Realistically, that's a fairly balanced party. Two armored bruisers (a tank and a versatile, also-well-armored watcher of the tank's back), two aerial attackers (a dive-bomber and a precision striker), and the wizard for long range support. Gandalf wasn't bad with a sword either.
