    For simplicity I propose we call Polearm "Fighter" so they can be abbreviated B, F, A, P.

    Bard = F1
    Archer = G1
    Fighter = D1
    Paladin = I1

    Ferdinand and Aldric's attacks all miss, but Percival and Bodhi work together to take down the thug.

    Spoiler: Equipping a Shield
    Show
    Just for future reference, it takes an action to don or doff a shield.

    Go ahead heal as needed during the short rest, then position your characters for the final round of the arena's first level. This one should be a little trickier...

    Percival uses a d10 HD: (1d10)[4]
    Aldric uses d10 HD: (1d10)[2]
    Aldric potentially uses Second Wind depending on the HD result: (1d10+1)[4]

    Same starting positions as before.
    Percival will start with shield/hammer equipped.
