I want to point out that for all "Zii created her", we've never seen Zii go this much out of her way to break up established couples. That's all Sonya. But I can't help but be impressed by the consistency of it. Sonya's personality is pretty damn well crafted.

I'm not entirely annoyed by it but yeah, it is a pretty weird thing that kind of changes a lot of the previous humor in the story.
Now it's mostly ways to make Gary suffer when before there was a wider variety of jokes.

Yes, as I've stated before, I explicitly didn't want the comic to go harem on us. Yet here we are. It's killed a whole damn layer of appreciation I had for it, since I could actually relate to Gary in his previous state, and now I just... can't.

Not to mention that it's lazy and repetitive.

I still obviously enjoy it enough to keep reading it, though. It's regular to a fault, it doesn't take much out of my day, and it does manage to hit funny notes with decent regularity. In fact, this comic even had me a bit enthused; Sonya is one of the more interesting characters in the comic, given how we have seen her develop for so long.

If this comic ever gets a real ending, it will likely be Gary ending up in a real harem situation, while getting lots, then realizing it doesn't satisfy him all that much, at least not all the time with all of them, gets further development in the relationship department and settles into it with his new, real girlfriend.

Most likely though, that'd be Yuki, because it'd offer the greatest amount of character development and hijinks.

In the meantime, I wonder what happened to Kiley and Matt.

To be honest, I'm okay with any development that will cause Yuki pain. Not out of any inheritent nastiness of my twisted heart, but simply due to the fact that she needs some gaddang come-uppance coming her way.

Sonya. The fact that you "seduce" people by hiding naked in their bed doesn't mean that's standard procedure. Frankly, the only reason it worked with Zii was probably because you had slept with her before and she has a weak spot for you. Otherwise, it's actually pretty damn scary, and unlikely to be effective on a shy, spineless virgin. Got that? No? Okay.

I'd have hoped that Kiley would remain on the radar and not just get put on a bus when her role was played out. She was an interesting kind of crazy. It's not like she moved, though; she's probably just busy with school.

And we all know what Matt is doing.

It looks deviously great. Sonya has had a slew of good expressions earlier as well. Again, I must commend Giz here, she's a great artist.

I mean. she is about the only one still has her marples sorted in a neat little row and knows what she's doing. I really hate the fact that Gary and Kiley had to break up. They did make a sensible couple and it got gary some normal sort of action instead of *slick-slick-stomp-stomp* action he gets from yuki and the 'this-belongs-in-a-porn-movie-not-in-real-life action he gets with amber. and I'm not going where Dillon wants to go. but obviously the writers of the comic wouldn't be good writers if they at least didn't have a particular nasty fit of sadism towards the main character...
