"Is there dirty cleaner in the shed? Ah don't want any dirty dirt in my pond." Lochbed's puckered lips displayed her seriousness. She didn't want any of the dirty dirt in her water. The fae preferred clean dirt.

"There's 'dirty' dirt, but they are in bags," Aubade answered referring to the garden soil being in bags.

"Dirty dirt?" Ember questioned. He wasn't there during Lochbed's and Aubade garden scene yesterday...or was it the day before yesterday..anyways. "Is all dirt dirty anyway? Why its called 'dirt'."

[Mystic Muse]

"Hauh, so ponies eat of the earth, sounds, primitive compared to cookies," She thought about it and then shrugged. 'Very well, I shall try, these flower petal sandwiches." And unless stated otherwise, her voice usually sounds 'formal' and 'bored'.

Soft takes Gwyn back to her bar to make sandwiches for her, and anything else reasonable she asks for.

Mystic showed up at the appointment with Balboa.

The plum mare ate her sandwiches in silence, they were okay, not as tasty as cookies and pina colada, but okay. She recalled being in this bar just about a week ago, when she was given the magical boot out when tempers flared. She was still peeved about that, it was, humiliating. She looked at the cyan mare and then back at her plate of sandwiches. She sighed and continued to eat them.

Mystic

Mystic showed up at the appointment with Balboa.

Balboa's Estate
Mystic, would not actually be allowed in all willy nilly, she would be stopped immediately if she tried to fly in over the gates which went around the whole perimeter.

"Halt, state your name and business," An armed pegasus mare with grim serious business face stopped Mystic at the gates. The other guard, a unicorn stallion watched from the other end of the gate, his rifle floating, but not directed at Mystic. Next to him was an intercom button. The whir of a camera could be heard, looking up at the gate closer to the side with the stallion, one could see it.

And loches don't loch dirty dirty. There is also semi-dirty dirty too. Lochbed ponders if she should explain the other gradients of dirt dirtiness. "No. How would Ah explain that to mere ponies? Unless... Do ye have a gopher born on a Tuesday? No. Och course not. Plus it's not even cherry harvesting season so it wonnae even matter. The measurement would be all off. All off indeed. Stupid dirty dirty. Ah'll need ducks to measure it now."

She doesn't really care, she just likes making ponies react to things like that for giggles.

Rainbow put her hoof under his chine. When it rose so did Sandy's face. The sniper's keen eyes zoomed into a lock with the engineer's. "No, this is real life. You are back on the Cirrus. We... we were so concerned for your safety."

Sandy reached up and stopped her hoof. "No, no more vague-nghh!" He winced, and his foreleg tensed as his muscles cried out in protest. All at once, he felt sore all over. Kind of like that time he'd accidentally broken through to the wiring system with his wrench. That had been a fun day. "Ow...guess that might mean I'm awake. Nggh...what happened? Why'm I back here?" he asked with a hint of desperation in his voice.

The two just kinda stared at her unsure how to react to this, what she told them was beyond their area to be concerned about, that was stuff the boss had to deal with. The stallion did react a little with slight shifting of his hooves. Mare on mare was apparently hot.

"We'll phone you in Miss Mystic Muse," The female guard said as she hovered over to the stallion and pressed her hoof on a button.

"We have a Miss Mystic Muse here, says she has an appointment with Mister Balboa Shag," She said into the speaker, there was silence for about twenty seconds.

"Give her clearance." The voice on the other side said via the speaker. She nodded at the unicorn stallion who magically activated the gate as it opened.

"Welcome Miss Mystic Muse, to Mister Balboa' Shag's estate," The mare said gesturing that she had the clearance to go in. It was a long way to the house, but Mystic could reach there with no problems.

It could be some sort of tungsten blend, but look at these pale strips...I think silver would be about that shade, but these chips are even lighter...there's something else inside, and the formation is /iron/-packed. Silver-iron is far heavier than this, though. Hmm..."

"Well it's not naturally occurring, so I can't tell you much besides it looks like iron, is colored like silver, and weighs like something half as heavy as either. I could probably tell you the properties it'd bestow on the armor, though. No idea how I can do that, like most things, but there it is."

"It's probly something magical or something. Nothing to get too worried about, 'cause it's more of a passive type of magic. Of course, my work's not normally with magic, but if it's not makin' magic, I'll be able to work with it... So, Grills! When do we start?"

Rainbow's voice go stiff and serious. She hid her sigh of relief with an upright posture. "Debriefing is the realm of the Captain. Chain of command dictates I simply escort you to her if you want more questions answered."

"It's probly something magical or something. Nothing to get too worried about, 'cause it's more of a passive type of magic. Of course, my work's not normally with magic, but if it's not makin' magic, I'll be able to work with it... So, Grills! When do we start?"

"Well...it's the only thing I could channel light energy into, most others couldn't, and some exploded when I was training..... And it stopped several ballista bolts fired at me too"

The was there, watching them from a distance, giving them their relative privacy in this small area.

Mystic hovers in through the rather large mahogany doors. She's greeted on the other side by several NPC guards, none of them hot, and they don't look like they'd be harem material regardless.

"Hello Miss. Follow me If you want to live right this way, and the guards and I shall take you to mister Balboa." a rather dignified servant stated. He reminded her of Alfred from the old batmare comic. Ooooh, she totally needed minions like that.

"Very Well" Mystic says in the snootiest most uptight way she can manage. She's having way too much fun with this for no reason at all.

Somethin' concerning? What. Happened?" His grip on her hoof tightened, heedless of the pain in his legs.

"Normal pony? Ahahah...perish the thought. I have no desire to be a 'normal pony'," She harumphed and sipped her drink, whatever it was, possibly pina coladas, because uh, it was never to early or late for pina coladas.

Balboa Shag
Another day, another load of work to do, and he still had to find a new replacement lady messenger, one he couldn't lose to an exotically hot wily mare next time. But work was to be done later, he needed to relax, canoodle with his fillyfriends, rid the tension.

He was in his office, as usual, with all five of his fillyfriends, canoodling with them. He laid on his lounger on his back with one in his fore legs showering him with kisses, another sitting next to the lounger doing the same as he returned to the favors. The other three, doing stuff, drinking, etc occupying themselves until they got their turns. Decadence was king. He was enjoying himself needless to say.

Then came a knock on his door and he groaned and called out.

"Sir, there is a Miss Mystic Muse here waiting to see you," Feather Duster, the alfred -ish pony said to him.

"Oh...right, her, very well let her in," He said as he sat up, much to the dismay of his lovers. "Don't worry my loves, we can canoodle some more later, now off you go." He smirked patting them on the rears as they left.

Mystic, outside the office, would see a short stream of five hot mares scramble out and down the hall.

Balboa himself sat at his desk on a nice plush cushion with a bottle of scotch on his desk as he poured himself a drink. Feather Duster would bow and gesture for Mystic to go inside.

Mystic goes inside.

"Nice harem you've got there. I'm just starting my own." she says, with a bit of a grin.

"So, why did you want me to come here? And sorry about the messenger mare. I'm sure she's replaceable." she says to him, sitting down in a chair that I'm assuming Balboa has for her to sit in, even if it's just a cushion.

"What warrants interest in the alien abomination from hell?" she asks, referring to her nickname from her old town. Yes, her nickname was the alien abomination from hell. This was before she went all evulz too. They called her less nice things after the evulz part.

"Light energy? Stopped-? Oh. Oh goodness." She takes a step back in awe. "Blades, that's...that's Shimmerite. Active Shimmerite. That's so rare. Clerics of Celestia in particular would and have gone to war over that. It's incredibly valuable, but...I've only ever heard of it. I didn't think it even existed anymore. And in your hands...that's going to be incredible armor."

Speaking of, Taylor's managed to arrive in the town square, and is taking a look around the landmarks, either simply familiarizing himself with the area or looking for something.

He used nice, comfortable cushions, he saw no practicality in basic chairs. She would have herself a plush red cushion to sit down on her haunches. He bit down on his shot glass and lifted it up quickly as it trickled down his thrown, oh that scotch. He offered Mystic a shot of scotch and poured himself another shot.

"Oh Miss Mystic, you're too hard on yourself," He began conversationally with his affable dark chocolate voice, the sort straight mares swooned over, and some stallions. Oh Crispin Freeman...I uh...nevermind. "Have a drink, it can never be too early, or late for a nice shot of scotch," He smiled taking in a subtle view of the mare.


"Yes, she is replaceable, like most things, but there was a fondness, oh well," He said never changing from his tone. "I called you here, for one simple reason my dear. I know, that you defected from the Dark Forces, there's really hardly anything that goes on in the Dark Forces that I don't know about to be honest. It takes real nerves of steel to defy that fool 'John', and I must say, I'm impressed."

"Before I go on with telling you with why I summoned for you, I'd like to know, why did you defect? What brought you exactly to do so?"

He really though it was just another Iron/mithril ore....
Then things started lighting up to him, the mine in his home seems to have been more worth attacking by Dark Forces than he though.... Including an extremely overpowered possible Dark Knight instafragging everyone in it...

Sliverpine shook his head slowly. "I'm sorry, Sandy. It's all true," he said, regret tingeing his voice. He had hoped to spare the unpleasant truth at least a while longer.
