It updates 3 times a week. And somehow, for me, that's not enough. This woman is on time with every update, and every comic is awesome.

OOTS updates once a week usually, Goblins every 4 days (or so). And I never complain. But Unsounded... man I wish it was a cartoon or a T.V. show or something, great story.

Ending my praise, I'd like to say I don't know what that guard was thinking. I suppose he knew he was screwed either way. He got dealt however.

I was really hoping Duane would wonder by, out of some chance, and saw the Crescian guards threaten Matty.

First off... glad I found this discussion, Unsounded is one of (if not the) best webcomic ever (it's actually pretty tied with OotS for me)

So you want more property damage? I know Duane is supposed to be calm-ish right now, but he really has made big booms of magic a habit.

The...er, blonde-haired guy he was chatting with. And I'm pretty sure it was them that rezzed Duane, seeing as Duane's head was very much severed from his body.

Was it? If you're referring to this, that's not severed, that's his body having been there long enough for snow to cover it. Unless his arms and a leg were also severed, and there isn't nearly enough blood for that.

Ohhhhh, so that's what that is. The bloodstain on his head looked kind of like a neck.

Though they DID gouge his eyes out and Lemuel n co. got him new ones, I think.

Alright, I'm hooked. Good job, I usually don't get hooked to webcomics easily.

Am I the only one who actually liked Sette from the start?

I thought she was ok. As a person I didn't like her, as a character she's ok.

I don't like her nearly as much as Duane though.

Hmm. Well in that case it changes it from "Lem's secretly a necromancer on par with Sauron" to him possibly just being desperate. Though it still raises the question of how he knew about whoever did the dirty deed.

Could be any number of answers. Perhaps Bastion (probably Bastion) sought him out months in advance. Perhaps Lem was filled with regret over killing Duane and found someone willing to help. Bastion was almost certainly involved somehow.

And suddenly I'm really glad that there is a tarp over the cart.

Pretty much. They probably have use for a good smuggler to deliver them more, but the whole thing is a mess and someone's head will be put on a spike. And better his then theirs.

I'm less sure. I think the real difference is that Sette's gotten to know her companion. I mean, look at how she talked about her father and her family, the astonishing loyalty and love she displayed for them. Sette's a moral girl - it's just that the set of morals she's been given is skewed and wrong.
