Streets of Red Zone
A glitter of confetti flies through the air, flying softly on the gentle breeze.
It moved around some young, poor children, their clothes tattered and their faces dirty. But their young faces lit up when they saw the shining confetti that began to swirl around them!
The confetti will swiftly pick up into a whirlwind, swirling faster and faster around the children, completely surrounding and obscuring them.
Someone might think that something's up with this right now...after all, a whirlwind of confetti isn't exactly...normal...

Um...I would like some interaction with this, please.
I've been kinda wanting to do a Confetti-Woman. Imagine Mizore from Rosarie + Vampire but with confetti instead of snow ever since I watched the anime.

General information for all, that not everyone cares about and only effects a few people:

During Wednesday the 30th, I will be doing a number of things that will result in me not having a lot of internet access, and therefore not posting. A long car ride is involved. Long car rides tire me out, and it is expected that it will end late at night. So, not only will I be tired from riding in a car I will be tired from staying up too late.

In short, I will not be making any posts tomorrow. No, not even then.

Marciano could stand to be more careful. Depending on which hell he's trying to drill into, he could end up ticking off more than a few powerful player-controlled god characters who don't like having their tormented souls stolen out from their rightful tortures.

Marciano never was very cautious. He's pretty much completely ignorant of any consequences of his actions...getting the stuffing beaten out of him would probably be for the best. That spirit engine he's trying to build, coupled with the drilling required would wreak havoc on the environment, which might allow the nature organization to be able to do something!

Whats the inside of HALO look like?

Well it is underwater so any windows look out at the bottom of the ocean, and I think all the halls are made with thick clear plastic to see through. Other than that I imagine it looking like I high end modern/slightly futuristic apartment/office complex with great indoor facilities.

Yup, he's honestly topped off his last schemes with this one. In the past he's embezzled money off of NO, held someone ransom, and betrayed his last "Boss". Now that he's rather wealthy, he's moving onto more destructive and much larger plans, to the dismay of all lifeforms.... He's gone over to the technologically evil side now.
