He would begrudgingly put up with her, but there's no way she can convince him to abandon his vengeance. The broke his wings so he couldn't escape, beat him to the brink of unconsciousness, shot him in the face, and then lit him on fire. One does not simply forgive and forget such transgressions.

Well, maybe he could convince her to help! She'd be all You poor thing!

Just asking, what could be the pony equivalent to a Gauss rifle? IIRC, energy weapons = magic weapons, so Gauss rifle would be a "TAC" (Telekinetic Acceleration Cannon)?

She's wouldn't plan to murder ponies. She's thinking that he's planning to give them a stern talking-to, and she wants to help her new friend!

By the way, if you want to just play an innocent little filly... why not look into the Bridle Shores freeform pbp? That may be more your cup of tea...

Nope, I specifically made this character for FO:E. Everyone I've seen seems to be a badass-warrior-bodyguard-thief type of character.

I wanted to sort of- bring a new element into the game.

Granted, Bridle Shores is fun, but like I said, I'd like to go into some darker, heavier roleplay.

I'm not opposed to them meeting. But I don't want their interaction to be forced, and orchestrated so that they somehow end up traveling together. It is possible that they may end up traveling together, but not because Lucky wants her to help him hunt those people down. That would compromise his character.

So, I say we just let their interact play out naturally. But realistically speaking, you'd probably be better off traveling with somebody else.

Railguns are big and commonly called 'Anti-Machine Weapons'. Wielding such a weapon requires a mounting or powered armor. Battle-saddle versions are available, but they're large and a bit cumbersome to use. Weapons such as these can blow straight through an Alicorn's shield with relative ease.

Gauss Rifles are the magnetically driven infantry weapons. They pack far more punch than more traditional rifles and make relatively little noise when they fire to boot. They're great for defeating enemy body armor.

Both types of weapons aren't terribly common and so getting proper ammo for them can be a bit tricky at times. But when you need to make somepony extremely dead there are few better options.

Clips for Gauss Rifles and Railguns include a magical Sparkle-Battery that holds the charge for their magnetic acceleration. The battery is designed to last long enough to lob all the rounds in the clip at somepony with enough speed to ruin their day.

Bullets are specially designed since they have no chemical propellant (duh) and need to be a particular shape to fit into the firing mechanism.

And zebra weapons are indeed nifty. Everyone likes weapons that enchant each round fired with deadly elemental effects!

As far as number of Stables go I don't think we really have any idea. I'll say one hundred and one in total. The ones that have been defined so far can be found on the map in the first post or in the Locations spoiler just below it.

Lucky is gonna be lurking around New Appaloosa for a bit, trying to dig up info one the ponies/griffins/zebras/ghouls/whatever they were that screwed him over. I'm not sure where everyone is gonna be.

Race: Unicorn pony - half-way to becoming a ghoul
Cutie Mark/Special Talent: Amethyst's cutie mark still clings to her flank, even though many patches of fur don't anymore; a circle made up of black and white swirling lines.
Virtue: Honesty
Appearance: While Amethyst retains most of her ponyhood, the onset of ghouldom is now very visible. While some ponies hit by blasts of magical radiation are transformed into ghouls immediately, others carry it with them like a cancerous sickness. Amethyst is the latter. She used to be able to hide the patches of bare, rotted skin under a cape and a bandana around her neck, it's now too far gone. The fur on and around her muzzle has fallen off, as has her tail and a large part of her mane. Her right foreleg barely has any fur at all. What remains of her fur is a faded dark purple; her mane charcoal-grey. She still wears her old cape, though: a faded and dirty white scrap of fabric that was a dress before the war.
Faction: Ex-Stable 16.
Skills: Powerful beguiling magic: Amethyst Dazzle can weave elaborate fantasies, and make ponies see what they want to see. Because of her Honest nature, though, she hates using it and will only use it in very dire situations. Because she grew up in a Stable she's more skilled with technology than most, but don't expect her to go hacking into any ministry databanks. Because of necessity, she's skilled with non-magical weapons.
Equipment: PipBuck m3.5k; a couple dozen caps; an assault riffle with a fair amount of ammo and a revolver starting to run dry on ammo; 2 frag grenades; two bottles of Sparkle Cola and a bag of carrot chips; saddlebag; one magical bandage.
Backstory: Amethyst's role in the Stable, handed to her by the tyrannical over-mare, was to use her Beguiling magic to keep ponies who might protest their conditions. While there were no sources of entertainment, very few different foodstuffs (hay for breakfast, hay for lunch, oats and hay for dinner) and cramped quarters, Amethyst and four other unicorns were part of the Moral Preservation Team. Together they kept the occupants of Stable 16 in a state of semi-trance, going through their lives believing they were in a pre-war paradise. Amethyst hated her job. She watched ponies starve blissfully, ignored accidents that cost the lives of other ponies simply because they were not aware of them.

Eventually, Amethyst had enough. She used her powers to lull the guards into a sleeping state and broke out.

The Wasteland was worse than any of the propaganda she'd heard. Amethyst found herself on the outskirts of what her Pupbuck identified as White Tail Woods. The air and magic residue that hung in the area made her feel sick. She fled away from the forest, only stopping when she found the beach to the west. She followed it up to the remains of Bridal Shores, then further north to Vanhoover.

That was fifty years ago.

Since then she's been travelling the wasteland, mostly following what's left of the railways. She occasionally makes friends and has travelling companions, but they rarely stick around for long once they realize her ghoulish nature.

Could I make a place? not exactly a city, more like a building

Is it K if I just get a pegasus out of Stable 24 and make it a la Lone wanderer from Fallout 3? I mean, escaped form the vault and everything after his dad did and then he escaped cuz he was hunted because of that

So asking if I'm let to add a purifier right above the ruins?, if would purify the river above new applelosa until it reaches the bridge, cuz there's another river. Not touching stable 101.....Now that I think of it, should he instead be from Stable 101?

I prefer past tense. It's better for archival purposes, and just plain feels more natural for storytelling to me.

There's nothing wrong with reusing character concepts. I've been having fun with carrying over a certain unicorn into every pony-based roleplay I'm involved in. She's sort of become tradition.
