Not contesting the outcome of the last day, just trying to piece together all the facts so I have the best available knowledge of how it went down. There's a wold of difference between there being no death with tied bandwagons and Eternis having a bigger bandwagon.

So, pointing bad logic (that the scry lead to the conclusion that Night's more likely to be a wolf) makes me a wolf now?

I'd still like to know why you were so misleading (yeah, 89% from 80% chance of being good is only a "slight improvement") with your own math. You do know who likes to be misleading, TBFProgrammer? Wolves do (). And I still haven't seen those suspicious things you've said.

I'm a little clueless now, although I've just passed my Newcomer phase.
TBF has two votes now, but without solid explanations.
Gray Mage one vote, defending another player. Defending is only done by teams, so either mason, wolf or some unknown neutral thing (lovers?) and the wolfs don't even know each other.

I'd refute that defending is only done by teams, especially when the defence is pointing out a fairly straightforward flaw in the logic. Lynching someone based on flawed logic isn't particularly good for town so it's in a villagers best interest (or good for a wolfs cover) to point out the flaw.

I'm voting for TBFProgrammer for now because he's mildly suspicious and mostly because I don't want another no lynch because a drawn vote.

Nope, 84.5% from 80% is only a slight improvement. The 89% percent figure requires the assumption that wrong scries split 50/50. We don't have enough information from Matthais' scries to say anything absolute, but he also never scried anyone as neutral.

We also can't trust Penguinator implicitly about him being neutral.


Your desire to rely on "hard" numbers in defense of another player leads to less discussion. This kind of play to try to rely entirely on seers is very typical of wolves. They also like to go after people who point at them.

Revenge voting isn't wolf hunting.

Day 13

Little talking today, Mob dispersed for whatever reason. Lack of lynches, lack of kills. No need to stay around another day and kill. All over and done. Let newcomers mill around to hearts content. Surely all Subordinates of Successor gone into hiding by now.

Meanwhile, newest Newcomer wanders, Mathematician. Playing with abacus, muttering numbers: "Seventy-one, hundred-fourteen, hundred-seventeen, one-o-one, down to 32. And sixty-six, ninety-seven, hundred-five, one-sixteen, keeps rising, how much higher?" Wanders past one of Twins, still looking for other, asking around. "You've seen me? I haven't seen you. Where did I head? Thank you. Much appreciated." and heads off.

Witch continues brewing potions. Casting spells on unwary. Restless dreams fill night of things unknown. Meanwhile, Child wanders streets, asking others, "Who killed my mommy? I want her back! Give her back! Waaahhh!!!"

Mayor talks with Legislator over lunch, how to handle things in town. Meanwhile, Detective follows trail, sure he's on lead of killer for new case, wandering into back alleys. Indeed he is, but killer's laid trap. Swift stab from behind, and TBFProgrammer falls to ground convulsing to die soon. Town rests unknowing of this death, thinking them all done with. Night falls on poor city.

Daring brushed the dirt from her knees as she stood up, a major task removed from the list. She stepped away from her sister’s modified marker, and strode out of the graveyard. She saw her housing companion contemplating another stone. Their eyes met for a moment, and nodded to each other. She turned her head away respectfully. Good-byes are a solitary mission. She stepped past the low stone wall and entered the village proper. There was a surprising number of people about, but with night falling that would change soon, she was sure.

The glance of solidarity meant a lot to that stranger. A short while later, he also returns to town.

Well that wasn't good. Couldn't exactly change votes in the quarter of an hour between the claim and the day ending though.

Night 13

Mayor off, pondering things Legislator informed him of. Were things that bad? Goes to check files, comes across file on Spy. "Spy: Sympathizer who works to get rid of Society from inside. Hard to tell which he is, but can't be allowed to leak information to them. Get rid of as soon as possible..."

Businessman up in room, talking. "Yes, yes, I did it, okay? Any more tasks? No? Okay. Call me when you do." Puts phone down and feet up on desk. "Finally, a day off." Leans back, yawns, and goes to sleep.

Meanwhile, Youth and Elder observing houses. "Oh, it's not him. I could have sworn-" Youth turns to Elder. "Didn't we see the Other just go in there?" Nod of assent but no look of confusion, as if whatever's happening is as planned.

Off goes Magician, practicing act again. Disappears in puff of smoke to appear elsewhere. Then again. Again. Again. Ag- wait. Hands holding him, he turns to face unknown face. "It's easy once you know the trick behind it!" Pulls out swords and begins running them through him, pulling out to show no damage. "But a single mistake..." Rams through and blood spills out, Magician gasps in pain. "and everything goes wrong." Walks away, leaving Devmaar's body in dust.

Town wakes to find another death, realize must do something about it. Go on to lynch in times of trouble.
