Lyral takes note, of Tarmikos' interruption, of Kel's arrival, of Lia's shot. He can feel everything around him, the soft breeze at his back. The cool beads of sweat forming at his brow. The light step of his leather soles on the cobblestone of the street. The weight of the bow on his shoulders. He smiles grimly once more, ready.

Dropping Halaza's sword on the flagstone, he makes due eastward on the street. Step by step, he speeds up, pulling his bow out of its quiver as he runs. After a moment, he stops. He has his angle. Now is the moment. Lyral looses, aiming for Cruorin's head.

Tarmikos, taking stock of multiple shots aimed at the target, rolls away from Cruorin while unsheathing his long sword and dropping his shield.

Adjusting his grip, he kicks off from the ground, spinning through the air, before stopping in front of Cruorin, armed and ready. "BASTAAARRRD!" he roars as he swings his blade, his adrenaline pumping.

Move Action to Tumble away, then Tumble forward against Cruorin. Free Action to drop shield. Free Action to Initiate the Snowflake Wardance. Free Action to speak. Standard Action: Revitalizing Strike.

Auto Succeed DC 15 Half Speed Tumble (both times) to avoid taking Attacks of Opportunity from moving away and then advancing again.

    Attack Roll:(1d20+13)[27]
Damage Roll:(1d8+2)[3] (I actually forgot Snowflake Wardance and Furious Counterstrike also apply to damage. So it's actually a +7 for an [8], not [3]).
    Critical Roll:(1d20+13)[18]
    Healing Roll:(3d6+7)[20]

    Copy Pasta? Copy Pasta.

Also, I'm assuming it would have taken maybe a couple of seconds to catch up with everyone while running at almost 50 feet per second, but I honestly had a brain fart: How much longer would my expeditious retreat stand? Since it's minutes per level rather than rounds per level, I feel like I'd still have some, but since I'm a Bard, not too much longer.

Expeditious Retreat: ... I dunno, honestly. See above.
    Snowflake Wardance: Round 1/10
Maneuvers Ready: White Raven Tactics, Mountain Hammer, Tactical Strike
    Stance: Iron Guard's Glare

Then we do not kill them!

Halaza uses a free action to attempt to intimidate them to stop attacking her and Jesskya.

Stop this fools! Me and my Unicorn are chasing the Dragonblooded cultest that murdered the Bartender of the Mongoose!
If you do not cease your attempts to attack us we will be forced to disarm you and turn you over to your superiors!

If they fail the check they are shaken.

I imagine they get circumstace bonus for outnumbering us... maybe?
Although Jesskya is a largecreature so she would get a modifier...

    A sensible choice boys...

Halaza leans forward, picking up her Scimitar that is lying on the floor at her feet and climbs atop her mighty Unicron.

    Lets go Dragon hunting Jess
    Yes ma'am
Obveous joy in the unicorns voice at not having to resort to violence.

As they ride towards the closest allyway Halaza turns to the guards.
Dont worry about your duty men, I will see my Unicorn is out of your beautiful city once this murder is captured.

    Finally she turns to Lia.
Giving her a wink if she is still watching the comotion.

Jesskya and moves 70ft towards the nearest allyway and as far down it as she can, or double that if she is allowed to take a double move.

she hasnt taken any actions yet this turn.

I forgot she had increased speed from my halazas paladin levels so she actually moves 70ft not 60.

As he feels his body become lighter, Tarmikos calls out.

"Thanks, Jorah! We gotta hurry! Be careful; he may have help!"

Tarmikos sprints forward, eying his shield as he goes along. He'll have to come back for it later.

He jumps down from the ledge, his focus locked onto his brother.

"You're not getting away that easy!"

As he falls, he rolls in mid air, and lands on his feet. He then hops backwards against the wall, and kicks off of it. Rolling along the ground again, he comes out of the roll and spins in the air, landing next to Silva. As he lands, he applies his momentum to his blade, releasing a powerful uppercut, aimed at Cruorin.

    "Surrender!"

Of course I miss, but that was totally a Matrix moment. He definitely felt the wind behind that slash.

The spellcaster is still standing. Curorin chuckles a little, and, spotting the palidin coming from the corner, says "I see you brought quite a few friends this time..."
