That specific tone just reminds me of mucus and vegetables, and the light reflection makes her seem vaguely translucent and fluid, a sentiment aided by the beads of whatever liquid trickling down (I'll assume it's water because it wouldn't make sense for sweat to be rolling down her clothes).

She also looks almost too young. Close enough that you don't feel like finding out the hard way.

But the gun he's carrying looks like either the MP-38 or MP-40, which were made in 1938 and 1940 (respectively), which WOULD be Nazi. Maybe he was a WWI-era soldier who was reanimated as a zombie by the Nazis, given a robot arm, indoctrinated, trained in ninja and pirate skills, and sent into combat?

Given the robot arm, the era of the gun is immaterial - it has to be a future setting, since the technology then did not exist for a robot arm then, nor does it currently exist (although we are getting there). I can see someone giving him the gun (which, for all we know, is a laser rifle made to LOOK like an MP-40) but I can't really see someone changing his uniform, which should make him a WWI-era soldier. As for indoctrination, I don't think that's strictly necessary for zombies.

Actually, that's just an unnecessarily long way of saying this: there is nothing from the picture that says "Nazi" to me. It is only the text that brings the idea of Nazism, and that seems most likely to be a result of the misidentification of the uniform.

I see that Nitpick mode is still active…

That arm is more reminiscent of robots in older science fiction films, such as Robby the Robot, a design that was popular in the late 50's through the 60's (in film, at least). It is implausible for robot technology to slide back at this point, as a simple claw on a flexible tube has proven to be ineffective for most robotic needs.

    Where to start…

The soldiers in the trenches are wearing Brodie helmets, often known in the US as Doughboy helmets. These were used by both British and American forces in the First World War. The fact that they are in trenches solidifies this as the time period this takes place in.

The girl on the right, however, has a lollipop. This wouldn't be out of place, since lollipops of various types have been around since the 1800's… but its spherical shape indicates that it is either a Dum-Dum (first produced circa 1924) or a Tootsie Pop (first produced circa 1930). Both of these came about some time after the end of WWI…

*Continues mumbling to self about anachronistic clothing and weaponry…*

Wait… this is from that one movie that was basically a big dream sequence, wasn't it…
