It does, but you are eventually kicked out of the poll if you give mostly heterosexual responses (concerning who you had sex with recently); I assume the poll doesn't reject heterosexual transexuals.
I said I wasn't trans, said I was asexual when given the choice of my sexual orientation, then a bit later said I had sex with a single man. I've tried responding I was attracted to no one, and also that I was attracted to men, but both still lead me to getting kicked out. (I suppose the early questions I got on self-identification were irrelevant to my getting kicked out, so I'm not detailing my answers for these).
    So yeah.

I don't know words are hard!) and it's been bothering me for a while and I'm not happy about it.

One of the reason I'm not happy about it is because I'm bi and not gay and have always leaned more towards women. In fact I've always leaned so much towards women that I've been convinced most of my life that I was straight because I had no problem completely ignoring everything else.

Another reason is that I don't actually know anyone that isn't straight so I haven't really I guess talked with anyone about anything and haven't really done anything about it other then a few measly attempts at going to a gay bar alone (oh god going to bars alone is sooooo boring).

Also I'm allowed to be irrationally annoyed at myself.
Have you enjoyed the pleasure of men before, or is it a heretofore unrequited background desire? Maybe if you swing for a little while and get it out of your system, you will return to your sexuality comfort zone.

Going to bars alone is only boring if you don't wind up meeting people. Not just for hook-ups, I mean, but for chats too. If it's boring, perhaps ur doin it rong?

Our distance aside, I would offer you some experiences except that you'd never go back to women after.

Do it anyway! It'll give an option for "do not experience sexual attraction". Apparently Musashi got kicked out but I imagine the reason still gets logged so it might still help.

That is so weird. I gave "heterosexual" responses to the sex questions, having only had sex with one person who is not of the same gender or biological sex to me, and I got to the end. Does it tell you why you get kicked out? I mean, if you answer all those different ways, are you sure it's not a glitch of some kind?

Probably. I guess I'm just used to going with friends and chatting with strangers that are not brought in by the friends has always been an afterthought. More of a spur of the moment decision at three or four in the morning that yes I would like to meet someone new or go home with someone tonight.

Croatia is currently handling their membership, that's probably why.

I started filling it out, but then they started asking about the requirements for legal gender change (why are they even asking this? Can't they look it up themselves?) and because I've been too scared to look those up myself yet I gave up... ._.

I don't think it's a glitch, it basically thanked me for wanting to take the survey but that I wasn't part of the target group. I just tried again, saying I didn't know who I was attracted to this time, and I still won't go further.

Yes, for the record, KenderWizard did indeed suggest the signature. I'm exploring options, but that wouldn't work for me; I have just enough synesthesia-type stuff going that it would be ... Like changing my tone and inflection and attitude only for the very last word of a conversation.

Yes and no. As was said before In this thread; "he used to be bisexual. Now he's monogamous" (implying that once you've got your one partner you shouldn't look around ever, not promiscuity on part of bisexuals).
Well, there's no reason someone would have to keep being attracted to a given sex while being married to the other. There's also no reason they can't be, though. It doesn't really make sense to measure sexuality by who someone's actively pursuing sex with.

That's exactly what I got! Well, the same, but in French, and incidentally, I've heard that everything sounds sexier in French. Although it didn't really sound sexy at all. Oh, look at the time, it's Random-Babblin'o'clock.

Oh, wow. I did not enjoy that survey at all. :(!

At one point there's a bunch of questions regarding the most serious physical or sexual assault that's happened to you in the past five years.
I was the victim of a sexual assault some years ago, and being asked a bunch of questions about the situation (and the offender (and how I handled it)) by a machine survey has shaken me pretty badly.

The worst part is, I can't help but feel that I'm being too sensitive about it and am being selfish for wishing they had put some kind of trigger warning up before.
Except that there really is no being too sensitive about this. Or at least, it is obvious that it stirred up a whole lot of bad feelings and I have to acknowledge them now I'm aware of them.
I guess they decided not to include a "skip this if it makes you uncomfortable"-button for practical reasons, but that doesn't really prevent me from feeling weird now.

I guess what I can take with me from the survey is that I'm not done working with it. Complicated. *sigh*

Of course, it doesn't help that the assault has been surfacing the past few weeks due to a guy I met in a bar who wanted me to be more... assertive in our .. conversation - and that started a lot of thoughts about power, powerlessness and how I feel about my body and other people. Kind of hard to talk about in polite company, but I hope I haven't stepped on anyone's toes.

And I really needed to get this off my chest.

It's SPRING in Denmark, and aside from days with pouring rain, time for wearing short shorts and reading books outside. Book reading is, of course, mainly a front for looking at cute guys in short shorts.

Oh geez. *hugs* if wanted. A couple of years ago I had a rather..."forward" admirer (female), and ended up in a pretty awkward situation because I'm totally good at handling situations like that. So I have a slight inkling how you might feel, although nothing like as extreme as your experience.
I'm really sorry, I think I recognise your name, but I don't remember you well. Would you mind reintroducing yourself?

I have pretty obvious admirers of both sexes. Thing is, one of them I've known since we were in the first grade. If anything, it's incredibly awkward for her to bring up totally irrelevant topics when I haven't spoken to her.

And she does it all the time, gives me these weird looks, and then looks away, etc. It's bizarre and frustrating.

I'm rather surprised that there wasn't a warning exactly because of how this dragged up old memories for you. Anyway I hope you'll feel better soon and may lots of cute guys in very short and tight shorts walk past you

By "awkward" I meant "culminated in her pretending she had been too drunk the previous night to remember what she did".

I think they said that if one felt uncomfortable answering a question one could put "I don't know" instead, but that's not really a "dude watch out this might bring up traumatic memories" kind of warning.

I'd guess they didn't put a warning up because it would add to the self selection bias, but I didn't take it.

*shrugs* It's no big deal for me. I barely qualify as an LGBT+ individual, if at all, anyway.
Oh, by the way, I took the test in French (it being my first language), but I don't think it had an influence on the rest... did it?
    First off, *hugs*.

Second, you're Demisexual - 'technically straight' or not, you're definitely LGBT+. It's pretty messed-up that that survey overlooked you (and Nope for that matter, but at least he isn't European).
