Crissy nods - then eeps and turns her attention (mostly) back to the food!

Dorota also turns her attention back to the food. There's a question that's been gnawing at her, but she has no idea how to ask it. There'll be time for it anyway.

"Well, I'm gonna go see if those fruits are real." she said, pointing at a nearby palm tree with strange fruits on them.
And she gets to climbing!
She's quite good at it, both because of being the incarnation of the Ram and because she was an adventurer.

Ariel manages to grab several fruits and then slides down the palm tree.
She spilled the fruits onto the ground and unsheathed a scimitar, slicing one of the red starfeuits in half.
She grins at Ancha.
"Wanna try some with me?"

Defelent's House

"Oh." That surprised Tracy- she's unfamiliar with people besides spies using fake names. And if Defelent thought that Naethalee was a spy, her life is likely forfeit, since Dalachrech is rather paranoid about spies.

"I'll admit, it simply hadn't crossed my mind for awhile to drop that part of the masquerade," Naethalee says with a shrug. "It's kind of fun, to be honest."

Dorota also turns her attention back to the food. There's a question that's been gnawing at her, but she has no idea how to ask it. There'll be time for it anyway.

The only gnawing Crissy is aware of is her own on the turducken bones.

The starfeuit tastes quite sweet, like a combination between a mango and a pineapple.

And then...the coconut like aftertaste strikes!
With a name like red starfeuit, it wasn't bound to be normal.

She blinks, considering the odd combination of tastes.

And it isn't long before Dorota finishes her own food as well. When she's finished, she stretches back, resting on her hands.

And then cuts another starfeuit and begins eating again.
It tasted pretty strange...but got better the more you tasted it.

"Well, of course. And I'd totally like that too," Crissy says, looking the alchemist over adoringly.

Dorota is content to just lean back and relax for a while. It's really amazing. I missed so much living in the heartlands... and not visiting the coast in Inside.

"Well, in a way, that's kinda, like, sad, but in another way it's neat because that means we get to experience them together," Crissy answers, leaning back as well, closing her eyes and sighing happily as she relaxes.

Well, I'm sure I've told you that my home city was hardly glamorous anyway. It used to be, but that was a long time ago... she muses.

"It's good to meet you, Naethalee. I will try not to call you Nymiiria, unless you aren't planning on telling Defelent any time soon?" Tracy raises an eyebrow in curiosity. It's important to know what to call people in her mind, and if in doubt to call them 'Master' or 'Mistress'.

"...honestly? It's almost amusing to me not to let him know my actual name," Naethalee says with a chuckle and a raised eyebrow. "Besides, a girl has to have her secrets." And names are power, too.

"Then I shall continue calling you Nymiiria whenever Defelent is around. I won't lie to him, however- it's too painful. If he asks me what your name is, I will tell him." It's a warning. And Tracy isn't talking about emotional or mental pain when she lies to Defelent- she's talking physical pain and the loft.

Aww... Kinda sweet that Clarissa cares about the poor rodent enough to patch it up, even if she is a horrific mass murderer the rest of the time. Shame the rat's in no mood to sit still for medical help. No, even if it's sure Dave and Clarissa are horrible, noisy, unwashed burglars just waiting to swipe all the silverware the moment it's not looking, they're right. It has to be sure. Has to be sure the master's alive. Then it can kill them.

The animated rodent begins struggling in Clarrisa's grip, thrashing and flailing and trying to escape, possibly sabotaging her attempts to stitch it up.

Ex-LANTERN HQ

Riv and the Abominations will follow Jack then, until they stumble upon a room or a trap or something interesting. Needless to say, Riv doesn't shut up once the whole walk. "So, 'doc', what precisely is it you do 'round here? Can't imagine there's much need for a medic up in space... Much less down on the Nexus, with spellcasters running about every which way."

"Maxios is dying. He has sent me here to perform several tasks that he wanted to do, but well you know, the whole dying thing put a cramp in that plan." Jack says.

"Yeah, you did." Crissy nods, sighing softly. "Maybe one day we can try to do something about that. Together."

Dorota smiles warmly. Crissy's optimism is always cute.
I'm not sure how much two girls can do... but I appreciate you saying it.
