Oh dear. That does explain a lot for Adir, now doesn't it? All the times he teased those two, poked fun, made stupid jokes. Cessie's discomfort was because of Aegnor, and her initial shame about 'betraying' him. Maybe not every time, but still.

"Damn it, Cessie... I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking about Aegnor. Or you."

[Dining Room]

Cora will attempt to press her slobbery hand into Sakura's face. Even if she can't actually reach Sakura. Weird tree lady! :D

Harnel smiles and sits down at the table, the babies in his lap, "Are there high chairs for them or something?"

[Gullara]

[Dining Room]

"Oh, I never even thought about that. We just have the one for Laela." Sakura gestures at the baby in her highchair. Unfortunately, this is quite some time before their most recent shopping trip for new baby stuff.

Speaking of the baby, Laela is busy being distracted. It looks like it's Cessie that's captured her attention. The little fey reaches her hands toward the mage. "Eh eh eh."

[Arriving]

The sorceress slumps down and sigh, "No, it's okay Adir. You couldn't have known. I didn't want anyone to know. I'm married to Harnel now after all, I have been living in the past for far too long as it is." She pauses, figuring she's dragging everyone down at this point. "But... on a much lighter subject. I don't think you can guess what we did with Harnel, Adir?" She smiles, but there is still some pain there, but she is doing her best to cover it up.

[Dining Room]

Cessie soon notices Laela and reaches out to touch one of her hands, "Hi little girl, aren't you too cute?" She baby speaks a bit, smiling at the little infant.

[Arriving]

Sakura gives the mage a squeeze and lets her arm hang around her shoulders still. At the mention, Sakura bursts into a fit of giggles, despite the previous conversation. It was just too funny. "I wish you coulda been there to see it."

[Murkus]

Adir is sure to get Cessie a glass of water, and when everyone's set up, the two men will take their seats.

"Why don't you have Cessie's gargoyle take them for a bit?" Adir suggests to Harnel.

[Arriving]

Adir smiles at the lighter change of subject. He wants to try and cheer Cessie up if he can. "Alright, um... did you get dressed up in some of Sakura's clothes and tell him you'd start wearing them all the time?" The stag shakes his head, the gesture dripping with melodrama. "The poor bastard."

[Halae]

[Dining Room]

"Good idea. Cessie, would you mind calling Garm in? I'm fairly certain he doesn't trust me." Which sucks, given he's supposed to be the man of the household.

[Gullara]

[Dining Room]

Laela grabs hold of Cessie's hand and gives her Adir's signature grin she inherited. If Cessie's hand is close enough, she'll put it in her mouth.

Sakura giggles at her daughter and Cessie. "Careful, Cessie. She might not want to let you go now."

[Shadowcaller]

[Dining Room]

"Ah, of course." Cessie replies distractedly, absentmindedly attempting to pull out her hand from the babies mouth as she calls for Garn. "Garn!"

Soon enough the gargoyle comes flying, looking grumpy as usual, "Take the children please." The sorceress asks as he stops in front of her. Turning to Harnel, the construct looks at the half-dragon expectingly, not that he appears particularly pleased about this assignment.

[Arriving]

"He figured it out instantly, so we had him dressed up in women clothes instead as punishment." Cessie replies with a wry smile.

[Murkus]

[Dining Room]

"Aw, don't look so glum," Adir says to Garm, spooning a bit of gumbo into his open mouth. He swallows and adds, "It's your job, after all."

Jon glances at the gargoyle, then at Cessie. He hasn't quite started in on his soup yet. "That feller isn't gonna need any, is he?" Not that there isn't enough - he just assumes that's the case.

[Halae]

Bastion, being a heavy sleeper, will not awaken as he's transferred into Garn's arms. Cora, being enamored with the Gargoyle's jeweled eyes, will attempt to reach for them so she can suck on them. She has inherited a draconic love of treasure.

"He doesn't need to eat, but you could have asked him, you know. He's intelligent enough."

[Dining Room]

Cessie manages to get her finger out of the baby's mouth, but she sure isn't letting go of her finger. "Babababa." Laela babbles.

"That's auntie Cessie, Laela. Can you say auntie Cessie?" Sakura baby talks to her daughter.

Laela looks at Sakura for a moment. "Aaaba!" She shakes Cessie's finger.

[Arriving]

Sakura can barely hold back her laughter at the memory. "I even got a whole bunch of pictures. He was a surprisingly good sport."

[Dining Room]

"Ah. Um, hello then," Jon says, not sure how to speak with an animated stone servant.

Adir grins at his daughter, then at Cessie when she tries to escape. He can't help but laugh. "She'd shake your hand, but she's not quite big enough yet."

[Arriving]

"How... how did you possibly get him to agree to that?" Adir says, dumbfounded. And pictures, even. Good gods these women are evil.

[Shadowcaller]

Cessie laughs at Laela and offers her other hand to her. "What a polite little lady."

Garn isn't sharing his mistress excitement however but the looks of it. Particularly as Cora starts to suck on his eyeball, how terribly embarrassing. He doesn't do anything to stop her however, instead he attempts to hold on to them tightly. He grunts in reply at Jon's greeting but doesn't look much happier.

[Arriving]

"We promised that we would take photos of you wearing Sakura's dresses." The sorceress says with a grin. Uh-oh.

[Gullara]

[Arriving]

"Yep, no pictures for you if you don't." Sakura says with what is surely an evil grin. "You know that yellow one I like? I think that one will look very pretty on you." She says with a nod.

[Murkus]

[Arriving]

Uh oh indeed. "But how am I s'posed to fit... oh. Girls, I'm not really sure I'm comfortable with that," Adir says. He remembers that amulet from a good while ago. It'd seemed like it might be interesting, gender swapping n' all, but looking back...

[Arriving]

Cessie laughs, "Why does every man seem to assume that?" She rather not tell Adir about Harnel's gender bender tendencies though. That would sound pretty weird. "No, I actually took the opportunity to buy you a dress in mallside which should fit you perfectly." She grins.

[Gullara]

[Arriving]

"Believe me, Adir. That last thing I want is for you to turn into a woman." She shakes her head at her husband. "Cessie decided to get a new dress for you. I thought mine would work just fine. You'd just have to show off those sexy thighs of yours."

[Murkus]

[Arriving]

"Girls, I didn't think it was possible, but that idea might actually be worse," Adir drawls, sarcasm dripping all over the table. When he was younger, he would've done something like this without a word - the stag knew nothing about clothes. The fey don't care if you cross-dress, or whether you dress at all. But pictures? And all the manly men at Watchtower that could potentially learn of such things? Hmm... "No way. No how. Not gonna happen, sexy thighs or otherwise." He turns his head, crosses his arms, and harumphs. There's still an air of good humour about him, so perhaps all is not lost.

"Come on Adir, it'll be fun." The sorceress turns to Sakura, if there was anyone able to convince him it was her.

[Gullara]

[Arriving]

"It's not like we're going to go show anyone. Not unless they dress up in a dress too." Sakura giggles at the thought. "Cessie's right, it'll be fun. Trust us." Fun for them at least.

[Murkus]

[Arriving]

"Nnngh... al-right. I will look at the outfit," Adir groans, right before pointing a finger at either of them. "Don't tell anybody that I agreed to this." Except maybe Harnel, cuz now the stag's got something on him.

[Gullara]

[Arriving]

Sakura laughs. "Awesome. Cessie, get the dress." She claps her hands, clearly far too excited about this.

[Shadowcaller]

[Arriving]

"Okay, just remember. It's just for fun." She says with a smile as she leans down and pulls out this dress from her bag of holding and holds it out against herself so Adir can see it. "It's your size." She says with a grin, the dress clearly too large for her.

[Another time, the same place]

There is a flash of blue light nearby and a woman who Sakura and Adir might have some memory of appear just outside their house. She looks around and smiles to herself. "Finally! I'm here!" She goes to open the door, unless it's locked of course.

[Gullara]

[Another time, the same place]

Nope, the door is easily opened. She'll find herself in a fairly large room. There are five ways to progress further into the house. Two closed doors two open archways, and the spiral staircase straight ahead. No one appears to be around yet.

[Arriving]

"Oh, gods," Adir says, getting up and walking round the table. He grabs the wine bottle, taking a good swig before setting it down. The stag hooks his thumbs in the waistband of his pants before sliding them off. Entirely shameless, he holds one hand out to Cessie. "Arright, give it here."

[Shadowcaller]

[Arriving]

The sorceress have already dropped the dress and turned around, assuming the worst when he suddenly strips. He have to pick it off the ground I'm afraid. "Give me a warning next time Adir."

[Gullara]

[Arriving]

Sakura laughs at Cessie's reaction. "Whoo! Take it off!" More laughter follows.

[Halae]

[Dining Room]

Harnel just smiles and sits down at the table. He doesn't really have anything else to say at the moment, just waiting for the food to be served.

Laela grabs hold of Cessie's other hand when it's offered. Once again she's going to try and put Cessie's hand in her mouth.

Sakura giggles at the sight. "I think it might be Laela's turn to eat after us. She must be hungry if she keeps trying to eat your fingers."
