him escape!" She then climbs back up the wall a short distance and looks around the room, waiting for the caster to show himself again.

    Hearing the shouts from his comrades, Ryx realizes the spell caster has gone invisible again. Knowing he should move to help Savin, Ryxikor quickly decides to try and help locate the wizard. With only his drow dagger, organripper, in hand, the elven mercenary rushes around the corner, ready to skewer then wizard if he feels him. As he moves, another plan formulates in his mind as he quickly retrieves another item from his backpack. After rounding the corner, Ryx moves to where the shadar-kai was, if he is not there Ryx continues to move along the wall looking for him, or shall we say, feeling for him. If anytime Ryx bumps into something that isn't there, he slams his hand into the invisible object, saying, "You stay put."

    Tanglefoot Bag

    When you throw a tanglefoot bag at a creature (as a ranged touch attack with a range increment of 10 feet), the bag comes apart and the goo bursts out, entangling the target and then becoming tough and resilient upon exposure to air. An entangled creature takes a -2 penalty on attack rolls and a -4 penalty to Dexterity and must make a DC 15 Reflex save or be glued to the floor, unable to move. Even on a successful save, it can move only at half speed. Huge or larger creatures are unaffected by a tanglefoot bag. A flying creature is not stuck to the floor, but it must make a DC 15 Reflex save or be unable to fly (assuming it uses its wings to fly) and fall to the ground. A tanglefoot bag does not function underwater.

    A creature that is glued to the floor (or unable to fly) can break free by making a DC 17 Strength check or by dealing 15 points of damage to the goo with a slashing weapon. A creature trying to scrape goo off itself, or another creature assisting, does not need to make an attack roll; hitting the goo is automatic, after which the creature that hit makes a damage roll to see how much of the goo was scraped off. Once free, the creature can move (including flying) at half speed. A character capable of spellcasting who is bound by the goo must make a DC 15 Concentration check to cast a spell. The goo becomes brittle and fragile after 2d4 rounds, cracking apart and losing its effectiveness. An application of universal solvent to a stuck creature dissolves the alchemical goo immediately

    Savin shakes his head at Kessara and, in a tone as if to chide a small child, he says "You are a fool. May the demon feast upon your withered soul."
    Slipping his hand to his belt, he pull out a potion and quaffs it down. As he starts to grow in size he takes a small step forward so as not to squash Maesyn, grin on his face.

    "I don't suppose you might be able to turn her, Lady Axara?" asks Maesyn as he returns the potion to his haversack. He then pulls out a wand. His rapier is still in his other hand, making it hard to juggle everything.

    The celestial dogs continue their last instruction, searching for (and attacking if they find him) the Shadar-Kai caster, tracking him by scent.
