Ultimate Rivalry (Savior Side)

"Well, if you insist. I'll take a room for the night."

Savior leans back with a smile, and brings out his flask, taking a happy sip of water, while looking around the room.

[Brass Dragon]

He asks for 10 gold, and, upon payment, shows you where your room would be.

[Savior]

Savior nods at it all, but remains in the bar, turning his stool as to look around the bar freely at the locals.

[Brass Dragon]

The bar is filled with seedier characters, but you don't see anyone bulkier than yourself

[Savior]

What is the number of people in the bar, excluding the bartender. And who all are male and female?

Savior whistles at the waitress to get her attention.

[Brass Dragon]

She walks over

"yes?"

[Savior]

"Can i have a steak? Medium Well, please?"

[Brass Dragon]

"Sir, if you're looking to cook your steak anything other than how i comes out, you'd best go somewhere else."

[Savior]

"Good thing it's going to come out medium well, huh?" Savior smiles, and it seems like all the muscles he has is hidden beneath some form of tanned skin.

[Brass Dragon]

she sighs and points at a sign which reads: no violence or assault.

"leave... now"

[Savior]

"For which reason? The fact i ordered? Or the fact you assume someone is going to be violently assaulted?"

[Brass Dragon]

The fact that you made a gesture that is easily interpreted as a threat. Also, you don't seem to understand what assault means, would you like me to explain?

[Savior]

"By all means, do explain. I have time to kill while i wait for my steak." Savior rotates his shoulders around, and does more stretching in his rest position. His long journey's makes his back muscles tense, making it hard for him to breathe at times.

[Brass Dragon]

"So be it, the chef still doesnt know what medium rare is" she walks off

[Savior]

Savior watches the waitress leave, sighing as with a smile and a shake of his head. "I like it, i do." Pulling out his flask, He takes a shot of water, and replaces the cap.

[Brass Dragon]

about 30 minutes later, so about 1 o'clock, your steak comes out, its medium, but not overdone.

[Savior]

Smiling, Savor drags a knife through half the steak, pokes the meat, and then smiles, eating it within ten minutes or so. He stays hydrated through it, and walked up to the bar tender after his meal, asking for a refill of water.

[Brass Dragon]

He gives you your refill

"you know, unless you want to talk to me, the bar maid would have taken care of that"

[Savior]

Savior sits at the bar with a smile. "I do want to talk to you, Pal. Have you ever heard of Meemaas? Or any of his lackies?"

[Brass Dragon]

"hmm," he says "I dont believe ive heard of anyone by that name, but if it's someone with lackeys, its probably best to search the outer rim of the city. those kinds of people tend to stay as far away from the king a possible unless they're working with him."

[Savior]

Right. How OPEN is the king to visitors?

[Brass Dragon]

Should you apply now, probably a few weeks.

[Savior]

"Of course. Where do i go to apply?"

[Brass Dragon]

well, you can either go to the chamber of comerce in the center of town, near the palace, or ask the guards at the palace themselves.

[Savior]

Nodding, Savior leaves for his room, after paying if he hadn't already.

[Brass Dragon]

you get to your room, its still around 1 o'clock

[Savior]

Savior leaves his sack underneath the bed, and pulls from it his 10 foot chain, and the lock. Whistling, he takes another sip of his flask, and then walks from the door ,through the tavern, wearing the chain as a necklace, and the lock as a pendant. He nods to both the bartender and the waitress, and then sets off for the edge of the town, like the bartender mentioned. He goes to double his speed (140ft per round) to hurry to the edge.
