"It could just as easily be steel, ghost, or fighting type too, admittedly. Or considering the climate, maybe even an ice type."
Each person feels Migraine nestle into their mind a bit, ready to warn them if something tries getting tricky.
"Of course, there are other uses too, and Cloud Nine if we really need to have the water types out. Hopefully, it's not durants..."

(Just as a thought, speeds of the pokemon I have out: Jormungandr 12, Migraine 13, Tesla 14. Pokemon in their pokeballs and their speeds: Pyroclast 17, Ferra 10.)

"Or, you could use Grass types."

Ferlyn had already begun moving the moment she heard a sound, snapping her fingers as Coko would respond. While they might have seemed fairly laid back up to now, the girl had a level of prestige with her, when she was going into any kind of battle. Her entire mannerisms change, what would have been a side comment before was extremely scolding, as she prepared her defenses. That, however, did not stop her from expanding on the logical failings of her new teammate. Ferlyn had long been on the receiving end of a torrent of 'corrections' which had shaped her into learning more, but this other girl's lack of insight could do well to realize the failings of such things in her own time. Unfortunately, as far as any Travies was concerned, it wasn't her time she was on. An expedition of this level required many things, not the least of which was the ability to adapt as a group. So long as one was not Hyper Beaming through fellow pokemon there wasn't much of an issue. Her hands would turn to fists as she rose her right one up, across her breast, Coko recognizing the posture and standing alert. Her would be her starter in the case of wilds, and while she detected no steel types, she couldn't help but wonder what was coming.

"Coko, take point. Given the nature of this cage, prepare for both lava and ice based enemies. That means fire, Coko. Be wary. Faith, if all you have is water types, you are going to find this route extremely difficult for you. As much as we might all be good people, we are not friends yet, and it is not solely a place where water pokemon thrive. For instance, if the enemy is a more powerful evolution of our friend, your water is not spectacular at all, while those types you fear are. While Fire, is." Ferlyn would pause a moment, to glance ahead, as Coko followed her commands, moving forward. "And, allow me to assure you, that the only superior part of water against steel, is that it is not completely useless, where again, Fire shows great promise. These are not steel types coming towards us, they lack any of the signature movement, but it is wise to remember that a pokemon's type only works to a point. If I must, I will be happy to demonstrate that once we find a more suitable place. I don't mean to sound harsh, or take charge, but griping will do little for us here. Do remember, Capture is what we want, these pokemon are likely to be brand new families, I'm sure some of us would love to see how they grow."

    'What? I'm Tupilaq?'

Kenshin was wondering what the thing meant. It could be meaning many things. Maybe tupilaq meant human, or meant some sort of mind reader like a psychic or an aura pokemon or trainer. He was so wrapped up in trying to understand what tupilaq meant that he ignored the arguing behind him.

'Forgive me for this little one, it's for your own safety. I'll let you out in a minute.'

In one hand Kenshins sword gives off a faint purple glow as he charges it with aura. In the other hand he pulls out an ultraball. He throws it at the Aeshna, hoping to capture it for now so it wouldn't get hurt if things turned into a battle.

"Fair enough on that one, though I think most ice Pokemon would pick slightly colder locations than this," Faith says. "And Ice is a crap defensive type anyways. A kid with a baseball bat could probably take one down. Fighting should be okay... ghost might take a bit longer but not too long, hopefully." She frowns at Ferlyn.

"I'll be holding you to that demonstration," she says. She wanted to see the capacities of her teammates - know their strengths and weaknesses, to know where she'd have to compensate for them. She could already tell that Travies did not often tag battle. Most people never engaged in one. Tag battling taught you to watch the consequences of your moves. And what the hell was the sudden diatribe on steel-types supposed to be, anyways? Steel types were rare as all hell, and hadn't she just said there weren't any steel-types near? And how did she know that anyways? Whatever. "Lily, Terra, get ready... this could get hectic." Lily salutes, still in the air, while Terra doesn't even seem to acknowledge Faith's command.

"Eh...true. Fragile, but surprising in its usefulness at times, if Regent has taught me anything. Faith, can Terra change the ground around her yet? Could be useful."
He watches Faith and Ferlyn carefully. Sparks this early could be bad. Out of his peripheral vision, he watches Koyomi try to catch the aeshna, and hoped it worked.
"If we need them, my last two active members are an aggron-Ferra and magmar-Pyroclast, so you can factor them in if we need to."
Jormungandr is still staring intently at where the noise is coming from, while Tesla watches Koyomi's attempt.

    Kaori Matsuo

Kaori would look over at Faith with a small frown. "Hey now, I know what I'm doing... You're not the only person here who knows how to fight, don't just assume I made a mistake..." She twisted her lips a bit in displeasure as she looked away for a moment before looking back. "And you're wrong, I actually have a water type. If I need her, I'll just make it rain."

And she wrinkled her nose before looking over at Aruka. "Anyways, Aruka, can you go up and join Coko? You're probably tougher than the little thing. At least until it grows up." The Skarmory would give a small cry before taking off, landing next to Coko with two beats of its wings, up at the front of the party towards the noise. Kaori would smile, nodding with satisfaction as she leaned down, whispering to Jin. "We'll just have to show the jerk over there that we know what we're doing, huh big guy?" And she'd earn a soft snort in reply.

"Didn't say you didn't know how to battle. Tag battling's a bit different though, and this is like, extreme tag battling." Faith frowns. She had gone to a move tutor... yes. Perfect. "Terra, move out of the group, rough the ground up, then block the tunnel with Stealth Rock." She doesn't shout or shriek like an overexcited new trainer would. She speaks swiftly, but her words are still quite clear and distinct from each other.

Terra starts, then runs forward so she's standing in the middle of the tunnel, near Coko and Aruka, then stomps her hooves. The ground ripples, then begins distorting. The ground becomes rough and uneven, with lumps and jagged cracks. Rocks rise up from the ground, from material that was not there before, to block the passageway. They hover in the air, rotating slowly. They almost resemble teeth.

Returning Marshall, Mark just motions Stryker to stand near to the other Pokemon and wait for any sign of movement with a simple hand gesture. Stryker gives a barely perceptible nod then leaps over to where the others were and crouches warily, watching the darkness for any sign of movement. Meanwhile, Mark unslings his Stylerbuss and holds it at the ready. "We all know how to fight, otherwise we wouldn't be standing here. Now pipe down and look lively! They'll come in to view any second!"

    Default Yup'ik: Combat #1

The Aeshna blinked as the pokeball flew towards its face, not in the slightest shifting away from it. "Aesh-?" It began, questioningly, as it actually seemed a little surprised to find itself caught in the ball - which gave an almost unheard of four wobbles, but then gave a soft ding as the Aeshna was in fact caught.

The footfalls grew louder as, finally, the second new creature thus far came into proper view. Overtly it was lizardlike - it looked a little like an iguana, given it had four lizard-legs and its body more or less shifted down to a lizard's tail. The feet were enormously thick, however, which along with the creature's rather impressive height of 5'8" without being quite upright explained the thudding - the thing had to be several hundred pounds just from overall thickness. The thing was more like a lizardy camerupt-or-gigalith as far as overall build was concerned.

Aaanyway, two enormous horns extended from the side of its head - they extended out a bit, then forward. Its scales alternated between shades of very deep purple and grey, with a pair of yellow stripes thereon - one across what you'd call shoulders of its taller forelegs, one as a ring at the base of its tail. When its mouth opens, its teeth are serrated and look like they were stained purple.

Following the first large one came six smaller creatures which were visibly miniature versions of the larger one. Much smaller - about three feet tall - their horns were dramatically smaller and merely jutted out a little rather than curving around. Their feet also were less proportionately thick - less tree trunk, more extentions. Interestingly, however, they were about as long as their clearly-evolved-form as their tails maintained thickness well past their legs. Both this and its evolved form seemed to have no trouble keeping their tails from dragging on the ground, as they swung back and forth with each stomp. Most of the smaller ones, however, were very visibly making extra effort to stomp with each step.

"Squa!" The girth of the larger one caused the deep growl to echo about the cave.

"Squa!" Resounded all of the smaller ones... as a second of the larger ones had been taking up the rear guard. The larger ones spoke alternatingly, while all the smaller ones spoke in unison.

    "Squa!" "Squa!" "Squa!" "Squa!"

There wasn't really a question to their hostility - after a moment, four of the smaller ones and one of the larger ones lunged forward, while two small and the other large stayed back.

For the precise instant in an attempt to make things flow more smoothly, I'd like to attempt to run the game without a grid for this particular battle. Thus, in your post, post whether you're near the front or far away from said front, and just be moderately reasonable with things. In addition, please post the speed of the pokemon you are utilizing, and for expediency put your first round's action(s) for both you and your pokemon. Also note whether or not you'd like your trainer to be on the battlefield or off it.

This is exclusively an experiment; while expanded a bit, the cave isn't terribly large and thus it's not helpful towards distance-related tactics anyway, and I'd like to see if this works for making things go a touch faster. If it ends up being confusing or wrecking the point of pokemon with high overland movement (or if people just don't like it), however, I am more than willing to swap back to utilizing a grid. ^_^ Just describe your movement, and we'll see how it works out.

Also, the Aeshna was in fact successfully captured! You are free to nickname your new pokemon (Or nickname it later - we don't need a name rater here :P ), and will have stats shot your way a time later.

Aura information is coming momentarily (And the initial stealth rocks damage will occur on the first round of combat)
Beginnings usually happen over trifles... even if it's a coincidence...

Squa indeed. Well. First things first, really. Faith clenches her hands and regards the lizards from her position just barely behind her Pokemon, at the edge of the newly roughened terrain. Hmm... well, if Sunny Day was up, that'd be a great boost. Probably enough to turn the tides, really, though what Kaori was thinking, sending out another metal Pokemon right after using Sunny Day, she had no idea. Did it know a fire-type move? "Lily, Fire Punch the big guy up front. Terra, Flame Blast in the back!" It... well, it should be far back enough to NOT brutally murder the two steel-types. Eh. You won some, you lost some.

Matt raised an eyebrow-their heads looked a little similar to an aggron's. He smiled a bit at the coloration, though. Girard would probably love that part. It possibly hints of either a dark type or poison type, too...
    "Jormungandr, paralyze a front runner."
Jormungandr slithers forward, staring directly into the eyes of one of the small ones as Faith attacks the parents and causing its muscles to seize up with fear. Matt meanwhile scans the pokemon-type knowledge could go a long way here.

As soon as the pokemon was caught Koyomi was already heading to the fornt lines. His sword was in his hand and he drew his other blade which he used for parrying.

'You two, it's time. Let's show these youngsters our training.'

He pointed his swords at two pokemon and Ichigo and Kenshin nodded then took off running. Kenshin dashed forward and smacked a small one at the front with aerial ace. Ichigo rushed the big one Lily had fire punched and hit it with a dark attack. Meanwhile Koyomi headed the other side from Kenshin and made a passing slash at one of the smaller ones, trying to move past it to get to the back. His sword was now glowing brightly purple with the power of his spirit.

    Kaori Matsuo

Kaori's eyes would practically sparkle as she straightened on top of her Rapidash, seeing the new pokemon. Her camera was out in an instant as she snapped a picture of the frontrunners of the group, the flash lens blinding them as Jin reared up. "Okay Jin, here we go! Hit and run!" And the flames on the Rapidash flared up as he burst forward, running at full speed towards the front pokemon as his tail began to shimmer and solidify. "Iron Tail!" And they'd collide with the first pokemon, Jin shifting to smack it with his tail as he slid past, twisting to hit the next, and so on, flying through the group at breakneck speed. He didn't stop there, dashing through to the pokemon in the back and doing much the same. As he approached the final smaller pokemon, Jin used all of his momentum as he slid across the stone, his hooves striking sparks as he brought his rear end completely around, smashing into the pokemon with full force, then dashed away, running around the opposing group and coming to a stop finally next to Aruka.

And Aruka would carry out the 'plan', as Kaori had put it, as he began to glow softly, touching Jin. The Skarmory's steel plating would shimmer and appear to thin somewhat, as Jin's hide visibly toughened and thickened. And with that, Aruka would back off, moving away from the front, ready to be recalled when Kaori had a spare moment. Kaori, for her part, would hold onto her dashing Rapidash with ease, putting the camera away for the moment as she pulled out her Pokewatch, scanning one of the big Pokemon as she flew by...

Stryker stepped forward, beholding all of the squa-ing creatures in his judgemental, withering gaze. Before the Stare, there could be no escape. Surging forward, he clamps down with a mouthful of fire on the rearmost large pokemon, hoping beyond hope that it wasn't poisonous.

Her right arm raised as she thrust it to the side in an elbow snap. "Coko, let us show them how Iron Tail really works. Take out those too lucky too burn properly." Ferlyn knew she didn't need more, Coko wasn't dull, and with the clash on the front row, the back was exposed. Default Yup'ik: Combat 1, Round 1

The brilliant flash lit the cave as Jin galloped forward. The pokemon was at best a blur - zipping through the assembled hostile pokemon so swiftly that it was mind boggling that Kaori could keep straight what was going on, let alone get a good picture out of the deal. As though metal, the two blitzed directly through many of the assembled pokemon with ferocity.

It was moment afterwards that the speedy Arcanine rushed forward, under the watchful eye of his master. The larger rear pokemon had a very sturdy hide, but that did nothing to stop Stryker's ferocious fangs - they struck a viciously weak point, the flames from the bite scalding the opponent hard.

    - which was when the Arcanine gave a splutter, shaking his head fiercely as his mouth had become a bit numb.

It wasn't until Jin began to slow down that it became clear that he was also negatively effected. The rapidash's first successful connection had caused poison to surge into the rapidash, while the second to last successful connection resulted in his muscles cramping up - the latter effect also was effecting Stryker.

In the immediate aftermath, it also became clear that their scales
had partially deflected Jin's metallic strikes - turning what may have been deathblows into survivable strikes - except for the last one, who caught that extra bit of momentum and was plunged head over heels, where it lay still.

With an artful, almost elegant rush, Kenshin drove his leek through one of the smaller ones with a profound slash. The creature next to it managed to evade Koyomi's followup swing - which brought it directly into Coko's iron tail. Barely on its feet despite its hide repelling some of the blow, it released the same poison which had effected Jin, but all this did was wash off the steel pokemon - presumably the creature was unaware that it wouldn't work here?

Poison dripping from its fangs, the larger creature almost leaned into Lily's flaming fist - it was that eager to attempt a bite, but staggered a bit from the unexpected amount of force behind the blow. And iwth that, there was Ichigo - the bisharp giving a vicious slash when the large creature's defenses were lowered. For a moment, the dripping venom'd mouth surged forward - but it lacked the oompf to continue the assault, and the creature finally went down, succumbing to its wounds.

The larger one going down doesn't seem to particularly deter the group - if anything, it riles them up more. The large one in back stamps his feet - and almost in unison, four of the smaller ones crouch down a touch. Their horns crackle with electricity as electric waves shoot out, engulfing Jormungandr, Lily, and Coko with numbing. The one in back did similarly against Terra, and obviously was unaware that the pokemon was part-ground as the electric attack didn't effect her at all. One opened his eyes after the electricity - to notice a serpent inches away from his face. Visibly startled and staggering backwards, his body also visibly locked up.

The one by Coko, however, was a bit too enraged at the fact that the smaller pokemon had managed to maim it so fiercely. Spinning, its tail smashed into the surprised Aron's face, sprays of poison flicking off it... which annoyed the steel pokemon rather than actually hurting it.

The larger one's horns crackled with notably more electricity than the smallers, however, and it sent a blast of electricity which engulfed Lily and Ichigo - Jin barely had managed to get out of reach, and Koyomi could feel the electricity inches in front of himself, but also wasn't effected. The medicham and bisharp found themselves paralyzed from the assault, however - it seems these pokemon were fond of paralysis and poison.

Which is when a torrent of flame engulfed the rear large pokemon, who very firmly went down from the blast - the smaller pokemon near it also feeling some of the flames.

The pokewatches slowly displayed a small amount of information about the small, and then the larger pokemon:

    Squamata - the scaled pokemon
    Squagila - the scaled pokemon
As usual, more information would come in three turns, while information on the Aeshna would come in two. At the moment, however, the frenzy of battle continued.

Jormungandr nods and keeps an eye on the one. Matt moves over towards Jin, having the worst of the effects. He also tosses an ultra ball at D.
(1d20-10)[-2]-I am an idiot. Real roll is 42

EDIT: Removing thunder wave because throwing a pokeball uses the trainer command action. Move throw at D to anywhere else if someone ahead of me wants that one.

    Kaori Matsuo

Kaori would look down worriedly at Jin as he came to a stop, scratching his side. "Don't worry big guy, we'll get you all fixed up in just a bit, okay? For now, just keep at it!" She'd see Matt coming over, pulling a pokeball out in the process. It didn't exactly take a genius to figure out his target, so she'd put away her camera for the moment, reaching into her pouch and pulling out a small black ball. "Time for a distraction!" And she'd wind up, hurling the little black ball, only for her throw to fall short, the little ball harmlessly exploding in a ball of glitter and smoke.

"..." The girl was silent for a moment, before shaking her head in annoyance. "Never mind that! Jin, let's keep it up! Flame Wheel the hurt one in the front!" Jin would completely ignore the effects of paralysis, as if unfazed, though he was a little slower to react, moving forward and engulfing the Squamata in fire.

The samurai felt the tingle of electricity behind him and spun round to see his two pokemon being paralysed. He sheathed his main blade, looked round and picked three targets. He dashed between them and drew his blade, striking out at them as he passed.

Ichigo colapsed to his knees, still suffering from that electric blast. But still, there was a smile on his face after he took out that big one. His rival on the other hand swooped high in the air, undetered by the electricity of his foes, then dropped down at one of the lizards but at the last second his muscles seized up from the electricity and made him miss.

    Paralyze roll!
    1d20: 9 (Coko can act)

Ferlyn's eyes narrowed as she saw the display. What would have been a crippling blow to any other pokemon actually was the perfect chance for capture. Accepting that, Ferlyn would clench a fist, and look to her friend. Coko was struggling, he was unharmed by the attacks, but the payload did it's job. Soon she would have to recall him, no matter what happened, and her new partners made it impossible to simply sweep them all. Electric types and all. Biting her lip, she would grin. "Coko, you are going to let those small fry bother you? You can still move, we both know it. And there's one who hasn't been touched. They don't like our Iron Tail... we'll just need to show them all that you can be! Ready... back off... Mega Kick!"

Coko's struggle would sieze as the tough little Aron would hear his trainer's command. Taking a step back to ready the special maneuver, Coko would rapidly charge forward, glaring at it's target as it made a path to bull rush it's foe. Only, rather than using that momentum for a head smash, the armor pokemon would leap at the last moment, spinning a bit in the air, as all it's power of a kick, with all it's momentum would smash towards the Squamata's side, with enough force to sent it smashing into the cavern wall.

With all those thunder waves - and the bit where their teeth were dripping purple goop - it was quite clear what types these were. Probably meant there were zubat-ish things around too - electric was kind of a crappy typing in a tunnel. There was a reason you didn't find Pikachu in the mountains after all. "Lily, Zen Headbutt the strong one, and Terra, Mud-Slap down the middle!" Faith says. She holds her arms stiff and straight by her sides - her Pokemon would not be able to see the gestures, and all that flailing would only raise the chance of her backhanding someone by mistake.

    Default Yup'ik: Combat #1 Completed!

Rearing back, Matthew hurled his ultra ball.

It soars, as Jin rushes forward, the rapidash's flames engulfing a squamata amidst the sparks from Kaori's pester ball.

It soars, as Lily leaps forward with psychic energies, smashing into and distorting a second.

It soars, as Coko leaps forward - that squamata in fact ricocheted off a wall amidst his unconsciousness.

It soared, as both Koyomi and Kenshin leapt towards the second-to-last squamata - the farfetch'd rushed in first, its leek seemingly glancing away from it - but giving an opening for the swordsman to strike home.

It soared - and impacted against the final squamata, who seemed to recoil as he was slurped into the ball. It shook once, twice, then remained still for a moment before finally glowing red, and halting.

And with that, there were no more conscious hostiles in this area of the cave. Things were a little eerily silent for a few moments - almost like something else was supposed to leap forward - but nothing in fact did. Thus, in the end, there was time for people to lick their wounds.

The pokedexes registered with more information, first of which was typing. Poison/Electric indeed - both squamata and its single evolution. Aeshna, however, were ice/bug.

....and Terra was likely a little annoyed that there was no mud slapping to be done in the end.

    Kaori Matsuo

Kaori would flip around on Jin's back, facing backwards as she pulled her camera out, letting Jin do his thing. Looking through the viewfinder, she'd carefully focus the lens, looking at Matt... and click! The moment after the pokeball stopped moving, confirming his capture, she'd take a snapshot. The flames from Jin were here and there on the picture, but his expression was clear as day. The girl would grin. "Perfect!" And she'd hop up, standing backwards on Jin's back to face the majority of the other trainers.

"Okay! Everyone, gather your pokes 'round!" Grabbing a pokeball from her belt, she'd toss it next to Jin, her Mismagius appearing. "Meiya, poor Jin got poisoned and paralyzed, and some of the others are a bit shocked too. Can you give us a hand?" Meiya would smile as she floated above Jin, spinning in the air as the other pokemon neared, before a crystal clear note would ring through the air, cleansing the poison from Jin's veins and helping their muscles to relax...

Jin would audibly sigh as the pain from the poison went away, and Kaori would smile cheerfully. "You're the best, Meiya!" The Mismagius would almost blush, if such a thing were possible for a ghost, as the girl looked down at Jin. "You did good, Jin! Nice work!" And she'd hop down off his back, hugging the side of his neck. "You deserve a good rest, but we've still got a long way to go. You still alright?" And Jin would turn, bumping his head against her shoulder hard, as if that was a stupid question, making her laugh.

Then he picks up his new pokemon, and looks over to Terra.
"Faith, mind covering me as I release my squamata? Wait, that's still too impersonal...I think I'll call him Mojave. I want to get him up to full and get him to trust me."
He sets aside some simpler gear for the next part, a pair of rubber gloves, and a pair of heavy cotton gloves.
"No one minds if I make sure the rest of them live, right? Oh, and one of us should call Girard and let him know what we found."

Koyomi calms down and the purple glow on his sword dissapears. For a moment he was about to bring out Tapion to heal everyone but before he could he seen Kaori and Matt working on them. He smiled and realised he was working in a team again, he didn't need to rely on himself and his own pokemon too much, he could also rely on his new friends.

As soon as Kenshin was no longer paralysed, Koyomi ordered him to fly up and cut down that plant they had spotted earlier, near the Aeshna. While Kenshin was doing that his master collected the pokeball with the bug in it. He realised that according to official trainer rules he couldn't have it, having a full team on him already. Then he remembered how his own little girl loved bugs, the wierder the better. He looked over at Kaori. She was still young, maybe she was the same as Ise.

'Excuse me, Kaori-chan. Do you have a full party yet? I can't hold onto this little one and I think he might be useful in the future. Not only would Girard like a look at it, it also might help guide us through this cave.'

'And I'll call Girard, I need to tell him something. It could be very important.'

Koyomi laughs at that last part. He and his wife made sure to dress little Ise in a purple kimono whenever her 'Uncle Girard' was coming over to visit. Koyomi noticed he tended to give her more sweets when she was dressed in purple than when she wasn't. The man was obsessed by the colour.

Before Koyomi calls on the radio he returns Ichigo and sends out Mugen to watch over the fallen squamata and squagila as Matt treats them. If they started anything, Mugen would deal with them fast.

'Girard, this is Koyomi. We have encountered some of the local pokemon. We met a purple lizard pokemon and its evolution. Both are poison and electric types. We also have a new bug type, it's also part ice but has wings. We are all safe and have captured a sample of each of the species as well as taken a sample of a local plant.'

Once he had finished the report he took a deep breath in.

'I also need to ask you somethig important. Did you send in anyone before us, or do you think anyone else has explored this cave? Using my ... my, uh, power ... I was able to find out one of these pokemon recognised a pokeball as an apricorn. It's possible someone using apricorn balls has been this way. Either that or there are trees growing in this cave system.'

Stryker growled in gratitude as his mouth finally closed. That was not an experience he would want to repeat in a hurry. Mark meanwhile listened to what the others had to say before turning to Stryker."Alright, Stryker, good job as always. Apparently there are poisonous and paralyzing things down here, so..." Stryker nods as he is returned to the ball and is promptly replaced by none other than Marshall, who cordially tips his hat like spelunking in a dangerous cave wasn't really a thing. He even has a little notepad and pencil, although with nothing more than the knowledge that literacy exists he's limited to pictures for the time being.

At the mention of apricorn balls, both Marshall and Mark blink in surprise. Marshall begins drawing something on the his notebook in a manner that is best described as 'artistically crippled', face screwed up and tongue sticking out as he attempted to draw some kind of cave structure on his sheet of paper. Mark. oblivious to Marshall's struggling, merely folded his arms and waited for Girard's reply.

He quickly grabs the mouth gently and slides the band up, looking the squamata in his eyes.
