I suppose it was inevitable really. As resident Tour Guide (semi-retired), one has to know all the latest places.

Mostly though, Butler's just interested in making new friends and getting a glass of Nuka-Cola.

"Would you miss me when I'm gone?" Reinholdt asks, looking up carefully with a wild grin. He really should try this online dating more often. Most exhilarating fun he's had in a while.

'Ekkehard Ohtheresson' glares at Butler. "Go away, kitty. There's no milk here." He also looks around to see if there's anything hefty nearby he can throw. Preferably not anything too fragile; the staff won't like having to clear up broken glass. Hopefully they've got reinforced windows, too, in case he misses.

I don't want to be mean to Butler!

Well that was anti-climatic! D=

"No. Just... a bit more... please." There's something wrong in how he asks, but he asks all the same.

How can you consider yourself a proper villain group if you're not mean to Butler at least once?

"Well that's rather unusual for a restaurant sir. But I'm not here for milk sir. It's alright, but there are better drinks sir." Butler says, giving Ekkehard a smile. Pre-anything that might be thrown. "I'm Butler B. Butler sir. Who are you sir?"

"Get out. We don't serve non-humans here," the waiter says. Emily would have said it more politely, but her shift hasn't started yet.

Callie's grin widens and she slashes at his chest twice with her claws. There's something just as wrong in her obvious enjoyment.

"Yeah, moggy. Go find a nice warm fireplace." Ekkehard seemingly can't find anything hefty enough, and resolves to go find a couple of decent sized stones to store in his pockets for future use.

I must be evil, then; this is the second time I've been mean to Butler. Although the first time backfired, I think Butler was worried about turning left for a while.

Big Donkey Park

This particular park is named after a large, seemingly random statue in the centre of a donkey made of a single block of black marble standing upon a pink granite pedestal. It's large enough that there's several woods from which are quite private and largely undisturbed.

Near one of these woods stands a group of three children, seemingly the same age- eight, or at least in human terms. One is apparently a human girl with dark skin and long blonde hair. Another seems elvish, and is of indeterminate gender, with shoulder-length silver hair and gold-tinted skin. The third is male, with short, ear-length hair and possibly an orcish ancestry; his skin is pale green, his ears are pointed and his hair is course and black, though he lacks the fangs of a true orc. All three are exactly the same height, and wear papery tunics leaving their arms and most of their legs bare, and all are also barefoot.

"I had to drive Satan off for good so that Angela can sleep at night and live a normal life without fear of being kidnapped again." Reinholdt relents, being helped up. Probably helps that his mind's still a dazed.

"You did sir? When did you say that sir? And why sir?"

You mean you had to single-handedly fight the Devil himself to impress my mom. The foxgirl giggles and tries to kiss Rein's cheek before letting him stumble off. You can tell her about me, if you want. If she even cares, you can let her know that my father is one of Roy and Luna's kids.

Reinholdt sighs. That wasn't the intention at all. Angela was taken and so was he and he really couldn't imagine the terror Angela went through. But he supposes not everyone would believe him.

"Maybe someday I'll have a clue who those people are. With luck, someday I won't." Reinholdt says. "Goodbye and thanks for your help." Reinholdt says, limping off.

Seeya later, Reinholdt. Callie walks off to go sit on her usual bench. She had sacrificed her usual vespertine meditation to meet the Treasure Hunter. It had gotten dark by now, so her next appointment would be coming soon. She sends her black fox animal companion, the dark thing in the shadows that was watching when Rein first showed up, to make sure that the park around was empty of any observers.

Waiting by a streetlight, the purple hatted man waits. In spite of the fact that his face is completely covered by his hat, there's a sense that his watching Vincent and Caroline.

"So, any questions for me?"

"How about who are you and what do you want?" The obvious ones seem a good start.

A mystery, and that applies to what I want. I find myself at a lost reguarding you. The conditions since we last met have changed so much, that I don't know what to do.

He shrugs a hand, still leaning on the streetlight.

Then why bring us out here at all? Caroline frowns. I've never met you, at least, not that I remember.

Mr E. straighten up, and steps away from the lamp post.

"As for bring the pair of you out here, I wanted to keep my opinions open. Too many ears in Trog's, far too many."

And it wasn't long afterwards that a tear in the fabric of space-time opened, and a distinctly scantily-clad red-eyed, black-haired shadowcaster stepped through, closing the shadowspace window behind her.

I must have worded it badly. Emily is much more polite in rebuffing non-humans, but she's not here. The pimply face boy is instead. *casts Confusion*

"Yeah. Get rid of him," the waiter says to Ekkehard. He doesn't answer Butler's questions at all.

The foxgirl smiles at Becky, eyes roaming over her body appreciatively as she pats the bench next to her. Yes, it has, hasn't it? I missed you...

"You have repeatedly been asked to leave. I am, therefore, escorting you forcibly from the premises, OK?" Regardless of the answer, 'Ekkehard' reaches up and tries to grab Butler's ear, which he'll twist and use to drag Butler to the door. From there, 'Ekkehard' will remove his hand and try to grab Butler by the back of the neck and the base of the tail and physically throw him out. The man is much stronger than he looks, but is trying to restrain himself- murder would be inadvisable and bring Remnant down, plus he's trying to seem completely human.

"Aw. I've missed you too, hot stuff." Becky winked, settling into the seat next to the foxgirl. "Been taking care of yourself?"

Yeah... But she sighs and attempts to snuggle closer to Becky. But I've just been so bored. Do you know of anything interesting happening now?

Oh derp. The worst part is I kinda knew that. The one trait Butler would rub off on me...

"I don't unde-OWAHWWAH." It really hurts to be pulled by the ear like that. And the tail too. Butler does get physically thrown out and and that hurts as well, though admittedly not as badly as being yanked about by the ear and tail.

Butler stands up, his eyes getting all watery and brushes himself off. "You're a meanie face sir!" Butler shouts back at Ekkehard before running off.

And really.
Being a meanie face should be a crime in and of itself.

Outside of Trog's

"I think we might have fought him once as a reoccurring mini-boss type thing." It was a while back, just outside of Inside he believes.

"If you want, we could beat you up for gp and xp." Vincent offers.

The waiter is busy with someone else by the time Ekkehand is back, but Kareem at the bar waves him over. "Nice job with that. Let me buy you a drink."

Honestly, that sounds like a lot of fun, but... Gods shouldn't force people to do anything. If you knew what deity caused the riot, perhaps we could go pay his priest a visit. She nuzzles the shadowmancer's neck and playfully nips at her ear. And what's going on in AMEN? You haven't told me anything about them for months.

"Might be a bad idea. Rumour is that's what caused it," Becky says, giggling at the nip. "And, well, sorry. I've been...occupied. But things are going well...we're going to prank that human supremicist bunch pretty soon, for one thing..."

"Well, then. We recently raided an abandoned Riverside hospital to get some MRI equipment and medicines for Crazy Plant Lady to work on her thing - did I tell you about her?" And she'll give a detailed account of Shayan. Also: gnolls. And Ilpholin interviewing everybody!
