I wonder what Lex means when he says "LLoyd he'll... I think I made my analysis prematurely." What analysis? what will lloyd do? Fight against them? He couldn't even fight against the 'real' enemy when he had grown up trained to kill them, I don't see him fighting anyone he is familiar with lol.

He told him Lloyd would be all right, since he's far away and can't get sucked into the war/ other nonsense going on in Kago. Now it looks like there'll be a much bigger war, and he might have been wrong about Lloyd not getting drawn in.

Trivia: Lyra and Cole are half-siblings; Lyra is a human while Cole is a half-orc. I think it's obvious how they're making quite a bit of money during this whole fiasco.

Also, in the second panel, I originally wanted Rust to have his hand in the waterfall, and as the water pooled and ran down his hand it would turn from clear to black, but it was just too hard to do without a tablet, and I don't think I'm getting that until my birthday in about 5 weeks.

Also also, the Selket River, along with its tributaries and so forth, is the main source of water for about 40% of the continent. If you managed to actually poison the entire river or something, the death toll would be 4-5 million, minimum. Point is, if Rust wants a lot of people dead, that's the fastest way Lexi can think of to do it. Except, of course, it's impossible to do.

all he needs is to throw dead bodies with favour to infected ones ,lots of iron and animal droppings, and these are not hard to find in any medival kingdom.

he can get rats everywhere, which would work just fine.

Yeah, but that was Lexi's imagination shot; and it was more dramatic (at least to him). Obviously there's lots of ways to contaminate a water supply.

If you put him in a clown outfit Rust would pretend to go along with it then set you on fire the moment your back was turned. Or just set you on fire. Or stab you. Really, if the two of them had the same goals (which I am not saying anything about either way) and worked together then the world would be even more ****ed.

Though I think it's funny how that little suggestion, by Lexi, gave Miles one of the few clear displays of emotion he's given so far in his entire appearance.

No, seriously. Not kidding. I'll post a recipe here soon (hard to quantify difficulty of baking)

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 lb butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp. rum (can be replaced with an extra tablespoon of vanilla)
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Almonds for top (optional)
2 cups canned apricots, drained well
1/4 cup fresh blueberries (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 F, line the bottom of a 9" springform pan with parchment paper (basically wax paper, to stop it from sticking). Mix butter, eggs, and sugar, then add flour, baking powder, vanilla, and rum.

Spread batter into pan. Dry apricots, then arrange on top of batter, skin side up. Cover top of pan with foil, bake for 15 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 45 minutes at 325 F.

Remove from pan, sprinkle with confectioners sugar and almonds if desired.

If you are including the blueberries, you can mix them in before panning the batter, or add them with the apricots, or have them on the side.
