Cruelty can only go so far. Having people around who are devoted to stabbing things before they stab us, however, can go a very long way!

It's not like we're going to need those soldiers elsewhere... right? We've already threatened Ixion, are engaged to a powerful noble in another, and... I have no idea we stand with the other nations, but who cares about them, right? ... Right?

Depending on your point of view, there are such things as "bad endings" where Elodie still makes it to her coronation. There are some game overs that would probably be better for Elodie than the worst coronation endings you can achieve.

Hence why I said "bad endings" in quotes, refering to their status in a gamer sense as opposed to a narrative sense. I'd say that depressing or just sucky "good endings" could be called "unhappy endings" just to draw that distinction.

I believe the rule is that you can vote, but don't refer to future checks directly or speak about how much a check is going to take. For example, I earlier suggested that we train Sense Magic as a priority, then Resist Magic, and only enough wield magic to take the other two above 50 until later - and couched it as a reference to the Sorceror's Apprentice that we needed to sense and resist the forces before we could properly wield them.

Throw ourselves into training wholeheartedly. The early years of Bruce Wayne's life were fully dedicated to honing the fine fighting edge. It is only later that he brought on a team and spent time training them, too.

    So, training.

Right, so it looks like guards will win. (And that the character I seem to have invented to write the titles is getting ice-cream.)

    This puts our mood at...
    Neutral on Afraid/Angry
    Neutral on Cheerful/Depressed
+3 Willful (That is, it's resting on the third arrow)
+ 2 Pressured (On the second arrow).

I'll do the update in a big dose once we determine weekend activities, what we'll be wearing (Lumen-boosting Magical Girl or Economics-Boosting tux), and what we'll be studying.

We have a ways to go on all three of those yet.. can't honestly claim to be an almighty sorceress while our (non-Sense) Lumen skills are still fairly amateurish, and we are not yet Queen or we would have won the game. Also the tone of this is kind of sliding toward Dark Lady Galadriel. It probably would not be wise to go about with that kind of attitude until we actually *are* an almighty sorceress.

Not sure on specifics as to what I would suggest, but I think we should maintain a focus on the Lumen skills - not to the extent of double-lessons again, but taking one Lumen skill alongside whatever else we're studying for at least as long as we remain Willful.

Lets play with toys. Then we should put on our Tuxedo, because quite frankly the Lumen outfit is a little embarrassing. As for classes, I say Ciphers and Resist Magic.

I am glad that the titles are getting their ice-cream. They pull their weight!

As for classes, let's get some Wield Magic (inching toward those fireballs yessss) and Ciphering (we're magical-girl batman, but we still don't know how to decode lemon juice? UNACCEPTABLE!)

Until we get a bat suit, we are going to have to substitute the business suit. What? It's closer!

Well the closest you'll get to a batsuit is the *snicker* intrigue costume.
So Cypher for one of the classes
For now, tuxedo tho, it's just adorable with the two black ribbons.

We'll have to remember to retrain in animals as to train dogs some more at some point.

We need more guards. We also need to pick up some sort of police commissioner, who will be surprised when we appear and vanish.

But when he said 'as you wish' what he meant was 'I love you.'

We slip on our tux before attending classes...In Resisting Magic and Ciphering!

Sadly, no lemon juice. Sorry, Sightsear.
