Rolls
I've been having difficulty making in-forum rolls work. For example:
[ROLL]1d20[/ROLL]
Does anybody know why this does not work for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: Rolls
Thank you for the help! However, this doesn't work either. What did I do wrong there?
Thanks again,

Re: Rolls
Are you previewing your posts? It won't work if you preview them.

Re: Rolls
You cannot edit in a roll or preview your post before submission. It's currently working for me, try again.

Re: Rolls
Ah. If I preview a post and submit it, then go back and edit the post without previewing it, and submit that, will rolling still work?

Re: Rolls
If you want to preview, make sure to either keep a copy of the original text you posted. Going back after previewing sometimes works but don't depend on it.

Re: Rolls
I have never, ever, ever, ever, ever... etc. been able to preview a post that I've tried to roll something and had the roll work, so I would suggest not doing it.
What you can do is after you've submitted the post with out preveiwing it is go back and edit the post without messing with the [roll 0] that shows up and add what ever you wanted to say after that. I've done that several times when my actions depended on what I rolled.
