He's frankly surprised that the lights are still working at all, really. Now, of course, he'd expected the Spirit Engine to be mostly destroyed by now. No, his goals here are... ...different. He does leave behind a small magical trap at the entrance to the labs though, just in case his paranoia proves true.

He heads toward ZETA's room, which if I recall correctly, was right next to the Research Labs. With power barely functioning and most unprotected materials destroyed, he expects that it won't be especially difficult to get in about now.

The only reason the lights are working is because ZETA contains a large amount of backup power in case of situations like this, though not even ZETA could expect this, and it's the Nexus version of a supercomputer. Well, ZETA is protected by Defense Mechanisms BETA and ALPHA. They are located behind a massive elementium door, whose hinges have broken off, and the wall has fallen forwards, and fallen through the lab floor. It has fallen and crashed through every floor until drifting out of the tower and into space. It appears you can breathe in the air, and that this plane has oxygen.

Cyrus can easily jump/fly again. Now, see... This was the best security, and the most dangerous. Even at half-power, this room was supposed to be able to kill off attackers. Sure enough, Cyrus can see across the hole into the massive chrome hall. ZETA is at the end of the hall. It's an absolutely massive screen built into the wall, with four tables of controls. It's sentient, and seems to see Cyrus as well. There's a machine with a large eye beside it that seems to be staring. Should Cyrus look at the ceiling he'll notice that there's a kind of hollow space up there, and as soon as ZETA sees him, two massive boxes will slowly slide down, probably hiding something big inside. The two boxes fill the hall, one in front of the other. And that's all the time it has this turn. Life-Form detected. Unknown, no Frontier Employee detected. Eliminate.

As the boxes slowly slide down, Cyrus just flies past them before they can block his path. Why do things the hard way?

Now he just checks the control panels and starts pressing buttons that look like they progress toward a shutdown sequence. Always worth a shot, though he somehow doubts it'd be that easy.

Okay, good. ZETA was not made to combat flying opponents. The massive boxes land, and only the metal boxes slide up revealing things brought down. The one closest to the entrance is a massive metal cube, with guns sticking out of an elementium barrier, meant to block enemies from entering, and blasting them to bits. Course, it's useless now, Cyrus is behind it! But the box close to him slides up to reveal a massive tank with a huge skull with eyes and a brain visible floating in briny blue fluid. The massive tank of liquid is protected by an elementium casing, but magic has been cast for that casing to be invisible.

Cyrus might suddenly feel an absolutely terrible headache, as the titan's skull attempts to simply squish Cyrus's brain. Mystic Defense Mechanism BETA was the tower's most powerful security.
