Karyana is quite happy to return the hug, and hold the kiss. Possibly for quite a while, given that they're both at least partly undead...
In any case, when it eventually does end, she's probably started giving the ghost-girl a mildly wandery massage, though she's not going nearly as far as she normally would, physical constraints, that, for once, she can't just shift away, likely making much beyond this somewhat awkward, at the least.
