Expanded Familiars [3.5e Feat Revision]
Improved Familiar [General]
This feat allows spellcasters to acquire a new familiar from a nonstandard list, but only when they could normally acquire a new familiar.
Prerequisites: Ability to acquire a new familiar, sufficiently high level (see below).
Benefit: When choosing or changing familiar, the creatures listed below are also available to the spellcaster.
Arcane Spellcaster Level|Available Familiars
2|Eagle
|Formian Worker (L)
|Small Monstrous Scorpion
|Small Monstrous Spider
|Stirge
|Tiny Animated Object (*)[/Table]
* Requires the Animation Receptacle
A Requires a Master with the Aberration type
C Requires an Chaotic Master
D Requires a Master with the Dragon type
E Requires an Evil Master
G Requires an Good Master
L Requires a Lawful Master
U Requires a Master with the Deathborn, Deathless, or Undead type
Improved familiars otherwise use the rules for regular familiars, with two exceptions: If the creature’s type is something other than animal or vermin, its type does not change; and improved familiars do not gain the ability to speak with other creatures of their kind (although many of them already have the ability to communicate).
An Improved Familiar causes your familiar to act as though you were of lower level. When you gain an Improved Familiar apply the indicated adjustment to the master’s level (in parentheses) for purposes of determining the Familiar’s characteristics and special abilities.

Re: Expanded Familiars [3.5e Feat Revision]
Here are a few suggestions :
1-Instead of putting the appropriate letters ''in the air'', put them in parenthesis.
2-Maybe you could do an alignment column, and mention than no alignment component must be opposed between the master and the familiar (as written, a CG character can choose a babau). In that case, I'd suggest adding a ''one step only'' restriction for outsiders.

Your table requires formatting to be broken up for readabiliy, such as the Summon Moster spells on, dare i say, D and D wiki
