Not really. It is debatable whether removing a hand from the two-handed weapon is a free action, but getting the weapon ready again is a move action (draw weapon). Quick draw would eliminate the latter problem. The easier way of going about it is using a two-handed weapon and armor spikes. You do not need a free hand for armor spikes.

Yes, for any campaign where any part of Complete Adventurer is used. The same goes for Expert Tactician, which replaces the feat of the same name in Song and Silence, even though the feats bear little resemblance apart from the name. An item in the same category and with the same name replaces older content, when available. (Wizards of the Coast can't force you to buy specific books to get those updates.)

The matched power in EPH is animal affinity, which explictly states that
you do not gain the benefit of
an increased ability score long enough
to gain any bonus power points for a
    high ability score

Owl's wisdom has the same duration. So you shouldn't get the bonus either.

None besides artifacts that I can find.
However, Complete Arcane has an item creation feat called Craft Contingent Spell. A contingent spell crafted onto a creature lasts indefinitely until triggered by a condition specified during its creation, when it is cast and expended. In this case, you would have a cleric craft Revivify onto you, specifying your death as the trigger to cast it.
In addition, you can have a number of contingent spells crafted upon you equal to your hit dice. This means you can have a second Revivify set to cast if you die and your first Revivify has already been expended, and a third set to cast if you die after that, etc.
Revivify is relatively cheap, and if you're shopping for True Res items then you probably have plenty of hit dice. The downside is that it's vulnerable to Dispel Magic.

Well, I am aware of this feat. I cant use it cause it is banned by the DM thats why I look for items. I am the psion revivifier of the party and We are looking for something we can use to Revivify ME. cradle of healing is too expensive for our current wealth. Also my own contigency is vulnerable to dispell and the campaign is dispell heavy + I must pay the 200xp even if it is never used.

    Any other options?

Yes, you still get natural armor and damage reduction. The spell still affects you even though you can't grow larger, and these bonuses are independent of the spell's size changing effect.

    Q 1277

Do spell storing weapons require a free action or a swift action to activate? The SRD says it's a free action, and it includes errata in other places that change many free actions (such as quickened spells) to swift actions, but I don't know if it has been changed in some other place (E.G. Rules Compendium).

    A 1277 Free action.

There is no revision; it's still a free action. This means that, if you are still wielding the weapon when the enemy takes damage from it, you can immediately decide to cast the stored spell — if it's your turn (the basic requirement for using most free actions). You won't be able to cast the spell if you hit with the weapon on most attacks of opportunity, for instance.

No. The augment cost is additional, not total. You must pay it on top of the base cost, for a total of 7 power points. That requires manifester level 7. Correcting for that, a level 3 psychic warrior with practiced manifester (it's a slightly different feat) would be able to use the full 7 point cost if and only if he also had at least 4 levels in other classes. Practiced Manifester does not allow you to exceed the normal limits for your level, only to make up for losses from multiclassing. He might also have some difficulty getting enough power points to have that many to spend in the first place, depending on his wisdom score and the exact wording of Practiced Manifester with regard to bonus power points.

Assay Spell Resistance boosts your caster level checks vs. a particular creature. Devices you activate use the caster levels set by their creators, and your bonuses have no impact on them.

By default, no feat may be taken more than once. Exceptions are clearly labeled (see Toughness and Spell Focus for the two templates that are used in such cases), so any feat which lacks an explicit permission-to-multiply clause cannot be taken multiple times.

This is in fact just about all K:Religion does, game-function wise, given the somewhat baffling fact that Angels and Demons are not governed by it per RAW (they go in The Planes instead).

Nitpick: By default, almost any feat may be taken more than once; you just receive no additional benefit. From Feat Descriptions:
Benefit: What the feat enables the character ("you" in the feat description) to do. If a character has the same feat more than once, its benefits do not stack unless indicated otherwise in the description.

In general, having a feat twice is the same as having it once.

Can someone remind me how simultaneous effects apply? and the source?

I recall them to apply in the order the player prefers. Am I wrong?

example: me and my shared pain familiar are targeted by an AOE. the damage I trasfer from transfer pain kills my familiar and also the damage it would take from its failed save would also kill it.

    How would that work?

This is most likely a PF Feat (namely Furious Focus). It does not exist in 3.5. (Simple Proof: I've never seen it in TO, despite being hilariously broken without PF's Power Attack mechanics)

Since taking an ACF requires giving up something in return (the ability to specialize normally in this case) you can't take it more than once. It probably wouldn't have been a good idea anyway, since taking it twice would require you to pick divination and one other school and give up 5 of the remaining 6 schools in return.
