Luck is a pretty good power. Ever heard of Longshot? One of my favorite X-Men, who had the power of extreme luck. He used it to win fights by having good things happen to him and bad things happen to his enemies. As for the Aquaman debate:

How extensive is your power: I can merge with anyone and anything and obtain every trait about them, from super powers to looks to mental instabilities, everything.
Is it really less impressive than Aquaman: Yes and no. No because, if given the opportunity, I could merge together all the reality bending ubermenschen and form an even more god-like entity. Conversely, I could merge with, say, Steve Buscemi, Stephen Fry, and Michael Moore to make the ugliest man ever.
Are you sure: I'm sure I could make the ugliest man ever with my powers, yes.

How extensive is your power: I'm as Smart as a human is capable. I am able to perform feats of mind comparable to computers: remembering vast amounts of knowledge flawlessly, performing complex calculations or other similar tasks. Capable of learning a variety of combat skills in a day, which would take a normal person years to achieve mastery over. Also potentially capable of learning psyic abilities such as pyschokensis, or ESP.

Is it really less impressive than Aquaman: Yes and no. Yes because I can outsmart anyone that is human, would pretty decent dective or potential corperate mogol and be able to create my own devices. No because I don't have the resources to do most of that. I mean sure I could canablise garden equipment into some pretty crafty devices, or build an EMP out of used computer hardware, but I'd have a difficult time in any kind of fight invovling super strength or durability, and I don't have diplomatic immunity. And say what you will but an army of mermen and sharks does make you a power. But as soon as I have the funding to syphon off into my power mimickery devices or an exoskeleton watch out.

Are you sure: No. The whole basis of my arguement is the best super geniuses started out rich. But I should be able to use my power to make money and then get into crime fighting. I just need to study that stuff before I crime fight. So see you after I'm done memorize the library and internet course lectures?

I got Lake/River Manipulation. That's actually pretty awesome.
I'm like a fresh-water Aquaman, only I can also create floods and inland tsunami. It also explicitly says I can manipulate springs, so I could, say, create a super force aquifer under someone's feet, launching them skyward. Rinse, lather, repeat.
Apparently I can also control
" all aspects of the mountains, from the purely physical ones and also mythical/conceptual ones." so a little Earth Bending also sounds appropriate.

Negativity manipulation, the "power to control and manipulate negative forces." According to the interpretation there, that means I get lightning, anti-matter, vaccuum, necromancy, hellfire, my own reality-eraser, and the ability to control the "negative" emotions.

It wouldn't be too much of a stretch to add anti-magic and reducing negative emotions to that list (though this last one is "positivity manipulation" according to the site, though I would say that the absence of negative emotions is not in itself a positive thing). With a bit of creative application, very little would seem to be out of reach.

Only downside? I run headlong into "the abyss gazes back".


And for the LUTAS entrance...

I can swim really fast, and heal with extra ink. Oh, and I can get into anything that isn't water proof.

...this is probably a stretch, but bear with me. Some things are irreversible, which means that time definitively has a negative direction. I can time travel, but only to the past. Not that that's a great issue, since bringing the future here is also a "negative" and accomplishes the same thing as bringing me forward. It's likely to be much harder, though.
