Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Yay! I got my stuff. :)
I'm not complaining, but was I supposed to get the coloring book, stickers, and notepad? Those weren't on the list, as far as I can tell.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
A lot of packages had free extras thrown in (if they were above a certain $ amount, or included certain items). So, in all probability, yes, you were supposed to get the extras.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
The lastest email update said
But all the pieces eventually fell into place and I'm happy to say that all the "plain" signed packages that didn't include Sticky Shticks (314 out of 397) are in the mail or sitting right next to me, postage paid and ready to go on Monday. Tracking emails still forthcoming for most, so don't worry if you don't have yours yet.
It's now the 9th of July, and I haven't received my tracking email despite having a "plain" signed package. Should I be concerned?Piratebold-Bard by Elder Tsofu | Backer #121 of the Giantitp Kickstarter | My homebrew

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
You're in England, which means you're dealing with international shipping time for your package. It's only been 1 week since the Monday referenced in your quote, and all indications I've seen are that it would take almost a miracle to get an international package shipped that fast without some very expensive services that Rich isn't using. If it gets to be 3 or 4 weeks and your package still hasn't arrived, then you might have reason to be worried. Maybe.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Just got my tracking message the other day...I'm pretty stoked for it...it's a non-shticky shticks book-including order, so if you're still waiting on a notification for that, they're obviously still sending them out. =)

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Just a few minutes ago I opened and admired my Kickstarter order, the $67 print only special. I live in the States, in case anyone's curious.
There's something so awesome about a magnet Roy. I didn't think I'd like it, but I do. The books are a really nice quality, and I expect to enjoy them immensely.
Thanks Rich!

Got my pack today! Awesome stuff! Thank Rich!
The colouring book is pretty funny, and I'm sure I'll enjoy reading the print-only books.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I just finished reading all the print only books I received (that didn't take long), and was wondering if there were threads on the forum somewhere with people discussing them.
I looked a bit, but didn't find any. Help would be appreciated!

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
My tracking number works now and it's been sitting at "Electronic Shipping Information Received". Does that mean it's coming? It was shipped a week ago, with priority I'm not sure how long that would take to get up here to Canada.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I printed out and made all the miniatures a while ago, but I haven't had the chance to use them until a couple of days ago. Not in D&D, but in Kill Doctor Lucky! (A free print and play version.) They actually worked out really well.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
No one, yet. Everything's still shipping. The only category I'm aware of that's been announced as being completely done is the signed packages that don't include Sticky Schticks, and even that is recent enough that many of them are still in transit plus the shipping notifications depend on Rich Burlew personally who isn't as organized and prompt with them as Ookoodook.
Be patient, and keep waiting for updates on the Kickstarter page. When a KS update announces that a category that includes your reward is all done shipping, and you've waited at least a few days and still gotten nothing, then you might want to message Rich through Kickstarter. Not before. And if you're getting something signed, wait a week or two longer.Last edited by Douglas; 2012-07-10 at 06:31 PM.

The Belkar PDF story is fully planned.
"And yet, will we ever come to an end of discussion and talk if we think we must always reply to replies? For replies come from those who either cannot understand what is said to them, or are so stubborn and contentious that they refuse to give in even if they do understand." - St. Augustine

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
Since Belkar's PDF Red bar is filled up, I am hoping if it will be a sad one (like Start of Darkness) or nearly humorous one.

It doesn't have to be light-hearted fun for Belkar.
Belkar's role in the online comic is often to take pratfalls for the audience's amusement, after all.Orth Plays: Currently Baldur's Gate II

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
My local comic book store has all the books except SSaDT. They just got them from their gaming supplier, so anyone waiting to buy the books from Ookoodook may want to check your local stores.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
I got WaXP and NCftPB today and am very happy. Those two had been missing from my collection and out of print, so I was very glad when the Kickstarter project started.
Glad the coloring book is 'kid friendly' too. Will see if my son wants to do some coloring tonight.
Cheers.

Re: The Post-Kickstarter Discussion Thread: Bask in the Afterglow
My package arrived, but one of the books is incorrect for my selected package(and indeed, is a duplicate of one I already own). How's rich resolving the inevitable mishaps?
