Gale heads outside and looks at the ruined buildings around her. A few blocks south, she can see black smoke coming from a chimney made of a black material.

Gale, the Suicidal Soloer
I had better take a look at that

Gale flies over towards the chimney, trying to keep out of sight of any observers, and to get a better look at the building it is attached to.

Gale approaches the building, it looks tall enough to be two or three stories tall. The entire building is covered in a black metallic material. There are no windows, however there is one door, which faces west. Behind this building is the Waterdeep wall.

Gale, the optimistic and curious
Gale knocks on the door.

Gale hears a voice yell, "Come in!"

Gale opens the door, and enters.

[Allyzedl]

Gale walks into the building. The walls are lined with a multitude of different items, she sees dragon teeth, scales from a bulette, unicorn horns, howler quills, rust monster antennae, umber hulk claws, and many other parts from assorted creatures.

There is a dwarf wearing full armor, which is black and looks to be made from the same material as the coating on the house. He is standing in front of an anvil with a hammer, hitting a weapon that he is crafting. In the far corner of the room is a large furnace, which is producing the smoke from the chimney.

The building has only 1 room, with a bed near the furnace, in other corner on the far side of the building, it has 30 ft. ceilings.

The male dwarf, while still working on the weapon addresses Gale, "Hello, how may I help you?

"You are a merchant? and a craftsman?"

[Allyzedl]

"You could call me a craftsman, but I am much more than that. I am Wulf, might I ask your name?"

[Archmage1]

Gale, the Distracted
"I am Gale. You have a fine home and shop. Did you gather those items yourself?"

[Allyzedl]

"I did not gather those materials, people gave them to me in exchange for crafting an items for them, as I have no interest in money, just becoming the greatest craftsman ever. I use those parts as materials in crafting items."

[Archmage1]

"I am part of a group, so if we find some rare ingredients from some creatures, we can trade them to you, in exchange for custom, dwarf-crafted items? Is there anything in particular you are looking for?"

[Allyzedl]

"Pretty much, although I can requests on the type of weapon, I do not take requests for their abilities as I choose them based on what I feel would fit the item best" Wulf says.

"Is there anything from formians that you want? And what would you want to upgrade my armor, or this mace?"

[Allyzedl]

"I only work with special materials, I have no interest in average formian parts. However, if you were able to bring me the head from the queen I might be able to make something from it. But it is unlikely that you will be able to find, let alone kill the queen."

[Archmage1]

"Be back in a bit."

Gale leaves the shop, running back to where they killed the queen, hoping that no one has taken the head, or moved into the tunnels.

Gale runs back and finds the formian queen's head, loosely stuck to the wall, covered in blood.

Retroactively, Wulf says to Gale, "I will throw in a few additional upgrades to other items depending on the quality of the exotic material that you provide me with."

Gale removes the head, wrapping it in her spare cloak to avoid covering her haversack in blood(the one she took back from Tulip), and places it into her bag, before running back to the dwarf.

Once she arrives, she stands there, panting a bit, before pulling out the head, and dropping it at the dwarf's feet.

"So, what can you do with that?"

[Allyzedl]

Wulf looks at Gale in a more respectable manner than before, "Impressive, well it would certainly make an interesting item, I have a few ideas on what to do with it. Maybe some kind of helmet, unless I feel that it should be something else while I work on it.

Give me the rest of the day to work on it and I will have it finished by morning at the latest. As for its worth, I will upgrade 2 items for you, right now, what would you like Gale?"

Jimbob hands you the amulet and mask, "Thank you for your business."

"Thank you. Remember about the Kukri I told you about. There is a good chance I will come back to get two of these later."

To the group: "I will wait outside until you finish your shopping spree..."

He walks outside, if called by anyone from the party he would rush to help them, but right now he just stands outside looking around for anything interesting, or which could prove troublesome in the future.

"Can you upgrade this armor to protect me from death effects? And could you enhance the weapon to improve my reaction times?"

Eager and warning on the weapon, now it is effectively a +0 mace...

Noru steps outside and climbs atop his phantom horse once again. Sending the bird off toward the castle to see if anything is in our path.

Noru inspects the area around him, while on his horse. He is able to see part of a black metallic building with smoke coming from its chimney a few blocks south, in the midst of the ruins around him.

His raven scouts out the area north of him. It doesn't see any creatures between Noru and the outside wall of the castle. However there seems to be 3 different walls that surround the perimeter of the castle. Between the first and second walls there are several planars walking around. Between the second and third wall there aren't any creatures.

After the third wall is the large castle, which has several planars on its roof.

Noru muses as he heads for the place he assumes to be the dwarfs he was told about.
