Filidh|324|1|Caster|A shaman flavored wizard variant with bardic knowledge and a bonus to divination magic.
Implacable|330|4|Melee|A barbarian who's rage grants damage reduction. Built more around the idea of an unstoppable berserker who just seems to ignore wounds.
Angakok|344|1|Caster|A druid themed wizard with an expanded spell list and some class features.
Pathfinder Classes. Mostly compatible with 3.5, but the higher Tiers may have power issues. Also, the Tiers here are much more hotly debated and less certain, so think of the tier listed with a salt of grain.

{table=head] CLASS |Source |TIER |ROLE |NOTES
Druid|Core|1|Caster|A nature based spellcaster who shapeshifts.
Wizard|Core|1|Caster|The archetypical spellcaster, who prepares his magic via spellbooks.
Cleric|Core|1|Caster|A spellcaster who draws his power from the gods and can still engage in melee.
Sorcerer|Core|2|Caster|A spellcaster who draws his magic from his bloodline.
Summoner|Advanced Player's Guide|3|Caster|A spellcaster with limited casting but the ability to create an "eidolon" that does his bidding.
Oracle|Advanced Player's Guide|2|Caster|A divine spellcaster with spell "mysteries" and no specific god.
Inquisitor|Advanced Player's Guide|3|Gish|A divine gish class, conceptually similar to a gritty paladin.
Magus|Ultimate Magic|3|Gish|An archetypical, effective but bland gish class.
Witch|Advanced Player's Guide|3|Caster|A spellcaster who hexes enemies and has an animal companion. Like an evil wizard+a druid/3.
Alchemist|Advanced Player's Guide|3|Buffer|The best class ever made, in my humble opinion. It uses more powerful versions of potions (extracts), can do Jeckyll and Hide style stuff, and throws bombs.
Bard|Core|3|Caster|A jack-of-all-trades style spellcaster who has a banjo.
Fighter|Core|4|Melee|The archetypical warrior.
Barbarian|Core|4|Melee|A fighter who gets mad.
Paladin|Core|4|Melee|A divine warrior who smites the bad guys.
Ranger|Core|4|Melee|A nature oriented warrior.
Rogue|Core|4|Skillmonkey|A sneaky little thief.
Cavalier|Advanced Player's Guide|5|Melee|A paladin minus the divine stuff. Probably should've been called the knight.
Gunslinger|Ultimate Combat|5|Ranged|A fighter with guns.
Monk|Core|5|Melee|A fighter who punches people instead of chopping them up.
Ninja|Ultimate Combat|5|Melee|A sneaky warrior.
Samurai|Ultimate Combat|5|Melee|A fighter with an oriental theme.
I kind of guessed on a few of these, most notably the ninja and samurai but also the inquisitor. The alchemist might be Tier 4...

Psionics have yet to be included.

Cool to see these.

I'm noticing that this list has some of the weird stuff I was trying to weed out at the end of the last thread -
Off my head, AEG Scout and Marksman are labeled gishes, but neither has any magical abilities, and Deadlands Brave is labeled a buffer, but it doesn't have any buffs.

I was about to question why there were no classes from the Devil's Players Guide, but then realized that they are 3.0. They should be included to though because of 3.0 stuff being so adaptable, but of course I don't know if are only using 3.5 so look up the Devil's Payers Guide if you want its crazy broken.

Dragon Magazine is technically 3rd party, and Dragon Compendium is a Paizo 3.5 book and includes quite a few full classes.

I haven't got all of Dragon Magazine in 3.0-3.5, but I've seen a few.

Dragon Compendium's classes are:

Battle dancer (chaotic unarmed fighter, has full BAB bonus and various special abilities mostly based on Tumble checks)

Death master (arcane, prepared, full caster, cleric BAB, various wizard spells, becomes a lich at 20th level, has an Undead Minion)

Jester (bard type casting, various special abilities mostly based on Perform (comedy)

Mountebank (rogue-like, infernal abilities, becomes a half-fiend at 20th level)

Savant (Jack of all trades- rogue abilities, cleric abilities, wizard abilities, all much lower in power than those 3 classes. A Skillmonkey too.)

Sha'ir (arcane full caster, has access to several divine domains, elemental themed spells, elemental familiar. Unusual process of preparing spells- they are "retrieved" by the familiar)

Urban Druid- (city themed abilities, has access to unusual companions (like animated objects, vermin, etc) can wildshape into humanoids, non humanoids on the companion list, objects, and animated objects.)

Don't forget that at level 20 the mountebank becomes an NPC

Could someone help me compile Dragon Magazine classes? I'll include variant classes like chaos monk and wild monk or sidhe druid...

There's currently a single DM class on there: the mlar (Tier 6 NPC class...)

I'll add DMC tonight, and also begin making a table for official WotC classes in my third post (2nd reserved post).

Time to start digging... I'm assuming you don't want prestige classes, including variants of existing ones, or Savage Species-type monster progressions.

Dragon 310:
Fighter variants- typically with different class skills, different Fighter Bonus feats list, and 2 or more special ability options that might be gained for free, and/or that can be taken in place of feats. Sometimes different weapon and armour proficiencies.

Bodyguard, Commander, Corsair, Exoticist, Fencer, Horseman, Kensai, Knight, Pugilist, Shield Bearer, Survivalist, Targetteer.

Monk fighting style variants- preselected 1st, 2nd and 6th level bonus feats, unlike the standard monk which can choose those- and in return, a skill bonus, and a special ability at 6th level (if they meet prerequisites for it at that point).

Cobra Strike, Denying Stance, Hand and Foot, Invisible Eye, Overwhelming Attack, Passive Way, Sleeping Tiger, Undying Way

Other monk variants:
Holy Monk, Hunter Monk, Martial Monk, Raging Monk, Steadfast Monk, Vigilant Monk

Paladins of Other Alignments
Anarch (CN), Incarnate (N) Enforcer (LN) Sentinel (NG) Avenger (CG)

Urban Ranger

Dragon 311:
Cleric variants:
Ancestral Speaker, Arcane Disciple, Aspirant, Benevolent, Crusader, Evangelist

Druid variants
Wild Reaper, Wind Walker, Metal Master, Winter Warden

Dragon 312:
Evil Paladin Variants
Despot (LE), Corrupter (NE), Anti-Paladin (CE)

Wizard (necromancer specialist) variants
Deathwalker, Fleshcrafter, Soul Reaper

Dragon 315: Sha'ir class- repeated/updated in Dragon Compendium

Dragon 317: Urban Druid class- repeated/updated in Dragon Compendium

Dragon 318: Ninja class- repeated/updated in Complete Adventurer

The rest tend to be somewhere in the later Class Acts columns.

Later Dragon Magazine class variants (mostly from Class Acts)

Dragon 323: Thane (fighter variant)

Dragon 324:
Filidh (wizard variant)
Wild Defender (ranger variant)
Wild Monk (monk variant)

Dragon 326:
Ranger Combat Styles:
Beast-Wrestling, Mounted Combat, Piscator, Strong-Arm, Throwing

Dragon 328:
Storm Druid (druid variant)

OK- this is the last of the print Dragon class variants I have access to (the only print 3.5 Dragon Magazine I don't have is 318, and the ones online at the WoTC site may require membership to see. Also I'm a bit lacking in 3.0 Dragon Magazine stuff.)

Sacred Path monk fighting style variants (Hextor, Moradin, St Cuthbert, Wee Jas, Yondalla)
Scout variant class feature options (light cavalry, sniper)
Sacred Enforcer (monk variant class feature options - Sacred Strike, Unwavering Dedication, Wholeness of Others)
Lost Ones (variant class features for several classes- that have "lost their faith"):
Domain Focus, (cleric) Focussed Animal (druid) Power of the Self (paladin), Solitary Hunting (ranger)
Dragon 348:
variant class features for any arcane class with familiar- replaces it:
Arcane Reabsorption, Focus Caster
Dragon 349:
Barbarian Variant Class Features
City Brawler, Devil's Luck, Fearsome Gaze, Relentless Smash, Unshakable
Paladin Variant Class Features
Angel's Sight, Aura of Banishment, Aura of Sanctity, Gaze of Truth, Hunter of Fiends, Smiting Arrow, Sword of Celestia
Dragon 352
Specialist Rogue variants (requires Skill Focus (appropriate skill), four skills maxed out, and prevents you from putting ranks into 2 skills):
Beggar, Blackmailer, Fence, Goon, Kidnapper, Lookout, Pickpocket
Dragon 353
No Turning- 1st level variant class features (clerics, other classes with Turn Undead at 1st level)
Cultist, Evangelist, Fanatic, Healer, Justicar, Mystic, Relic Hunter, Sage, Scribe, Shaman, Theologian, Wanders, Warrior Priest, Weaponmaster

Pathfinder stuff added. Some of it needs a Pathfinder expert's eye though, since I'm not very good with the system. I'll be getting to the rest of the dragon classes and the dragon magazine compendium later tonight, as well as adding in the core classes.

I'll list all the classes I recall from WoTC-published products (not counting the already-done Diablerie ones). I'm assuming no D20 Modern, D20 Call of Cthulhu, etc. If a class comes in multiple versions with slightly different abilities I'll list all, if it's simply reprinted twice, I'll only list the most recent book with it:

Oriental Adventures:
Samurai, Shaman, Shugenja, Sohei, Wu Jen
Ghostwalk:
Eidolon, Eidoloncer (Ghost only)
PHB:
Barbarian, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Sorcerer, Wizard
DMG:
Adept, Aristocrat, Commoner, Expert, Warrior
Miniatures Handbook:
Healer, Marshal
Dragonlance Campaign Setting
Mystic, Noble
Complete Warrior
Hexblade, Samurai, Swashbuckler
Expanded Psionics Handbook
Psion, Psychic Warrior, Soulknife, Wilder
Complete Divine
Favoured Soul, Shugenja, Spirit Shaman
Eberron Campaign Setting
Artificer, Magewright
Complete Arcane
Warlock, Warmage, Wu Jen
Complete Adventurer
Ninja, Scout, Spellthief
Heroes of Horror
Archivist, Dread Necromancer
Magic of Incarnum
Incarnate, Totemist, Soulborn
Tome of Battle: The Book of Nine Swords
Crusader, Swordsage, Warblade
Complete Psionic
Ardent, Divine Mind, Lurk, Erudite
Players Handbook 2
Beguiler, Dragon Shaman, Duskblade, Knight
Tome of Magic
Binder, Shadowcaster, Truenamer
Dragon Magic
Dragonfire Adept
Dungeonscape
Factotum

And a whole bunch of class variants in Unearthed Arcana.

Post Re: A Complete List of Published 3.5 Classes; Includes 3rd Party (almost 500 classes)

This is a reference for myself for when I do the list of WotC classes, but I;m just going to link all of the online base classes (they'll also be linked when tabled)...

Totemist (not very useful without the rules...)

Spellthief

Dragonfire Adept

Archivist

Marshal

Knight

Soulknife

Warblade

I'll also link the SRD classes in the table. Unfortunately, I won't be getting to it tonight.

Also, feedback on the PF class' tables is appreciated, since I was much less certain what I was doing there.

I recommend dropping "Poltergeist sorcerer" since it's really just a class feature, not a whole new variant.

So did I. Maybe have yet another table for "class features" with the class features lending their name to the class.

Like "Wyrmslayer Paladin" and "Poltergeist-Haunted Sorcerer"
