I have an idea...As some of you may know, just recently, a joint assault was launched upon Iceland by Russian, Portugese and luxembourg forces. Every single inch of that hellish island had been converted into a massive fortress, complete with state of the art defenses. It is my belief that the Icelanders were behind the raids. I bet if we asked Luxembourg for a couple samples of the schematics and technologies found in their labs and traced them back to their sources it would indicate the research facilities of the Pact.

Turn 17, January, 1941 CE

Iceland
The once overlooked continent is rapidly becoming a center of international attention as the Mechaneer Union launches onslaught after onslaught against it. That would not be surprising except that the tiny nation actually repelled many of those attacks and only the help of several allies has allowed the Union to begin waging a successful campaign.

Many warships from various members of the Delimiter pact have been seen nearby and analysts tentatively judge that the pact is considering stepping in to protect the sovereignty of the small island, but there is as yet no official word from the pact.

The Mountains of Asia
The Himalayan nation of Bod has suffered something of a revolution as many people have begun embracing the notions of democracy and calling for the monks that have traditionally ruled there to allow for the formation of a democratic government.

This occurred after a massive influx of various citizens of the PRA moved into the area, and the Grand Abbot has condemned the movement calling it a clear political ploy on the part of the PRA rather than a true civil movement. Both the Abbot and the Emperor of the Resplendent Sun have called for the PRA to halt it's activities and make reparations or face war.

The Delimiter Pact has also spoken out in support of Bod calling the movement a clear example of why the Pact was formed in the first place. Although Bod is not a member of the Pact spokesmen for the Pact made it clear that they were prepared to step in if Bod called for international aid.

The Mediterranean on Fire
Clearly having gotten a taste for conquest after conquering the Arkadaslik Union the Roman Empire has launched an offensive against the Moroccan Emirates. Already Roman legions have driven deep into the insular nation and exacted numerous victories.

Although there is no word from Morocco itself, the Caliphate of the Ethiopia has denounced this invasion and called for Rome to withdraw. The Delimiter Pact has also promised support if asked. However analysts have noted that the Delimiter has limited resources and that with so many crises approaching at once it will have to be careful how it actually allocates the forces of its members.

South American Imperialism
Various nations continue to expand into and claim this vast territory for themselves. The western coast has already been completely settled and while much still remains unclaimed, the wilderness is disappearing at a rapid rate.

From the reports that we've heard wide-spread violence has not occurred. An intervention would likely be looked upon unfavorably at this time by the world. We will investigate the situation further before promising to act.

In addition we'll likely end up joining the Delimintor Pact soon as well as maintaining our membership in the Coalition and we'd rather avoid supporting the wrong side in a conflict.

We accept those terms of membership and we suggest concentrating our forces on one project at a time. We think the invasion of Morocco or Iceland would have priority due to the open conflict, while hopefully there remains a peaceful solution for Bod.

A fair enough assessment. However since you have ties to the Coalition we would like for you to relay to them that we feel we will have no choice but to intervene if they decide to side with the PRA in this matter.

It's bad enough that the PRA is so blatantly encroaching on the sovereignty of another nation, but if the entire Coalition becomes involved it will only confirm our worst fears.

The Peoples Republic requests your assistance in freeing the people of Bod from tyranny. The Abbot and his predecessors have been allowed to oppress their people for too long. The introduction of democracy will see the people given real power to affect their nations policies, and change their lives for the better.

We have no desire to influence Bod beyond the instatement of democracy. We are more than happy to allow your pact to act as neutral observers, during and after the process. We will be encouraging only peaceful protests. Hopefully Bod will respond the same way. Violence will only make things worse.

Turn 18, July, 1941 CE

War in the South!
Although in recent times the once infamous Grim have managed to allay the fears of the world apparently not everyone was satisfied. In a surprise attack the armadas of Russia and Portugual invaded the frozen continent and destroyed the Grim defense forces.

Although the fighting was heavily against them the Grim were able to evacuate many of their civilians to their underground strongholds and have formed a resistance against the occupying forces.

Order to the Mountains
The monks of Bod have begun restoring order in their ancestral territories. In one of the most peaceful conflicts in recent history they have waged a strong propaganda offensive convincing their people to restore their trust in the monks and their teachings. The latest wave of PRA propaganda has been stopped and the citizens are beginning to doubt the merits of democracy as a governing system.

New Country
Even as many territories burn with the fires of war the Nigerian chieftains have begun restoring peace and prosperity to the region. Using the funds from their many mercenary campaigns they have established flourishing cities in the territories of Nigeria, Cameroon, and Sudan.

Although the nascent country has made no threatening moves many are worried about its strong ties to Portugal and the fact that it's leaders are most versed in warfare.

Rome Stopped
The Delimiter Pact has intervened in Morocco. Being a more or less peaceful organization they have called on Rome to rethink their invasion before the coalition forces actually attacked the Roman legions. Being considerably outnumbered by the combined coalition the Roman general agreed to at least begin peace talks, and for the moment overt hostilities have halted.
