Mermaid caster. More specifically priestess, although she doesn't necessarily have to look very priestess-like. She can be lightly or scantily clad, but not almost naked (ala Ariel). Obviously, beautiful.
I am looking myself, but pictures in this thread are often of a higher quality than what I can generally find.

I don't know about bisexual and I'm not sure if I understand all nuances of the term "Valley Girl", but you might want to look at Private Valentine: Blonde & Dangerous.

Preferably clothed or having her "skin" be stylized as clothes. It's for a fantasy game, not sci-fi, so I'm more after a magical/arcane feel, rather than technology.
