I would imagine that Canada and Australia share another thing in common, sort of -- that in Canada, the farther north you go, the more wild and picturesque things get; and in Australia from what I've heard, the same the more inward you go?

I just looked up a bottle tree [after wading through pictures of lawn ornaments comprised of wine bottles]. It's beautiful! I most certainly will visit Australia one day.

That is indeed the case in general. Much of our coastline is equally as wild and picturesque, but if you desire true wilderness, one should head inland away from populated coastal regions and major cities.

And yes, they are certainly picturesque. A fact further emphasised by their preference to grow apart from other trees due to their vulnerability to fire.

Foxes on a wounded pigeon? It's quite good if you're into gory devouring .And yes, I have seen foxes tear apart a wounded pigeon. I wasn't sure at the time whether to be horrified at the gruesomeness or impressed with the efficiency.

You should be both. It is, after all, a process most efficiently gruesome, or gruesomely efficient, either way.

My only Pokemon game is Yellow. I've had it since I was 8 and gone through repeated cycles of mild interest->total addiction->mild boredom-> complete disinterest.

I've had it on launch date as well, and I got 24 in the first day of release. After beating the Elite Four I just got other things to do, so I didn't focus AS MUCH on the game. Keep in mind I ALSO played the other version to the same amount of time as well, so technically, all combined I likely played for more then 100 hours before today.

I've only JUST started doing EV training, for the first time. My shroomish that I trained was in Soulsilver. I'm only even doing EV training so I can get fancy trophies

Since the assignment for our programming course was to implement our own string library in C, I wasn't sure if we were allowed to use the string.h functions, and decided to write my own from scratch. Our lecturer (who was the one to look through my code) wasn't especially amused, however: "You did in 350 lines what you could've done in 150." (I actually think I could've done it in less.)

On one hand, I mourn all the time wasted, but on the other hand, this probably has given me more experience as a programmer than just using the string.h functions would. The conflict between between becoming a good programmer and a good programmer, it's a tricky and highly convoluted one.
