Vampony Fracas
As the unicorn passes and the arrow is shot, the unicorn vampony gives Daniel an aside glance and smirks and with unnatural reflexes magically grabs the arrow and sends it flying back to Daniel. Well that was nice of him. Probably should have broke it, but eh, maybe he was hoping to stab hurl it Daniel.

From then the earth pony jumps from behind the unicorn who kept after Zephyr, dove down behind Daniel and hit the ground leaving a dent and sending out debris. The second unicorn teleported above Miss M and dropped down in a hind leg kick. The red mare got pummeled in the face, having had been taken by surprise.

The other unicorn that flung back the arrow continued to join the pegasus in chasing down after Zephyr, the three of them picking up speed.

"Tactic #13?! But that's...!.." Gearstride gave a side of resignation. "Very well....do it.." And it was done anyway. "Go, to the ones on Zephyr---"

The pair in he hamster ball of doom come crashing down on our quartet of Sandy, Rainbow, Gear and Staccata. What was lacked in accuracy here was made up in powah'.

That means everyone probably jumped out of the way in time and only had debris flinging out to avoid. There was a woot and holler from the two inside.

Ah might get control o' the gavel." Lochbed squeed. The thought of being able to sit on the big seat and banging on the desk. She even mimicked the motions with the movements of her hoof.

Silent at the moment is lying on the dirt grunting, the momentum from his thrust to the side kicking the wind out of him.

Daniel leans a few inches to the side, letting the flung arrow zoom past him and impact into that earth pony who thought landing behind him would be a great idea.

He turns around and shoots another into his nearest leg for good measure. "That's called the Zaros Triumph Effect. The more raw power, the less brain power. 'Night." And then punches the sucker in the face just because.

Bowling ball of doom. Bah. You'd think enemies would have a sense of imagination or something in their chosen weapon of doom. Silverpine peeked again out of the rubble he was hiding behind and popped off a shot at the ball.

In the Booth

"Snowflake....we gotta get her out here....get into the town to the medic...something...!" Idle Chat pleaded.

Snowflake looked up with a look of helpless frustration. "I know, I know! Let me just... finish this..." She wrapped up the last of Violet's wounds neatly and breathed a sigh of relief. She began dragging and pulling at her body, trying to load her onto Idle's back. "Let's get out of here before they notice us."

Lochbed

The fae maiden stroked the confused or worried head sitting beside her. "Yeah. Ye just have to talk. Everyfae's representative get time on the floor to talk. No worries. Ye'll get ye forces."

Rainbow

Such a sloppy attack would never work unless the target is slowed. The magenta earth pony easily leaps out off the way. She then pulls the trick bolt's pin which arms the explosive. 10 seconds or contact. Something is going to blow up.

[Sandy - Trippin' Hamster Balls]

At the Captain's orders, Sandy reared up, kicking his forelegs and let loose with a mighty battle-whinny. The slamming hamster-ball of doom hardly gave him pause; to the engineer, the rocks may as well have been in slow motion. Lean left, lean right, little hop, duck, roll, and safe. Piece of cake. Now for the real action.

He practically flew across the battlefield in a dizzying blur of steel and wood, his hooves drumming a machine-gun beat on the stones. The pony-drill aimed straight for the two vamponies on Zephyr's tail; if piercing the heavens wasn't available, undead abominations would have to do. He aimed for directly behind Zephyr, fully intending to body-slam (and potentially gore on his horn) one of the enemy. That is, once they made it through the slicing maelstrom in front of him.

(tldr: Sandy dodges rocks, then makes his mad charge for the enemy. He will try to slam into one of the two behind Zephyr, cutting both up with his daggers and stakes, and potentially goring the one he tackles. Due to the drugs, he's not picking his target beyond "not Zephyr".)

The attacker was about to strike Lemongrass, but Blades' reflected attack catches him; he ends up tripping and twisting a bit on the ground, his armor could have blocked some of the energy ball, but another part of him could have reached him.

Now he was easy prey for Lemongrass

-Trotter-
Dawnstrider grabs her sword, but she won't let go and the sword's too hard to rip apart.
Tyrol Shield-slam hers, but she doesn't move either. She seems to be able to hold by herself and Dawnstrider's sword grab.
Instead now, she pulls her sword and does a spin swing at Tyrol (Possibly would pull Dawnstrider along the sword)

-Green Unicorn-
"Wha-?"
His sword comes out and is grabbed by Blades, he's beffludled on the air, until he notices a hole forming on his landing spot and closing, the closing part was Flaster's mistake: As soon the wall was closing, the unicorn wall-jumped out... And uses the armor's magic to leave a Dark patch there, which hastily roots underground, doesn't show any immediate effects... Yet.

He jumps out of the hole at a pretty fast speed and aims a quick buck at her face, his horn glows green again, it is somewhat dim, so he could be somewhat exhausted on his own, but the armor could be keeping him up.

-Unicorn-
She's just stunned, and then Arvadraa grabs her with tentacles, she's grabbed, barely manages to get her sword and tries chopping against the tentacles; when Blades' comes swinging a dark sword, the unicorn notices she's aiming for her horn... Which makes her rage, the horn glows bright and Blades' sword is enveloped on telekinesis just a centimeter away.
"How... DARE YOU!!"
Welp... Blades had to aim for that, if she doesn't get a right hold of the sword, she's at risk of getting spam-attacked by it; if she does, then it just would mostly go wild and try to attack her, mostly making her stagger back.

Booth
Violet's still unconciouss, then dragged onto Idle, she only gives out a small groan/moan and is laying on top of him.

Vampony Bowl-down

It doesn't take Staccata very long to regain her footing after being run at by the massive ball. Their little tactic 13 is... interesting. However, it's full of blunt force. The rogue follows in Sandy's wake, showing the vamponies (if they're still alive) her stabs.

Dawnstrider

He continues grasping the blade with his hind legs, but doesn't have an especially good grip. When Trotter spin-swings at Tyrol, he drags his own sword deep into the ground, trying to slow it. Combined with his weight, odds are none of them are getting hit partiuclarly hard, but Dawnstrider still falls off (probably on top of Tyrol unless he moves).

Direct communication between the magical, comprehensive, and optical brain clusters are required to effectively maintain a stable telekinetic field!!

After brief hesitation, Arvadraa's tentacle claw-tips stop trying to dig at the armor and attempt to cover whatever eye-holes are on the Unicorn's helmet, in the hopes that if you can't see it, you can't push it.

Simultaneous Happenings of the Vampony Fracas variety

The earth pony vamp sword positioned just right as he wound up behind Daniel, the arrow hitting the blade and breaking. A few seconds afterwards the earth pony vamp is shot in the leg as at the same time he hits Daniel with the broad side of the sword on the face right as Daniel punches him with vampony might. The earth vampony doesn't seem to be concerned with the punch to his own face.

If one can't tell, these ain't gonna be the the civvie vamps who's attacks miss half the time or aren't totally effective.

Silverpine's shot sends a small ripple against the hamster ball of doom. Clod growls and sends another magical burst to strengthen while Bonita directed the hamster ball of doom towards Silverpine, to run him over dead. They'll try.

But then Rainbow's explosive trick arrow hits! The shield sphere wavers and is sent flying to the towards the alter. Gravity pulls it down. It hits hard with a crash splitting the alter. Debris and dust fill the area like a mini mini mini blast debris and dirt mushroom cloud. It'll be a while before it settles, at least in the next round it will be difficult to determine what's up there. From a safe distance.

Zephyr sees a crazy Sandy, his eyes go wide, he flies to the air, the pegasi behind him follows suit and continues the pursue in the air. The unicorn was actually caught by surprise as shown in his eyes. But vampony reflexes kicked in as by a tail hair he missed Sandy's deadly onslaught He rolled off to the side. "Hahah...not tonight!....ooh crap sack in a barrel...!" Then Staccata attacked and it rolled again with an attempt to gore her muzzle with his horn. Gearstride grunts as took a chunk of rock to her neck. She really needed her explosives, a simple combat knife wouldn't do.

And Miss M and the other unicorn zipped around the temple in blink and miss it bucks and blows. To make things worse, three more vamponies entered the fray at the same from the left northern passageway. One of each main race. This was not going to be an easy combat scenario, but it will likely be messy. Though the unicorn facing Sandy and Staccata, has a higher chance of being the first to go.

Idle with help from Snowflake makes the attempt to sneak over to the gate with Violet on his back.

He goes flying into the pillar across the way from the one he was next to, and slides down rather slowly.

"Right. Well now I feel like a hypocrite. Congrats." He looks over at the rest of the fight in utter despair. "...We're going to die, aren't we."

He stands and leans against the new pillar, moving his head up and to the side, exposing his neck. "Do me a favor and make it relatively quick."

(Is the earth pony armored? And if so, where?)

[Sandy - Hack 'n Stab]

Turning his attention away from Sandy might prove to be a fatal mistake.

With his adept telekinesis, Sandy let a knife and stake hang behind, each one slashing away at the vampony's torso. Meanwhile, the rest of him barreled onward towards the nearby wall, only to leap up and off of it, executing a remarkably sharp and swift u-turn. While his first weapons carried on the assault from one side, the engineer and his other weapons came at him with a vengeance from the other side.

Naturally, if he made an opening for a staking, even a temporary one, he'd take it.

[tldr: Sandy leaves a stake and a knife to harry the opponent while he parkours off the wall to make a u-turn. He then attacks from the other side, effectively flanking the vampony with himself. If there's an opportunity to stake, lethally or not, he'll go for it.]

(Not sure if Rainbow actually shot the trick arrow, best to wait and see what Orzel says)

Vampony Bowl-Down

Well things are getting a little dodgy aren't they? The vampony Staccata is on manages to get away from 'clean hit' territory. The mare herself barely makes it away from the horn jab, catching more than a little tickle. The vamponies around them might actually smell the blood, but it's nowhere near serious. Oh, and it can't keep dodging both of them forever.

Staccata swings to the right to allow Sandy his fancy footwork. If that works, well, you don't let a rogue flank you and Staccata will slice at it.

"Got it. Now let's look for survivors." she whispered before looking at thedust clood through her night vision scope.

She tapped her lower lip. "Well it depends on who ye get to join ye. Meh pa is a dullahan so he has a army of spooky pooka in his retinue. Most natural fae would give ye animals. Dyads would loan ye trees. Kelpies and each uisge would send ye kappa. Or a Knucker. Och... but Knucker dragons are hard to deal wit." The kelpie shook her head several times.

He would be easy prey, if Lemongrass wasn't still slightly disorientated by the effects of landing on the ground face first earlier. The pegasus got up slowly, putting a hoof to his head as he regained his bearing.

The impact juddered Tyrol to the bone, but to his rude surprise, the pony remained standing. Then Dawnstrider landed on him and knocked the both of them to the ground, his shield clattering to the ground. Dawnstrider would find himself a relatively soft landing spot at least, though Tyrol wouldn't say the same for the heavily armour pony.

Silverpine swore again under his breath, having now attracted the giant hamster ball of doom. He would break into a gallop to the nearest pillar, hoping to at least avoid the first pass and then lose them amidst the rubble.

South Gate

Idle with help from Snowflake makes the attempt to sneak over to the gate with Violet on his back.

Snowflake hustled along, first aid kit on wing as they tried to sneak past.

Blades felt the telekinetic field, but simply laughed.

"Cute, but I remembered a lil' something." After a moment of concentration on the metalworker's part, the sword cleaved right through the magic and finished the swing. "It doesn't take magic to use a sword, ya know, 'n this one can stop magic!"

Flare was getting a bit impatient, and decided to simply use her magic to grab her enemy by the armour and gently toss him aside. "You're a real bother, aren't you. I'll deal with you later."

In the meantime, Night Jewel trotted over toward the dazed Ruby to see if she could snag any of his valuables.

Advanced Vampony Fracas

Earth Vampony #1 content with his punch staggered away to deal with his staked leg. He had used up too much energy with that punch, having been pierced with a wooden arrow and all. He didn't care to finish off Daniel, he would happily let his fellow kin here finish off the job.

One of the newest vampony arrivals approached Daniel with a smirk, the unicorn (#3) and stood over him levitating a boulder the size of Daniel to crush over his on his head. "No...relatively quick would be to kind for scum as yourself." Benson will do one a kindness here and give this guy as a freebie, let Daniel bask in vampony ick. And no, this one here isn't wearing armor. The other guy is though with his sword wielding warrior motif. Like Bridle Shores guard chest armor. But he's off removing a pesky arrow.

The unicorn vampony #1 being assaulted by Sandy and Staccata curled into a fetal position to protect his chest getting staked in the back......but set on fire. He started to try to roll away to put himself out and keep his precious chest protected. "Sh-...aaarhg.....I ain't gonna....die here...not by scum." Earth pony #2, the new one that joined the fray that was not dealing with an arrow to the knee leg, went for bucking Sandy in the head. As Gearstride lamely tried to slash at him with her combat knife.

Rainbow is met with the cloud of dust and dirt sent to blind her and obscure her vision. At whatever point the dust settled, those two, Bonita and Clod seemed to have disappeared from that area. Though she is also met with a second pegasus (#2) with the intent to surprise tackle her while her focus had been o the dust cloud.

Well. As for Silverpine, he would have seen Rainbow's explosive shot on the hamster ball folk and that they were not an immediate threat to him anymore. However, suddenly Miss M and Unicorn Vampony #1 who were in a heated exchange of blows, 'ported and other means, next to him. He might want get out of the way.

Up high near the ceiling pegasi number 1 is still chasing after Zephyr as then a third pegasi popped up from below and punched him in the face. "That was for my brother Wind Kicker, you asshat!" Zephyr was sent flying into the legs of the pegasus behind him who took to a vice grip hold on him while pegasus #3 began to deliver several blows to Zephyr's face and chest.

One must wonder what about Sandy makes him such a priority target. I guess it's all the stakes and everything, or whatever they said about crazy blood. In any case, Sandy would receive additional stabbing support as Staccata sliced at earth pony #2.

"She says while aiming an instantly-lethal weapon." It's so nice to have good things, and there are a few.

1) The boulder is most probably being aimed far enough away from the unicorn to not squish her when it lands.

2) Telekinesis requires concentration. So does fighting.

3) Bard.

He rolls forward in a flash, both shin-devices clacking against the floor. Out comes one stake, into the throat with full momentum. Out comes the other, eye-scream style. But why stop there?

He'd then rip the second stake out, use the other as a lever, and twist around to get his back legs around her head, or one specific spot, really. Combined with his strength, leverage, and both of them likely falling about now, both legs slam into her horn sideways in an attempt to snap it off.

All of this, of course, is another plan that requires the first phase to work to pull any of it off.

(tl;dr - He stabs her in the throat and eye [note: with enough control to not obliterate her brain], then flips over to use his back legs to snap off her horn while she's distracted with the whole boulder thing)

[Sandy - Vamponies and Drugs and Stabbings, Oh my!]

Sandy caught sight of the vampony out of the corner of his eye in mid-buck. Even with his drugged-up reflexes, the blow came too fast to dodge. But not fast enough that he couldn't react. The engineer turned and swung his head back with the imminent impact, lessening the blow slightly. And then?

He opened his jaws wide, took one of the hind-legs straight in his mouth, and bit down hard.

You see, while bucks may have incredible power, they have the distinct disadvantage of being all-out attacks. With all the force behind the kick, if the legs don't hit something relatively solid, there's a good chance the pony can be sent flying towards their target. And if their drugged-up target just grabbed a hold of one of their legs with his teeth and hurled them backwards, then there's an even better chance the pony will end up flipping up and over them, slamming painfully into the ground.

Or, in this case, right on top of their flaming comrade.

(tldr: Sandy takes the buck by biting down on one of the legs and swinging his head with the impact. He is trying to throw the vampony onto their flaming comrade using their own momentum.)

Well. As for Silverpine, he would have seen Rainbow's explosive shot on the hamster ball folk and that they were not an immediate threat to him anymore. Well, Rainbow certainly has the explosive part of the adventure covered, even without the good captain's stash. Then Miss M blink-and-miss hoof-fight appeared next to him.

Silverpine dove out of the way yet again, as the unicorn swung a leg wildly in his direction, though it was just as likely it was directed at Miss M and not himself per se. Still deadly if it connected though. His reflexes wasn't dulled though, and his shotgun rolled up nice as you please to line up with the back of the unicorn. Cue buckshot, though even at this close distance it was a crapshoot with the speed of fighting and 'porting. Silverpine would just have to trust his years at the shooting range.

Advanced Vampony Fracas

Getting stabbed in the first place with a wooden stake kinda really just makes one lose concentration with the boulder/large ass piece of rock anyway. It would have naturally fallen towards the ground right in front of her where Daniel had been. Regardless, due to Daniel's actions, he sorta pushed them both out of the way of the falling giant rock, and stabbed her in the eye and throat. She bled and glurked, among other things happening to her. There was a crack but her horn did not break off. Then suddenly annold challenger appears, free from an offending wooden arrow.

"Let her go!...This fight should have been between you and I. I should not have ran like that. You. Me, to the death, soldier!" The armored earth pony pointed his sword at Daniel in a challenging manner. The mare struggled and coughed blood shaking her head, a stake in her eye and throat.

"N......o.....th...isis m...my...p...unish..me..nt...fo..r..n..ot" The mare struggled to say through labored breathing.

As Sandy bit down on the vampony's leg, the vampony grabbed his head and brought him with him with a winced grunt. As he got slashed by Staccata he was set upon flames while. He sneered at Sandy and would do his damnest to not let this short stop dwarf get the last move on him.

The other vampony, unicorn #1 had moved his ass out of the way denying getting earth pony #2 from falling on him. And despite being on fire, wasn't about to go down just yet. He jumped at Staccata to try give her a taste of her own medicine.

The shot from Silverpine's blast took the Unicorn #2 by surprise, in which then Miss M took the opportunity to swipe at the unicorn's head and lop it off. She briefly glanced at Silverpine and gave him a small smile. He had provided just the opening she needed.

He snaps off the stake that's in the unicorn's throat to keep regeneration at bay, and jumps off of her around the boulder on the side where he WON'T be cut in half, and back to the wall, taking up his bow, tossing aside the rest of the broken stake, and sliding the whole one back to its hidey-spot. Yet another bank; the theory that this warrior can get angry.

"And also? You're already dead."

(tl;dr - Stake's still in the neck, Daniel's got his bow back, and he's trying to tick off the sword wielder enough to make him follow right where he's wanted...towards Mr. MacCube)

The shot from Silverpine's blast took the Unicorn #2 by surprise, in which then Miss M took the opportunity to swipe at the unicorn's head and lop it off. She briefly glanced at Silverpine and gave him a small smile. He had provided just the opening she needed.

Silverpine flashed a small smile back to Miss M, lowering his still-smoking shotgun when Gearstride's scream reached his ears. He whipped back, ready to pounce into action... only to be greeted by a horrifying sight. What appeared to a the remnants of a hoof dragged across the floor, a bloody trail leading from its former owner. Gearstride. "Oh Luna..." He only had to look to the side to see the culprit. The new pegasus vampony. Silverpine narrowed his eyes. Oh, she would pay. That she would. With a deadly calm, he unhooked another pair of shells and slid it smoothly into his shotgun.

Advanced Vampony Fracas


As Sandy bit down on the vampony's leg, the vampony grabbed his head and brought him with him with a winced grunt. As he got slashed by Staccata he was set upon flames while. He sneered at Sandy and would do his damnest to not let this short stop dwarf get the last move on him.

The other vampony, unicorn #1 had moved his ass out of the way denying getting earth pony #2 from falling on him. And despite being on fire, wasn't about to go down just yet. He jumped at Staccata to try give her a taste of her own medicine.

Something in the unicorn's jaw cracked audibly. With any luck, the fresh vampony blood seeping down his throat will take care of that before the drugs stop dulling the pain.

As the two of them flew through the air, Sandy was presented with a conundrum; how to finish this fight without the earth pony twist-snapping his neck like a twig? The engineer actually cackled mid-flight as the answer hit him. If he didn't want the vampony to twist him, he should twist the vampony first! Of course! So obvious.

His horn lit up a brilliant glow, lighting up the sand hardened to his armor like a Hearth's Warming Tree. As the two of them were about to hit the ground, Sandy sent himself into an impossible corkscrew with a strong, skillful push of magic. It was like his body was pushing off on the air itself for traction, and seeing how his opponent was an earth pony, there was hopefully little else he could do but go for the ride. As they spun, Sandy stabbed at his midsection with his stakes, trying to stick him good enough for a follow-up kill in a moment.

(tldr: Sandy magics the sand on his armor to send him and the vampony into a corkscrew. Amidst the confusion, he'll also try and stake the bugger in the torso)

Vampony Bowl-Down

While Sandy does a barrel roll while boosting to chase, Staccata's got her own problems. Since Vampony speed sort of is the answer to (Agile)Earth Pony reflexes, she isn't really able to get out in time. Luckily there's still something she can do to limit the damage.

The mare shifts low and attempts to roll the flaming vampony over her, netting her some heat damage and a cloak starting to catch flame at the least.

Rainbow

Caught by surprise and her narrator busy, Rainbow Pepper is thoroughly tackled. She flails her hooves once she hits the ground. "Manure and a half."

"Crazy? What be crazy about fae armies?" The kelpie pouted and folded her legs.

Aero reaches into his saddlebag and takes out a small bag of bits an places it on the table.
"There you go, Kiddo! Hey, maybe you should go see if you can find your brother?"
He smiled at Aisis.

Southern gate

-Ruby-
Ruby also tries to stand up, on front of Lemongrass, some arcs would appear from his body, making him twitch and momentarily become limp on that leg or body part, there could be time for Night Jewel to grab a loose armor plate, other than that, he wouldn't seem to be carrying much on him

-Unicorn-
She's binded, bounded, and then Blades chops her horn off!
She pretty much rages now, struggling hard, REALLY hard to get unbound of Arvadraa's tentacles, who may be wondering why she isn't wailing out of pain, having the horn attacked while casting a spell, shouldn't that cause a backlash?
Luka wouldn't be doing much there.

-Trotter-
Her swing would be slightly slower due to Dawnstrider's weight, but she pumps magic from her armor into strength and it wouldn't become that slow, possibly using Dawnstrider as a mace. Still, Tyrol's shield would protect him.

-Green-
He's tossed aside, but his horn glows even bright, a LOT brighter, he looks at the ground and his comrades and the horn gives out a flashbang like.... Flash

When everpony looks around, the attackers are gone... It seems the green one teleported them out or did some ninja trick; there's several things left on the ground though: What would look like a tiny shard of metal, close to Dawnstrider, a metal plate Night Jewel could pick up.... And some purplish-black tentacles appearing around Flare's previous chasm location, they would be growing small at first, but you never know.

Escaped! - some cloud
The entire group appears and could crash land on top of a cloud, apparently the green's buff was to give them all a cloudwalking buff
The trotter just approaches Ruby and hits him on the helmet with a hoof, making him stagger back
"What were you thinking!? Why didn't you wait for those 2 guards to leave!!??
"They were leaving and we had to get the target fast! Those 2 were on us, they could have come back and ruin everything"
"Why didn't you wait for them to completely leave?! That could compromise the entire mission!"
"If I may add, there were those two choices, and there were also those newcomers with the paladin, the shadow covered one, a mechanism-manipulating unicorn and a...Strange unicorn...."
"What's wrong?"
"That last one was quite dangerous, better keep an eye on her...."

Meanwhile, back at the gate

The small crusading colt just remains silent for a while, his sword-lock would go *CLACK* and drop the sword
"They were here for me....I brought them here"
his voice sounds a bit afraid though, seems to think he got the whole town in danger or something.

Violet's still unconcious and being carried away, poor.

She gives an adorable 'eep' sound and falls back, accidentally hugging herself. With the tentacles. She leaps up and brushes them off, looking around in surprise and worry. But not for the attackers.

He rolls off of whomever he may happen to be pinning, and brings his sword to bear against, ah, nothing.

His armor fades slowly back to black, his eyes close, and he sheathes his blade.

"Is everypony alright?" He asks tonelessly.
