Default Discussing religion in a historical/factual context

Just something I was concerned about- Does discussing the beliefs or tenets of a religion in a historical or factual context (e.g, using the Jewish kosher system as an example of memetic evolution) violate the forum ban on discussing religion?

Sheriff of Moddingham: Yes. All discussion of real world religion is prohibited on this forum. That includes the historical, factual, literary, evangelical, ecumenical, laudatory, derogatory, gaming-related, society-related, or whatever other description might be applied to it.

The line on this forum between appropriate/inappropriate is fictional/real world.
