W Create a magical trap on the ground, when a hostile creature enters the square it automatically goes off dealing 2d4 damage and causing them to be marked with an effect similar to a glitterdust outline for 4 rounds, during this time you know where they are and can track them as if you had the Track feat.
E Heal an ally within 30' for 2hp and give them an extra attack with a -6 attack roll.

no, his Global Taunt is at lvl 1:

Camoflage: As a full round action, Teemo becomes hidden from all non-magical detection. if he takes any actions other then a 5' step, this concealment breaks

Furry little Bastard: Everything, including Inanimate unthinking objects, within 50' of Teemo must make a DC 10 Reflex save or become compelled to attack him. (because everything can make reflex saves)


Half fiend because hes that damn evil. Viegar is EVIL but Teemo makes Viegar and Lissandra look like small timers
