I don't know, feels more cutting-edge Modern Age to me. I would expect Heaven's Reach to have a dirtier, more used-future look to it.

You could argue it either way, truth be told. I mean, Heaven's Reach is an entire galaxy, you'd have some people going for the used-future look and some with a very clean-future look.

Natasa is a bit short for her age, barely above five feet tall. Despite this, she weighs more than she would appear to, thanks to the muscle mass she possesses. Natasa has brilliant red hair that drops down to her neck, held back back a darker red hairband. Natasa's eyes are a brilliant yellow, flashing dangerously when angered.

Natasa usually wears a pair of blue jeans with several rips and tears in them, and a t-shirt, usually with some sort of logo on the tee. A green ipod sits at her hip, the ear buds stuck in her pocket when she isn't using them.

Hey everyone,

So i've probably been stalking this thread for a good few years now, and only now need to request its services. i have two requests, one that i would like sooner rather than later, but neither need to be filled particularly quickly - kind of whenever people get around to it.

so the first (and would rather have first as well...):
i would like a picture of a male celestial - human-looking, with fair skin and blonde hair - both of those are necessary. as for what he is wearing, chainmail, or a combination of leather and chainmail, but i would like it to be obvious that he is wearing chainmail. he also happens to be wearing a werewolf pelt cloak - that is not a necessary requirement, if you happen to find a picture of something like that, i applaud you. he should have a bow on his back, a shortsword at his side, and a halberd somewhere. the look that i would like to have conveyed is that he is a mercenary. as for stance, preferably just standing, but this aspect i'm willing to be flexible on. i hope that this description works... i appreciate any effort put in by anyone .

now, the second character (the one that i don't need to have anytime soon...):
a tall (6'9" to be exact) male human (~200 lb), wearing plate armor. however, the plate armor isn't particularly ordinary - its black, with red trim, and has spikes and ridges all over it (go easy on the spikes though, i don't want spikes that are, like, 3 feet long...), his helmet (which he can either be wearing, or have at his side) is a modified bucket-helm style that has big horns curling forward (think minotaur horns rather than ram horns). the look that i want to convey with the armor is that, if he was walking through mist (or back-lit by flames) he would look like a demon.
Now, optional things include weaponry - a flail (aka mace-and-chain), a bastard sword, and, if possible, spiked gauntlets.

that is all. as for tax, i don't have anything worthy of contribution - although if i could find my old high school planner, i could upload a scan of a pretty cool drawing (read: doodle) i made of a knight in bloodstained armor... if i find it, i'll upload it. anyways, i appreciate any pictures that you guys find.

So for your first request I don't have much, a couple of pictures of blondes but really I just don't have much in the way of dudes. Second was quite a bit easier and I got some that I like quite a bit.

Yeah, i figured my first request wouldn't get as many results - if anyone can find any more that might fit a bit better, i would really appreciate it.

Now, the ones that you found for my second request are REALLY good. I really like the one on the horse - a little bit of photoshop recoloring, and that one would be EPIC. I also really like the one with the girl next to him, but i don't like the girl being there - unfortunately my photoshop-fu is not THAT good... I also really liked the last one - the crusader one - you found - for a brief moment i was tempted to say that THAT is what he looked like, but then i realized that it would involve a lot of ret-conning... so yeah i really liked the stuff you found for my second request - but yeah, my first request is a bit more difficult. so if anyone finds anything for my first request, go ahead and post it. in fact, if you find something that you think looks really good for my SECOND request, go ahead and post it as well - its fun to see what people find.

as for tax, i'll probably have it up by monday....

If its a non-human entity you want, a great place to start is with magic cards.
For example, for dragons

Each creature in Magic has a creature type, covering vast swaths of the stuff you would expect. You can replace the word dragon in the link above to look for other types of creatures.

If you see one that looks like what you want and you want a closer look, googe image searching "Artist's Name Card's name" usually pulls it right up.

A few i noticed that fit the bill of what you were looking for here.
