I know forgotten realms campaign setting has a little conversion for the time it was written. However with the addition of new books like tome of battle, magic of incarnum, etc., was there ever an 'updated' list kept for all the realms? Looking mainly to convert Shar to other realms to see if there a monk-order way to lawful-neutral my way into the 7th sub level.
