Everything is possible, if you have a large enough modifier. But having a natural 20 still is neccessary to get the highest result you can possibly get.

Fair enough. But as you said, it's a variant, and I'm fine with variants as long as I know they're being used. It's the "I don't know, but I assume this is what's written in the core book!" - thing that gets me a little bit on edge. Originally Posted by Kaww
