He grabs onto Paul as best as he can.
"Copycat! You don't want someone like me in your game. I don't understand games. I understand destruction, though! However, I'm working on building right now! Perhaps we could come to an arrangement to fix things you value that may have broken in exchange for the two within!"

[Arcran]

Ethan stands slowly looking over the Ditto's new found bulk. What is it she wants? he asks to no one in particular.

The Ditto-Bastidion starts advancing forward, massive head blocking any path forward.

Romeo recalls Luna and Elly to their balls, then throws them up if he can. At least they could escape if he couldn't.

Then he starts praying to Mew and tries to climb out.

You make it only about ten feet up before losing you grip and sliding back down to go sprawling on the ground. After a few seconds the Pokeballs come rolling back down, hitting you in the head as you lie prone on the ground. The Magnemite, as the 'dex identified them, float in the room, unmoving.

Paul holds on tighter to Buck's paw, waiting for the smoke to clear.

Let me know if you see anything, Hardcase. Gerald! Stick close, buddy.

The smoke blocks your sight, obscuring everything. You hear a yell next to you.

The ground opens up underneath you, dropping you straight down. You somehow manage to get your arm up to catch you, the jarring almost popping it out of its socket. You can see you would have fallen at least twenty feet had you not caught yourself.

"Paul! Trap door! Help!"
Sparky crawls off and tries to pull him up. Not to much effect, but she still tries.

Romeo looks at his options. No way out the room. Noway up the chute. No way to beat the magnemites. What could he do?

Then a surprisingly smart idea hit Romeo. He decided to look in Copycats journal again, see if there was anything else other than the map. He recalled Elly and Luna out. 'Sorry, plan didn't work. Cover me while I try to figure us a way out.'

Paul moves slowly and carefully in the direction of the voice.

The two somehow find Gerald after almost a minute of groping and manage to hoist him out. The smoke has dissapated, but the Copycat is nowhere to be seen.

As you step backward, you look back just a little too late to see your foot hit a knot in the wood sticking out. It sinks in with a crack, and a trapdoor swings open. You find yourself thrown down a chute at breakneck speeds, only to stop with a crunch at the bottom.

Romeo looks at his options. No way out the room. Noway up the chute. No way to beat the magnemites. What could he do?

You are just starting to go through the journal when you hear a cry and a crunch, only to see Ethan land on the concrete floor as well with a loud crunch.

Artemis:
You soon arrive at the Copycat's house. There is a faint smoke around the entry as well as Paul who seems to be pullin Gerald out of the porch.

'I'm sorry, Ethan. I don't have time for you. If you want to fight me, Elly can take you on. Otherwise, let me read this.'

He continues to read the book, while Elly growls at (possibly fake) Ethan.

Ethan gets a strange expression on his face. Given his reaction, I'd say he's legit. He answered correctly and seems to gone through similar expeirences as I have. I believe you are the real Romeo but I assure you, none of those Ethan's were me. I never gave you a book, nor try to kill you, and I have obviously not passed. I wish I could do something about the magnemite, but Ollie is asleep, Primal is floating in the air upstairs and I doubt Quartz will listen to me and I frankly don't have the patience right now to deal with him. I'll have to talk to Gerald about cutting my head off though. What is that book? If another Ethan gave it to you, how do you know you can trust it?

Forget diplomacy. It's time to kick first and ask questions never.

Paul looks around where they are to see what entrances or exits are available, if any.

He holds up a hand to Paul.

He opens his tools and pulls a decent sized sledge hammer out.

An evil grin creeps onto Paul's face as he takes the hammer.

She does a quick scan of minds in the area, including Copycat if it is near enough. Ah, that explains it. Out comes Aquilla.
To Copycat: Copycat, wherever you are, I apologize for whatever idiocy these boys have put you through. By the looks of it breaking and entering was one, an unfortunate side effect of our guy who is good with people being a moron and our genius not being very good with people. However, right now there seem to be more of them that there are you, she makes another scan of thoughts, learning about the imitations, even including the Ditto that you have here. Please come out and I will attempt to keep them under control. If you don't, they will likely do something stupid. She lifts the sledgehammer out of Paul's reach until she gets a response (staying out of his range in case he freaks out at her again.

To the team that can hear her: Guys, calm the **** down, right now. I don't know all that happened here, and right now I don't ****ing care. Until I am no longer stuck with you imbeciles, I am not letting your idiocy ruin my chances at this. Act like Arceus-Judged grown ups and settle this with words. I don't care if she set fire to Romeo and Ethan right in front of her house! We are almost certainly being tailled, and this is reflecting very poorly on our abilities. The tone is like that of an angry mother. A few things go flying through the air before settling to the ground or imbeding themselves in the walls of the house. Calm. Control yourself. She takes a deep breath.
"Copycat, would you please let Romeo and Ethan out? I promise to give them a very long lecture on the immorality of breaking into someone's house, and keep them far away from you."

Now, if you really are Ethan, try and figure out a wat to get out of this room. The real Ethan is smart enough to figure a way out for us.'

Paul does not charge Artemis, but he refuses to relinquish the hammer from the telekinetic tugging, clenching it tightly.

If you can reason with her, all the better. If she persists in antagonizing us, we do it my way. They weren't recruiting me for my tact, clearly, so I'm not thinking that my inability to talk down a nut like Copycat will hurt my chances. Letting her get away with giving a couple of my would-be colleagues rough treatment might, though. Foolish though they may have been, our plan for tomorrow hinges on them. And letting her pull anything on me personally...well, that's bad form for an enforcer.

You hear a laugh outloud, and then thoughts thought back at you, but not through a person.

Sorry, this is the Copycat, but I'm relaying them through a Pokemon. Can't be too safe, you know? you hear in a very serious voice. Anyways, threatening me is a bad idea. My house isn't that important; I'm used to bad players trying to cheat, but a threat to me? Saying you have me outnumbered? We can't have that now, can we? you hear, just as the floor beneath all of you swings open into a great slide, sending you all down into a long chute. You fly down at breakneck speed, only to end up in the same room as Romeo and Ethan with a painful drop.
