It had something to do with giving personality-changing candy to a bunch of captains and lieutenants of the literal soul-saving army they're a part of. Can't remember the exact details beyond that.

Besides that, I don't think context is completely necessary for this one, as it's just funny to see a little girl act like Doctor Evil.

    Nope.

It's the Tall Man (who's picture was actually used as a base for the original Slender Man pics) from the horror series "Phantasm", holding one of the iconic Sentinel Spheres from the series.

Thoough, now that you mention it, Angus Scrimm (The guy who plays the Tall Man) does look a bit like William Hartnell (The 1st Doctor)

And I don't know about brands, but I heard there are pink guns too, from a dealer on the radio (they were talking about potential ramifications of not being allowed to sell fully automatic weapons).

Thumbs up Re: D&D Demotivators Episode VI: Return of the JPEG

    They're out there.

Full auto has been illegal for normal sale since 1986 in the US... no new guns on the market, so they're all $3,500++ and require a hefty background check, $200 "tax stamp" and approval from a local Chief Law Enforcement officer (police chief, sheriff, etc). The only legally owned full auto weapon used in a crime was owned by a cop.

Someone in my college owns a pink automatic weapon (I don't remember what model). It's not so shocking when you realize there's also a student who runs around campus with a LoTR-style cloak, a bone knife, and a sewing kit.

Bans on full-auto goes back to the 1930's. The 1986 one was just the latest incarnation of that law…
