Gtharon, Lord of Undead and Death. Who smiles, and shakes his head, beginning preparations to open a Black Mirror (essentially a teleportation device; said preparations consist of making a connection to the one there, and drawing a bit of energy from his realm).

"Nope. May I see your deific regulation certification, along with your jurisdictional stamp for deities of my pantheon, and the permission form from the legal owner or creator of the ocean in which this base is located?"

The man leans down to inspect Civvy's card, nods in approval, and then turns to Gtharon. And sighs. Both the Deity Union and the Fourth Wall Mason's Union have special arrangements with the current Commander of HALO. As I'm sure you can imagine, he prefers to not have strange gods messing around in his base. Now, since you're new, I'll cut you a break this time. I advise you to join the Union as quickly as possible, otherwise you will be fined for every unauthorized use of your powers in this base. Failure to comply with Union regulations will result in all members ignoring you. If you don't like it, go talk to the base Commander. It's his rule that all deities working in HALO must be unionized.


If anyone wants to interact with Rhapsodia before she leaves the base, now would be the best time to do so.

Civvy sighs as soon as the man's back turns; she was happy her card passed.
It was a completely legit card for the union, but she was always worried.
She had heard stories of what they do to some of the gods that overdo things; and she recently went way overboard on power-expenditure.

I mentioned the FWMU as the second union that has a special arrangement with HALO. I asked to see your TheoChronal license. Theo means God and Chronal means Time. A TheoChronal license is the license the Deity Union gives to Gods who are capable of manipulating Time. Got it?
