@Malak'ai: I was hoping that I could be a cleric of the cause of trickery; worshipping the universe as a great lie. I had a look for trickster gods in the materials (I was thinking about Mask for a while) but I couldn't find one that was a good fit. If that's not OK, I'll just pick a god.

I've just got one feat, and items to do now. I should finish the sheet shortly, and then I'll edit this post.

@EE: I'll take a look at the Leadership rules, always believed they were broken as all hell, so I'll see how I can nerf them.
As to building your own army, anything is possible but it wouldn't be until the MUCH higher levels.
Also, could you let me know who your named enemies (only need one or two) are?
And one more thing, what book is Song of the Heart in? I cant seem to find it, but then again, I might just have missed it.

On a completely unrelated note, what would be the DC to convince a city guard that a murder was rightly justified?

It all depends... What were the circumstances of the murder?
Who was it that was murdered? Were they well known/liked/hated/feared/pillar of the community?
What are you trying to pass off as the justification?

Circumstances: Stabbed, Slashed, and blasted with magic repeatedly.
Who were they: A powerful Noble, who was indifferent towards the community
Justification: Divine intervention told us he was evil... we even have a cleric to prove it!

Depending on your character level, and the level of the guard, just off the top of my head it would be DC 25-30, especially if you were caught in the act, but as I said, that's just off the top of my head without looking in the DMG for all the different types of modifiers you'd have to contend with.
Why? Planning on doing it? Or has it happened in another game and you think your getting screwed?

It might come to that if we know who it is, and know he his most vulnerable in when he is in town. (And I have always wanted to do a jailbreak in a game)

Actually, that's very true, it would be the magistrate you'd have to convince of your innocence, unless your trying to pass the blame onto someone else.
