Do you have a in-comic reason for that? In contrast to this position, we have several very clear statements by the oracle that indicate Belkar will go the way of the Monty Python Parrot and be totally and finally away.

It occurred to me that if Belkar becomes a vampire, and thus a child of Malack, then we'll be in for a compare and contrast of the respective parenting abilities of Malack and Tarquin.
Anyone care to wager money that the parent-child relationship between Belkar and Malack will be more loving and healthier than the parent-child relationships between Tarquin and Elan/Nale?
