Wanting a thread to go away is kinda picking on it's target audience... Your point was that there were topics you don't want to see here. Removing them would also displace the users who frequent them. I'm pretty sure that that topic specifically would cause a lot of people to leave who never even go to it if it was removed.

I've honestly never considered that the dentist would be closed on Sundays.

My understanding is that dentists work about 20 hours a week, taking off Friday through Sunday and having short days Monday - Thursday, leaving by 2-4pm.

The dentist office doesn't have a times table of when they are open, so it just never occured to me. I only ever go their when they phone, so I never had the chance to find out.
