Yes, but that's only when there are two dimensions. Dang, right. Well she did see where Copycat went. But do you really want to go that way? What other choice is there? Judge it. Okay, here goes nothing. She goes for the door and lightly pushes it open a crack. "Hello?"

And lo, Esprit said "LET THE POST APPEAR!" and there was a flash of light, and the post was.

Romeo stands in front of one of the Magnemite and starts waving at it. 'Hello? Do these work like video cameras? Can you hear us Copycat?'

Providing the Magnemite makes no move to stop him, he tries going past it and checking the wall behind them for a secret ..... well, anything. He had decided to put nothing past her.

Romeo glanced at his skinny arms. 'This will be hard. Elly, Luna, return.' The two pokemon dissapeared into their pokeballs.

Paul and Buck attempt to drag up the party members from their slippery, Magnemite-infested tomb.

You open the door to see four different Copycats all around the room, just staring at you. They make no move, make no noise, they just stare. There is a large red X in the middle of the room.

Paul and Buck attempt to drag up the party members from their slippery, Magnemite-infested tomb.

With great effort you manage to get Romeo and Ethan out of the pit, but Gerald is unable to pull himself up with just one arm. The man in the corner looks at you.

"How, how long have you guys been here?" the man asks. "I was just supposed to deliver a package, and I pulled into a madhouse!"

Okay, I am highly doubtful that it would be good for my health to step on that X. She scans all of the minds in the room, and feels for any more that she might not see. Any response to that would be a good sign.

Paul collapses, wheezing heavily from the effort. He recalls Creep, and reties Hardcase to the back of his head.

Either....I need to exercise more....or do this kind of stuff less. Preferably the latter. Well, I'm not here to be the big thinking man. You guys decide how you want to proceed and I'll implement it as best I can. As for Gerald...he seemed pretty roughed up. Should we just leave him there and hope he's safe, or should one of us go down to keep an eye on him since he appears not to be handi-capable enough to climb up a rope?

Before you can climb down a flash of light and rush of heat comes from down below, along with a loud shout that was likely Gerald's.

Instead of pulling Romeo off you catch him as he is yanked backwards. Unfortunately you can't handle the change in momentum, and you both go down.

Meanwhile, likely oblivious to this except for very loudly thinking about welding the eyes of these magnemites shut if the Judged things didn't muk off was Gerald, sitting where he had slipped down.

"Aquilla, check if they're real." Aquilla flies out and gives a non-damaging peck to the closest one.

Aquilla flies right through the neartest one, cauing it to dissapear. At that the others pull out knives and start advancing towards you in lockstep. Another Light Screen appears in the doorway.

Eyes wide, Sparky takes a running leap off the shoulder she was on and slides down the chute.
Meanwhile, oblivious to this except for very loudly thinking about welding the eyes of these damn magnemites shut if the Judged things didn't muk off was Gerald, sitting where he had slipped down.

As you sit there, you hear a mechanical noise. A voice very much like yours shouts as a cover slides over the chute.

I think the best thing we can do for him is find this slag and either win her game or find some other way to convince her to let him go. If she wanted him dead he would be already, in which case there's still not much we can do for him. So...anyone got a plan on where to go from here?

Elly looks around confused, sniffing the walls, the floor, and everything. Eventually she races upstairs, heading to the same room that you were at earlier; the Banette one.

Arceus Judged it Romeo! Think before you act. Ethan pushes the numbskull off of him and stands up. Did Gerald fall back down? Muk it! Urgh... Ethan begins rubbing his temples trying to figure out this game. He grabs Ollie's ball and realease the sleeping elephant. C'mon Ollie I need you awake.

It takes a few seconds, but soon enough the small elephant wakes up, looking around in fear.

"Oh Muk. Aquilla, group attack. Go." She draws an arrow and fires it at one of the Copycats, while Aquilla hits as many as he can with Wing Attack.
