I believe we are hailing one of the towers for a rushed & hushed conversation about us needing to pass quickly, for fear that we may fail our mission, and lose our lives to the "enemy", but Elanora being the spokesperson should do the actual "hailing" and conversation as we approach.

Not sure what my IC post should be, I have a way to converse covertly with Raif, (I see raif up the front Elanora and Golabur to the left of him and back a little, "riderless" horse behind him, and Drayner to the right) and discuss covertly. through whispers.

Depends on how the Spot checks against your disguises go.
Also how close are you trying to get to the watch tower? Which side are you trying to go past? The grid references are there so I know where you are and if I need to add modifiers to certain checks.

In grid references my plan was to go forward to AG20, then diagonally until Y12/X11, so we can hail the watchtower. Raif's only got the horses moving at a canter, so I guess for convenience we're moving at 40ft per round.

Well, that was my plan. If everyone else is on board with it, I guess we're doing that. When we get to that spot, see if there are any guards at the watchtower.
If there are, then hail them. Once we've explained the situation, or if there are no guards, pass between the watchtower and the orc camp, and then ride hell for leather. Conspicuous, but at least we'll look like we're meant to be there. More like returning troops, than enemy infiltrators. Especially as we shout for them to prepare for imminent attack.

If anything stops us before then, react to it.

I meant AG20 to Y12 to be a straight diagonal, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

And sorry about the Orc's accent, I just couldn't remember how Orc's are supposed to sound .
