As Kyne leaves via dramatic escape, Chris gets dropkicked in the face by her. He is most definitely knocked to the ground, and he is going to have a black eye by the end of this.

By the time he looks up, Kyne is gone beyond chasing. He sighs and groans in pain as he holds his hand up to his eye.

Chris gets up off the floor after a while, still holding the part of his face that got kicked. After a moment of dizziness, he goes to find some painkillers for the headache he has just acquired.

The statue curses, and extends a large arm, it's palm hitting the floor were the summoner was. It's helmet falls off, and rolls a few feet away.

Chris chuckles a bit, lounging back as she traces his scars. "Yeah. Well, except for this one." Chris points towards a rather nasty looking, old, vaguely L-shaped scar around his lower abdomen. "That, I have to say, was not a pleasant experience, even in comparison to the rest of them."
